It's. A great apartment community. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone around you. Also the speed bumps throughout the neighborhood are quite annoying. Other than that the community is great and well maintained. My wife and I like this place because it is safe and close to work.

Overall satisfied, there are a few issues common to apartment living, noise from neighbors dog continually barking. I found a few spiders and one roach in my apartment within the first 2 weeks. The grounds are very clean and well maintained.

Apartments are well maintined and live up to luxury status. Plenty of parking and the amentities are very nice. Gated entry works regulary. Easy access to highway and shopping, which is a big plus. I would recommend this complex to a friend.

I like the unit very much. Lots of parking. The pool is great. I think storage closet is a must for each unit. Pest control is needed lots of spiders everywhere. Have not needed a service call yet so cannot rate. This Apartment is almost perfect.

Quality of community is not the same as when I first moved in, back in 2014. I transferred lease to a smaller unit for personal reasons. However, the unit I was moved to, had several issues beyond routine wear and tear, to include stained and dirty carpet. Maintenance staff is nice. Community is pet friendly.

The buildings are very nice, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. It is a brand new community so the condition is very good. I would give a decent rating overall, but the staff members are very rude and unfriendly once you move in. So be aware of that.

Waterstone is a brand new community in an ideal location, and the leasing staff, and in particular Claudia, is top notch. My move-in process was flawless and my first few days at the community have been great. In addition, the maintenance staff is extremely responsive to even the smallest request.

I WAS AT THE POOL SUNDAY,05/04. I LOST MY KEY & WAS LOCKED OUT @ 7PM. THE ANSW SERV SAID THEY CAN'T HELP AND HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT ANY OF OUR STAFF. I SAID I HAVE A CHILD AND WE NEED HELP BC WE NEW TO THIS AREA, IT IS GETTING DARK AND COLD. THEY REFUSED. WE SAT ON THE CURB UNTIL 11:30PM COLD AND IN BATHING SUITS CRYING.

I chose this apartment complex because they are clean, safe, and well-built. Despite being close to the highway, there is very little noise in the apartments. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. It is a great place to live!

This is a very nice apartment in close proximity to shopping and GA-400. These apartments are new and I really liked the floor plans here. staff are very friendly and approachable. Amenities like Clubhouse, swimming pool and Gym are good. Would definitely recommend this property to any one.

Waterstone at Big Creek is lovely community, that is literally right off GA 400. Even with the close proximity to the highway, the traffic cannot be heard. The units are large, with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops, both in the kitchen and baths. There is ample cabinet space in the kitchen, which is a super plus. The hardwood floors in the kitchen and baths let the water bead up nicely, and clean very easily. The ground ammenities are wonderful. Waterstone has the nicest pool area I have seen anywhere, and it is kept in immaculate condition at all times. We live in a building adjacent to the pool, gym, and grill areas, which we love. The clubhouse is beautiful, with plenty of free snacks, water, and coffee pods daily. The game room is great for playing games or just using the computers. I just wish there was a large room in the clubhouse where you could host a function, then the facility would be absolutely perfect. Waterstone at Big Creek is a wonderful place to live!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 10 months and have been extemely happy with the community and have already extended my lease for an additional year. The staff is always available and very helpful. The maintenance staff always does an exceptional job and when I have given permission for the maintenance staff to enter for routine maintenance or a service request, my apartment is always how I left it and they are very mindful of pets. The grounds are always kept up and the pool and amenities are exceptional. Would definitely recommend this community for anyone in search of an apartment.

pet population is completely out of control and the breezeways are disgusting - covered in bird crap; The one dumpster is constantly overflowing with garbage and people still throw out their old bookshelves and mattresses despite the signs stating not to do this.

We visited yesterday and from the beginning we were discouraged from leasing. The older lady with the dark hair was the one we worked with. I thought it was the agents job to secure new leases and encourage people to lease. From the second we sat down she was nothing but rude and clearly had other things going on. She asked us our price range and her response was " I don't have anything in that range".She looked at me with this look like I had no right being there because of price. The prices she gave me were still in an acceptable range to me but she just did not want to help us. We asked to view one and she asked for our ID's. I gave her mine and she then asked for my daughters. My daughter did not bring hers with her. She said 'It's our policy that I have to have both". Clearly this woman hates her job. She is not there to lease any apartments because she acted like we were an interruption to whatever she was doing. She was a miserable person to deal with and I can't imagine what the people who live there have to deal with if they come in contact with her.

