Office staff and maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly. Well run apt complex and grounds are kept in great condition. The location provides great access to Halcyon and the Big Creek Greenway.

Very neat, peaceful and nice. Close to Halcyon mall and walking trail makes it really attractive. Friendly and respectful staff. Good amenities. Very close to Route 400 is a great plus. Overall, a good community to live.

Nice apartment and amenities. Clean grounds and we love the valet trash! Our only complaint has been miscommunications from management at the front office with two incidents. But, after a few phone calls, our issues were resolved!

Had an issue at first with my downstairs neighbor, everything is ok now. I put in a maintenance request a few weeks ago, no one still came out regarding my breaker issue. Other than that everything is ok

Love the convenience to 400. Nice well maintained community. The only problem I have is with the trash dumpster issues. It has had many problems with not working or being so overflowing that people put the trash out side of the proper place. Otherwise love this place.

Pleasant and calm neighborhood. Well maintained. Residents are provided with utmost care for any maintenance request. Best place to reside and call it as home. I would definitely recommend Waterstone apartment.

The apartment is very nice but extra attention needs to be spent on common areas for this to be considered a "luxury apartment". The entrance and exit gates are constantly malfunctioning resulting in open gates most days. Also, the complex does almost nothing to keep the breezeways in all floors clean and free of cobwebs.

I being living for 3 or 4 year already no complaing so far manager sometimes littler estress but is understandable ??working with residents wont be easy include me ?? I love our pool and also handyman service on time

I have enjoyed living at Waterstone at Big Creek over the last 6 years. The community provides a safe and quiet environment and the location is very convenient to surrounding towns. The office staff is always friendly and helpful too.

Executive living at it's finest. Carrie and Ivy have made me feel at home from the start! WaterStone has exceeded my expectations. Refreshing after many years of being frustrated with others who lacked care and a willingness to go beyond and above their call of duty.

I don't really recommend it to other people, and it's frustrating that it's been years since the last time I can remember all of the amenities and services we pay for being well-maintained, functional, and stocked. I completely understand the recent changes due to Covid, and that is not what I'm referring to in my response here.

We moved in during Covid - so keep in mind some oddities as it has been an adjustment in all aspects of life - but everyone has been friendly and welcoming thus far. I enjoy the community aspect that is facilitated, in part, by the staff here. They're very friendly, open, want to help, and ready to do their job overall.

My overall experience at Waterstone has been remarkably good. Management has been incredibly responsive, and supportive with regards to residential concerns, or request. If I had a wish list however, I would like to see larger trash cans issued per unit. :)

Waterstone has been an amazing home for me for almost 3 years now. I have made amazing memories with great staff (specially the manager) who are all about taking care of minutest of the details. I also loved the beautiful greenery in the complex, great retail market (Halcyon) and access to Halcyon/Mcfarland trail which helps me with physical and spiritual health. I am glad I moved here, one of the best apartment complex I have lived all my life in this country.

Overall, great community but the road that turns at the side of Building 400 is too narrow allowing only one car at a time. Some people get aggravated at each other when going through that turn, bad design.

It was total discrimination during our entire 3 month stay. We were bullied by management. Lied to by the supervisor. We have proof if it all and will be taking it to court. The bullying will. Or be tolerated by me. The untruthfulness by Carrie and her trading to do so will have a stop put to it.

Community grounds are well kept. Very minimal crime rate as compared to other apartment communities. Office staff and maintenance personnel are very professional and attentive. Neighboring residents keep to themselves.

Well kept community. Great, safe, and prompt responsiveness to all my needs. Great club house when all is in working condition. The gyms media needs to be up dated. Overall Waterstone apartments is a great place to be.

ITS BEYOND HOME FOR ME.....THE STAFFS, THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE. NEVER FELT SAFER. THE FRESH AIR AND BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AM MOST GLAD LIVING HERE. THERE IS NO PERFECT PLACE BUT WATERSTONE IS NEAR PERFECT!

I am Mexican American, I have lived here for 3 years now and I have had problems with Carrie joe (manager at water stone at big creek) since the moment I moved in. I have been broken into and been blamed for things like having kid bicycles and trash left in front of my door when I have no kids! The cameras do not work and the gates go out of service at least once every other month which is why people in this community keep getting robbed. I had to install my own cameras around my apartment and have worked with the police to catch thieves because Carrie joes answer to them is always (unfortunately the cameras were under maintenance). I started off with a one bedroom apartment but I had a motorcycle parked in my patio after hearing how many of my neighbors have had their cars broken into so no one would steal it, however Carrie said it was a fire hazard and I had to move it. So I upgraded to at two bedroom and a garage apartment so there would be no more complaints and I could keep my motorcycle safe in the garage. I noticed how at least 15 of my neighbors had grills and gas tanks in their patios so I took pictures and asked if that wasn't a fire hazard, Carrie said it was and that she would take care of it. Two and a half years later the same people still have their grills and gas tanks in their patios. She had one of my cars I was trying to sell towed because it didn't have a tag even after I told her I was selling it and that is why it didn't have a tag however there's at least three other cars without tags that have been there longer then mine and she doesn't do anything about them. My advice I'd if you at young or Latino DO NOT MOVE HERE! CARRIE IS RACIST AND I HAVE PROVE! I have recorded every encounter I have had with her after the first time and have can prove how she says she didn't say or do certain things because I have it all recorded and dated. I have about half a year left on my lease and would never think about signing another contract here as long as she is the manager!

Great community clean quiet and nice. reasonable prices. Love the amenities. There is a lot of spiders and ants but bug control is good. The staff is friendly and love the events they have for the residents.
