The apartment was a good experience. I believe the trash was the only issue I had. You pay 30 a month for valet trash, but the trash cans are left out of apartment homes 24/7, and the trash dump area in the front of the complex has ways is overflowing and trashy looking. The apartment complex should move the trash area or find a better valet trash service that dumps the bin more frequently.

It's OK. Overpriced but not a bad place to live if you like paying too much. I don't mind it and stayed only because I raised my kids and got busy. I can get a house cheaper. So because you want 200 letters... I would just say. It's time for me to go.

It's a nice community close to the best schools, trail walking, shopping and restaurants. The only problem in this community is the garbage. We pay for Valet trash because people were leaving trash outside the dumpster. Sometimes the valet leaves it out as well. It is usually cleared rather quickly but definitely a sore eye for guess. Otherwise a great community

It has been a good experience so far. There are some issues, like every place in terms of trash, and neighbors noise, but it is not the end of the world. I had an experience regarding broken cars, when the owners had to call the police to get the situation under control.

So far the experience has been fair. As of today no major issues with the maintenance team or the office team. I enjoy my apartment home. The pricing is a little on the high end , if I was to say I had one issue it would be pricing.

My experience was ok however, the apartment was not cleaned properly prior to me moving in. I took pictures so that I will have them if needed. I also had to submit two service request within my first week or so. Minor issues, however they should have been taken care of prior to my move in date. The walls in this complex are extremely thin, you can hear your neighbors conversation and every step your neighbor takes if you live below the top floor. The only good thing is that for the most part, the grounds are kept clean and the area is safe.

First time in an apartment in over 28 years. This community is large but feels small, Facilities are in great shape and the common areas are well kept. Also - love the staff and they have been very helpful in my transition bakc to apartment life.

Not as expected for the price and area. I moved in during the pandemic and nothing was deep cleaned. There was soap scum all over the shower head and mold on all the faucets. My oven couldn't be used for two weeks because a part was back ordered. Month 2 my dishwasher was leaking and they said I must of spilt water because it wasn't leaking, it was and the replaced the lining on the 3 service request. My HVAC went out in month 4 so I had no ac or heat in November when it 65 during the day and 40s at night. They cancelled my second service request after they left and it still wasn't working because they said they fixed it. I sent a lengthy email to the Property Manager she never responded just sent maintenance out to my apartment... Also discovered that there's a crack in my tub after I told at move in the tub did t look like it was plastered well. Needless to say this has been a great place to live... IRT Management is a joke

Worst maintenance, repairs never done properly. had to raise requests multiple times for the same work. security gates don't work properly, most of the time they are open. residents don't clean after their pets

Love the appartment lay out. kichen is excellent and ahase all nessesary untiites. parking is very good. quick repare when needed. people are all very nice and help ful. i would recomend our community to any onw looking

At first glance it seems good. However, the move in process was terrible. My apartment was not cleaned, broken and dirty appliances, broken fixtures, baseboards were not painted, floor scratched by whomever moved my stove into the apartment. Sent pictures to manager and she could care less. Somethings were fixed and the others I just gave up on. The grounds are not maintained well, and the amount of dog waste not being picked up is gross. People are friendly but would appreciate them not throwing trash all over the community. Maintenance staff are nice and quick to respond to any issues. The overall physical buildings need exterior work. Broken hallway lights, cobwebs, handrails dirty, and light posts that don't work, which is scary at night being that we are so close the the highway. There is a new manager in place now, so I hope given some time she will be able to fix some of these things that prior management just obviously didn't mind. The community is in a great location, but needs better upkeep.

I really enjoy living here. The facilities are nice and everythign is kept extremely clean. Maintenance is extremely responsive when needed. I have lived at this complex two times in my life and would highly recommend it.

I have not had a bad experience, security could be better, maintenance could be quicker, access to amenities could be more consistent sometimes I want to access the Gym and I can't. My bike was stolen along with other members I didn't get a letter from management, no apology , no improvement on security nothing. I had to battle it out with the insurance company.

Waterstone is a very good location. The facilities and the grounds are well maintained and service is prompt. I find the bathroom a little small and cramped. The staff is friendly and eager to help the residents with any problem.

Overall a nice community?quiet, safe, and comfortable. Gate seems to be constantly breaking down and due to the size of the community versus the one trash dumpster, trash backs up quickly. Easy access to 400. Overall I like it here.

Besides the trash constantly overflowing and the gates are constantly broken I don't have an issue. I get it's residents that are causing this issue but wish it would be monitored better. We pay a good chunk of money to live in a gated community, yet the gates are broken all the time and it's pretty disgusting when you drive by to see the trash pouring into the streets almost every other day. Other than that absolutely love it!

Moved to the community for short-term rental and location was convenient. Security gates are NEVER operational. Residents are charged a trash pickup fee but have to endure an unsightly overflowing & smelly trash bin as the entrance of community. Shrubs are over-grown and not maintained. Apartment walls and floors are extremely THIN. This is NOT a community for suitable for kids as you can hear EVERYTHING from apartment to apartment. Utilities are paid to the community and not the utility company directly. BUT community management does not update the portal to reflect what is owed until the 1st of the month when rent is due. Communication with community management is awful.....they refer you to the portal, but will not update the portal until the 1st of the month.

Nice people, nice employers and neighbors but ... The hallways are never cleaned, they are always dirty. The bathrooms in the pool do not have paper towels and soap, the showers do not work and the bathrooms in the gym area do not have paper and soap. Trash is a mess every weekend..

It was really nice at first then I saw the lack of caring with the maintenance and garbage. Rent is too high for the value of property as well. Some of the staff was really nice and helpful but a couple of them were just very off putting and doesn't know how to communicate with people professionally.

Overall good. Renewed our lease for a second year. The trash is biggest problem. The service at door is terribly unreliable and the dumpster is always full. Get a second dumpster, and only allow the pickup service to use that way no excuse not to collect bag.

The apartments themselves are fine, but the community is janky. Car wash leaks, breezeway between apartments is dirty, it looks like someone spilled a lot of oil in front of the trash compactor. Tree branches hang too low on the sidewalk outside the community
