We just moved in a few weeks ago but we like it thus far. I would like to see a bark park on the grounds. Also, a number of residents do not pick up their dogs' poop. All the staff members we have encountered have been very friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch. My kids and I love stopping by the fitness center to exercise and business center each afternoon to play a game. I look forward to the Summer when we can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the complex, it was luxurious and the interior colors went well with my furniture. My daughter enjoyed the residents and interactions with their pets. The maintenance staff were extremely nice and timely, I never had an issue with them getting the job done correctly and in a timely manner. The office staff were usually pleasant, a few times a little snappy or moody but everyone's entitled to a bad day. The pool was great, I even enjoyed a party with my friends and family there. Some of my cons were the number of residents who didn't clean up after their pets and the managements lack of ability to re-enforce the issue. Also, my neighbors were noisy which was an issue for a large part of my lease and the management office had no control over that, probably thin walls. I tried calling the cops a few times but eventually gave up on the issue since I made the decision to move. Lastly, the living room lighting was not so good due to the one small window which meant not much natural light.

clean, professional people live and work in this community. Most are courteous to each other. some children all seem well behaved. I have been in apartments where children run wild throwing food and knocking on doors. that does not happen here. No smoking in the apartments so no smell through the vents. grounds are very well maintained.

everyone in the community is very nice, I hope everyone renews their lease like i did. The place here is very clean, the people are all respectfully quiet and polite. The staff here is exceptionally smart, polite, hardworking and professional. Anything required is immediately taken care of. I doubt you will find better workers in any other facility. And the style and design of this brand new facility is outstanding. brand new stainless steel appliances, a computer nooch, very nice sized baths, crown moldings, exceptional quality cabinets, alarm system, nice sized closets..... all very nice.

It's been good. The only issue I seem to deal with on a daily basis is the "thin-ness" of the floors/ceilings and walls. I actually heard one of my neighbors open a soft drink can or a beer can in their kitchen a few months ago. Not good.

I am a new resident at Waterstone, however so far my family and I absolutely love it. The staff is very helpful and fast moving if there is any problem which is minimal. I have had one simple maintenance problem which was user error and they fixed it timely and thoroughly.

I have been in the apartment of a couple of weeks and compared to other apartment complex I have live before this one is better in looks and services (gym, laundry, pool, garbage disposal,etc) . Also the interior of the apt is updated and there is a 7 mile bike/jogging trail in walking distance which is perfect!!

This was my first apartment and I had a really good experience. The staff at the front office was very helpful. Anytime I needed something or anytime I had to complete anything they reminded me and showed me how to do everything. I would have liked to of stayed but my work took me to another city.

Great place to live, good community of people. Whenever there is a issue they have fixed the problem promptly. If you have animals it is a good place to live, although we do not have a dog park. We also do not have a sports court or a tennis court , but other than that our amenities are very nice.

We have been very happy at our home here at Water Stone at Big Creek. This was our first experience to live in apartments and it has been much better than we had expected. Our family lives near us now and they also are very pleased with our home here. The convenience to be near our church,bank and grocery stores makes it all we need and could expect. We would certainly recommend it to our friends and anyone that might ask our opinion. The staff is always available and quick to respond and very professional to any problem we might have. The grounds are always kept neat and the flowers are beautiful at the entrance. Our home here at WATERSTONE AT BIGCREEK is a wonderful place to live. Lots of construction noise and dust all over the place. Most living rooms are real dark since they have just one tiny window and would need the lights on during the day. The walls and ceilings are real thin, can hear the neighbors clearly all the time.

They treat residents like criminals. Construction everywhere 6 days a week!! Don't expect any maintenance help, I have lived here for 6 months and still waiting for dishwasher to be fixed, garbage disposal to be fixed and my gate code to be fixed. NOT VERY LUXURIOUS since I am the first and only one to live in my apartment. New property management is a SCAM! Trade Street Realty is a scam taking everyones money, don't believe me then Google search, there are so many exposed, unethical, and illegal activities under this management. All automated calls they get drop the line when you choose any option. Its a shell company for tax evasion. They treat residents like criminals when in reality they are criminals! They pick and choose which rules they want to impose whenever. For example: my lease states no commercial vehicles or motorcycles are allowed to be parked overnight and must be in a garage. They have never enforced that. Dog crap everywhere, not enforced. New management changed my lease without consent or signature!!!! That is illegal people!! I was also accused of providing false information on my lease application when attempting to receive my package at the leasing office. The people that work here are unbelievable cold and heartless. It makes living here uneasy and unwelcoming. There are many other options in the area, homes for rent are better values than this place. Can't wait to move out thanks to my Keller Williams agent

I am in love with Waterstone at Bigcreek. My fianc? and I sleep like a baby knowing that we are safe here We have lived here for six months now and I can honestly say I have loved every minute of it. Everyone here is very nice and helpful From the front office to my next-door neighbor. For instance, one morning I woke up to a flat tire and one of the maintenance men driving by saw me panicking and stopped to put air in my tire so that I can make it to work on time. When I offerd him 10 bucks (the only cash that I had on me) he completely denied it and said that it was his job to help me. You just don't run into people that kind anymore. The units are super modern and stylish, I'm always excited to have guest over to show off where we live. It is a little on the pricey side but this place is worth every penny!

We recently moved out of our apartment at Waterstone and only moved due to work relocating to a different state. Our experience with the staff at Waterstone has been by far the best we have ever had. Every person we ever had to interact with were extremely friendly, understanding, accommodating, reliable, attentive, etc., etc. We have been so impressed with how pleasant our experience was. We literally have nothing to complain about, which has never happened. I'll be the first to admit I am VERY picky about where I stay, and Waterstone was wonderful. I cannot believe anyone would have anything negative to say about Wayne (maintenance) or anyone on his staff. He is the friendliest, most helpful person. He was always very attentive to what he was doing and was so pleasant to deal with. I really enjoyed interacting with him anytime he came over. He always was so happy even when coming back from surgery. Maintenance requests were always completed really quickly and thoroughly. The moving out process was so easy and everyone was so helpful and we were able to close up everything there without any problems. Since we've had major problems with this is the past (complexes trying to get as much money out as possible for any reason), we were the most nervous about this, but it went so smoothly. The grounds were always taking care of really well, and again the staff were so friendly and helpful. They always knew us by name and knew about our son. Any requests were taking care of promptly. Anything they could do to better any inconveniences were done. I seriously could go on and on. The amenities were great and the price for a brand new apartment couldn't be beat. We fell in love with Alpharetta and hope to be able to come back. We loved everything about Waterstone and the staff! As for our noise rating we feel we just had exceptionally loud upstairs neighbors that would have been just as loud at another place. Just bad luck with who lived above us. As far the area, there are so many things to do. You are close enough to retail, but not in a congested area. The Big Creek Trail is so close by and convenient.

This is a new property but don't just rush into. Not all the office staff are quite friendly or try to help out with the issue at hand. The manager is horrible and doesn't even care about the problems in her community or problems with neighbors. I am in a 3br; the design of the apartment is horrible; cheap materials used in the construction process. No play area for the kids. I lived in apartments in the past which had car care facilities but they never charged me to use the vacuum but this place does. I will not be renewing my lease.
