I’d give zero stars but i can’t. It’s like a post up for cops to meet quota and make up reasons to charge people. It’s nice up front towards the back they do no maintenance. Trash is always over flowing, walls are thin. Everything just 0 stars.

Overall it was great. The only hiccup I had was moving in. I drove from FL (over 8 hours away) expecting to move my stuff in to my new apartment after such a long drive but the apartment still wasn't ready by the time I got their nor did I receive any sort of communication regarding the delayed availability. I understand this is in the hands of the contractor, not the apartment, however open communication is critical. Asides that, great apartment complex, maintenance was a breeze in addition to office management.

My experience has been wonderful. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen cabinets is very accommodating. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance team is very helpful. I love that halcyon is walking distance from the community. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our experience has lessened over the past few years. Rent was dramatically raised but it feels like amenities have not improved, and in many cases gotten worse. Most noticeably, the cleanliness of the community has gotten significantly worse over the last few years. Corridors are filthy as neighbors leave their trash sitting directly on the concrete, and the amount of dog poop that is in all grassy areas is disgusting. It feels impossible to walk into the grass to take my own dog out without stepping in someone else's dog's poop.

The community is very well placed with access to the trail, Halcyon and right off the exit. Nice community and spacious rooms. Some of the staff is very courteous and helpful but the management keeps changing very often and the residents does not get to know who the new managers are and office staff is not very receptive.

The community is located in a very convenient location. Amenities are good, when they work. The gate has been broken more than it has work since I lived here. The pool is very nice. There are grills there that I have never used, but I regularly hear residents say they are not working.

Just moved into this apartment in December, and had many reservations upon moving here but decided to anyway. When moving into the apartment we noticed that there were many cosmetic issues with the apartment ( patches of paint on the walls, rusted faucets/ drains, stained toilets, chipped paint on the cabinets, mirrors that are turning black around the edges etc). Prior to moving in we were told that all of these issues would be fixed but nothing was done. The floors weren’t even clean and had areas that were splattered with paint. I had to literally call the front office everyday for them to do something. The apartments are reasonably priced for the space but they are very cheaply made and not maintained very well at all. I shouldn’t be able to hear a phone vibrating on the other side of the wall from a different room because the walls are that thin. Or have it sound like I’m constantly slamming cabinets because of how hollow they are. Will not be renewing this lease. Not to mention I can hear the neighbors above me every move including their dog that runs all over the apartment at all hours of the night. Counting down the months to leave this place.

Not good, quoted 1650 a month, being charged 1655. Initially over charged by $400 which I caught. Trash all over and the valet trash rules are not enforced. Walls thinner than Paper, I can hear EVERYTHING!

This place is hell on earth. You'll submit noise complaint after noise complaint about your neighbor that decided to move into the third story of an apartment complex with an Alaskan Malamute making your apartment LITERALLY feel like an earthquake 24/7 (no exaggeration - they've literally knocked stuff off of my shelves on multiple occasions with how much they're SHAKING my apartment), and the people in the front office will do absolutely nothing to help you in spite of your neighbor breaking the terms of the lease they signed. People with giant dogs shouldn't be allowed to live on the third story of an apartment complex. End of story. Yet, here, you'll just be told "Oh, they have a big dog, don't worry about it." If you're paying well over $1000/month to live somewhere, you shouldn't have to live in what feels like an earthquake. You deserve better, and you should absolutely never rent an apartment here. (My review is two stars because I still wanted to give the maintenance staff 5 stars - they're great.)

My resident experience at Waterstone at Big Creek has decreased substantially within the last 2 years. This will most likely be my final year as a resident. I am disappointed in the ethics and integrity of neighbors. The noise level is horrendous early morning and late night, drug activity and police presence do not make me feel secure.

It is ok. The location itself is amazing, and the apartments are nice if you maintain them. However management is terrible. The exterior is rarely cleaned; appliances and gates break all the time; valet trash is rarely collected on time. When you call to speak to management, nothing gets accomplished. It has definitely gone downhill.

The staff is way overloaded and is always out to lunch. Requests have to be followed up on three and four times. The manager has a huge chip on her shoulder and barks orders from her office. Couldn't move in till 3pm and was never told till the day of. Had to reschedule our morning move. The carpets are so worn out and filthy. The carpet cleaners didn't clean anything. I had to do it again myself. But still smellsmlike a wet dog and the closest are musty. I have had to allergy medicine and my doctor is recommending I leave soon. The faucet is still dripping from day one and you can see daylight around the front door, so the temperature is always subject to what is it outside. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations and smell whatever others are cooking. The location is nice but the maintenance is awful. Not worth the money. Can't wait to leave.

The apartment is great. It is not a kid friendly place as it only offers a pool with no play area for kids. The corridors in some units are not swept and washed. But overall it's is a beautiful place to be.

I have enjoyed meeting my neighbors; everyone is very friendly. Management is very helpful and understanding (Lea). The floor plan is perfect and interior paint/fixtures/flooring are up to date. The landscaping is not well kept; pine straw, mulch, grass and trimming needed. Also the building needs to be painted.

Love this community and all it has to offer. The pool is beautiful and always available. Walking distance to Halcyon makes it a plus. Maintenance is top-notch and cares about the tenants. Office staff is attentive and helpful

The management staff is not responsive at all. They allow noise and do not enforce rules. They will charge you for the community renter's insurance even though you provide proof of your own insurance three times. When we moved in we had 3 broken appliances and it took over a month to get those repaired.
