excellent community we like very much for the location the facilities, in general everything, however it would not be too much to add a playground for the children of the house and that they can. have an area to play and be entertained outdoors.

The staff was very nice. I moved into the apartment without looking at it, and the apartment was just amazing. The pictures on the website doesn't tell the full story of the apartment. Ashley was wonderful helping me get moved in. Everyone in the office is so nice and wonderful.

Great community and safe. Enjoy living in the area with no crime and surrounded with all shopping stores. Staff in the office are very friendly and willing to provide customer service assistance. My daughter school was only 10 minutes away.

First I want to say that I love my apartment, and have been very pleased with my stay here. I definietly believe I will be renewing my lease when the time comes. The leasing staff, the assistant, and the service techs have always been extremely kind and helpful. I must say its been a pleasure living here. However, with that being said theres always some downfall to every situation, in this case it would be the property manager. She is horrific, extremely unprofessional and just flat out rude. I never experienced a more condescending, unpleasant, unkind human-being, in whats supposed to be a professisonal environment. Maybe everytime I come in the office (which is very little), she just so happens to be in a not-so-happy place, but as a customer, I should never have that feeling of my presence being un-wanted. She is also terrible at communication, Ive had a serious situation occur within my apartment several months ago, in which she said, "i will call you back one way or the other", and to this day, she has yet to contact me back in that regard. Of course at this point, it no longer matters, but it has not been forgotten. With that being said, I believe the property would be 5 stars, if they had a different property manager. Again, the rest of the staff are amazing, but even them cant make up the rudeness of the one in charge. But all in all, I love my apartment and the location is great!

Worst property managment staff. Very unprofessional. Manager was rude and never returned calls. She gives the impression that I stay here for free and she is the one who owns the place and is allowing me to stay for charity. She doesn't value the customer.

Worst staff. Just rip money off your pockets. They charged me money for cleaning even after I paid for the Dana he’s they mentioned. Without notice they gave it to collection and that too was a worst company. Worst staff who never respond or act on any request you out in. Never stay here

Very good, moved in 2015. Area is really quiet and far away from the city but close enough to get there in minimal time. There is a lot of nature around the community and the area is slowly developing. Safe, quiet, clean, and affordable.

Great staff and friendly residents. My family and I enjoy our apartment and the amenities. We frequent the pool and it is always clean, as are the grills. We were a little worried about privacy and noise living in apartments but neither have been an issue for us.

Few things you should know the Property Manager is very rough.. you arrive as a customer so the charm is turned on, then when the contracts are signed You become a RENTER that's it! These no need to be a customer anymore your job is to rent and be happy..Please be sure to inquiry the Waterstone site on Yelp for additional information. Recently the security gates were broken meaning anyone could come and leave the complex 24X7. This situation exposed the residents (renters) with No gate security for over a month. There was no management communications to the renters about a timeline for repair, but every month without fail we are reminded that are rent is due.. $200 if late after the 3rd day. When they take you on tour of the property ask them to make the Displays work on the gym equipment, they have been broken for 16 months, although I am told there is a work order placed for their repair. In the common computer area the printer is often out of toner and it takes a long time to get the toner replaced. They tell me the renters print to much. The pool area has 3 very old and dirty gas grills but the issue is generally there is no gas available to cook with, management says it the renters they leave them on. So if you want to use them call first or bring your own gas. WBC is a pet friendly complex but be careful where you walk, also the doggie disposals are filthy. For years the central garbage station has had problems it does not work properly so renters place their bags outside the container. I remains this way until maintenance gets it cleared, my concern is rodents (See yelp for photos) Again management states the Renters are not disposing of their garbage properly. Word of caution if you decide to live here take a top floor, anything below that is unbearable, you can hear every foot step, TV, dishwasher, toilets flush, vacuum, washing machine and more!

The inside of the apartment has an updated look. The appliances, granite countertops, lighting and hardwood looking floors are attractive. Neighbors are friendly. The only problem are the thin walls. It's bad!

Nice quiet community. Office staff is great. Monthly breakfast in clubhouse. Apts very spacious. Some with attached garage. This is a great location near 400 so convenient to Target Walmart Kroger or Publix.

This community is very safe, quiet, and maintained extremely well. If there is an issue it is handled promptly. And if there are incidents beyond the their control, they notify us AND request law enforcement to patrol the complex. All of members of the staff are friendly and professional! I ?? where I live!

Awesome, great staff!! Love living here, it's quiet, clean and I am treated with such respect! This team goes above and beyond, no one is perfect however they do their best and it is appreciated. The events they have are super fun!