So far living in Waterstone have been a great experience. The floor plan is way better than the one I had before. I had a hiccup with the setting of the thermostat and Wayne (maintenance) was really professional and friendly. The only problem I've had so far is that one of the neighbors called the cops on me during my first Sunday around. The officer said my dog was being to loud. He's been a little stressed out with the moving but I don't think it was going to be that much of a trouble at that time of the weekend. Waterstone is a pet-friendly community so that shocked me a bit. Neighbors should expect some barking; that's one of the things that a dog do...This has been the only hiccup so far but I don't think it will be something that I cannot handle. It's a great place and it's worth the trouble for people with and without pets.

Very nice apartment complex. Love the look of all the finishes. Stainless appliances are a very nice touch. Great floor plans. Really like the hardwoods in the living areas and bathrooms. The only complaint is the walls are thin. Other than that great place to live.

Pretty surprised at the reviews here, my experiences were totally different at Waterstone. Noise- There are clusters of air conditioning units at the corner of every building causing lots of noise when they start up, they actually sound defective they are so loud. You can hear pretty much everyone walking around your building even not when yelling. I constantly pick up conversations by just sitting at my desk near the window. Grounds- I've complained to no avail that there is too much dog crap everywhere. Broken bag dispensers and broken poop bins makes the residents have to pick up a poop lid by its side where all the dog poop is filled to the top. Its a flat out safety hygiene issue that they ignore but management just replaces the bags without fixing the lid. Aside from dog crap everywhere, a luxury apartment should not make its renters walk up three flights, this isn't New York you can't get away with calling yourself luxury when you hear neighbors constantly going up and down the stairs resulting in the ground shaking. Literally I kid you not, on the third floor I hear people walking up and down all the time because of the vibrations. Those cheap stairs the constructed are now all cracking at the foundation which seems to be not up to code. After a year here I had so many issues but these are the most noticeable. Safety- This one is important for me because at 18 when I rented my first apartment years ago I was robbed while home sleeping. Ever since I take extreme measure to ensure safety. Today January 5th 2015 I had to call the police because of an attempted robbery while I was home. The perpetrator left after cracking my door open enough to see the TV and here movement.My door was locked and management are the only ones with access to my door. As I called 911 and the police asked management if they came to my door, I was amazed at managements response, well ------'s response. Instead of helping to seek answers, ------ told them I was using foul language towards them. Which is a lie because I have video proof of every interaction I have with the management. For some reason this women has a horrible life and wants to take it out on me. ------ has withheld my mail several times, and not packages- my actually mail thats supposed to be in my mailbox. But I digress, if you concerned about safety and the area for this apartment rest assured that its not safe. In the months of living here there have been 2 robberies at 2 of the closest gas stations as well as dead body was found in the woods less than 100 yards from our building. Waterston does have a gate but usually they leave them open all night, maybe thats why I was almost robbed. Neighborhood- There is none. no place to walk around in the development or little patch of land for the dogs its all about building the next complex next door.If your from out of state like I was, just don't move here. Franchises are 99% of your dining options and they come and go quicker than I did when I lived here. Maintenance- after almost three months of living here I needed my first repair- no response for two weeks so I called again, and no response. 8 months later and I have electrical safety issues they won't fix, garbage disposal they won't fix, heat that doesn't work, mold in the bathroom, my shower tiles have all buckled and bended which indicates what a quality job they did in construction. I've given up on maintenance here as it is non existent. Staff: where do I begin...you can look up my youtube videos, search waterstone at big creek review. I have recorded everyone in management talking bad on me and giving me attitude and aggressively coming after me while in their office. Videos don't lie ------. What it comes do to is that I have enough dirt on the management staff that they need to walk on eggshells around me and not antagonize me which they are doing by holding my mail and making me confront them. I avoid the office like its hell because the ----- works there. As for maintenance people, one was decent the rest were rude and fed into the drama ------ was dishing out. I've even been cyber bullied online by their staff after expressing my opinion on my living situation. I really don't get why I've been targeted by this management office but I will move on unlike these horrible people that will continue to treat people as if they are garbage. Maybe they don't like me because I'm young and affluent and they clearly are not. who knows, but if you wanna take a risk by living here go for it. I will say that 3 months into living here there was an excellent property manager, she was even from my hometown. This first few months were the only times I enjoyed it here. New management- ------, has illegally altered contracts and more. stay away from this menopausal woman.
