The community is large and spacious, not crowded at all. Lots of area to walk around. The staff is friendly. The quality of the apartment and clubhouse is medium-grade. It is a bit over-priced compared to similar but higher-quality and closer-to-town community.

Good, close to highway modern apt attached garage. Area however getting busier by the day. Traffic might become. Problem in fear future. Recommend separate buildings for dog owners and smokers. Overall service good. Price is getting higher and higher.

Since i only moved in very recently i cannot comment on the full experience of Waterstone yet. What i do know is that the leasing staff was very helpful up until the point you start paying money and they know that you are stuck as a resident here. I had some problems on my move in. When i went to move some things into my new apt on move in day the locks had not been changed yet.I also encountered stains in my apartment and the air circulation is poor. As for everything else i am very satisfied with Waterstone.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is going downhill fast. They do not clean the grounds. The potty stations do not get emptied on a regular basis. Strong smells and flies around the station. My neighbor has 5 children in a 2 bedroom apartment. They do not I force clean patios and trash is left outside the doors. I am moving in 3 months. You do not want to live here. Current resident!!!!

When I came for my scheduled walk through the day before move-in, the apartment was filthy and there were repairs that needed to be done. I called that afternoon to see if I could walk through again assuming things were taken care of. At this time the manager answered the phone and was very rude and told me that they would get to it when they get to it and she was talking to a vendor and did not have time to look into it at that moment. This was just two hours before the office closed and I was scheduled to pick up the keys the next morning so that I could meet the cable company at 9:00 am. She could have cared a less about me or my concerns!

It's great, here; the maintenance is super fast, and the maintenance people really care about doing a great job. The office staff are knowledgeable and funny and friendly--they're always helpful. I wouldn't change anything about them. It's effortless living, just as anyone would want.

Overall we are pleased though there appears to have been a degradation of service since the new ownership/management took over. Also, there's an obvious lack of attention to the landscaping around buildings 11, 12 and 13. Trees uprooted, cut down, etc. Not the "luxury apartment" atmosphere advertised.

So far, so good...Claudia made my move in so easy. She was thorough during our walk through inspection & made sure everything was functioning properly. The neighbors downstairs are noisy (screaming seems to be their preferred method of communication). Overall, it's a good place to call home though.

When I decided to sign the lease, it was based off the unit that was showed to me. After signing and seeing the horrible carpet and stains left, I regret moving here. The carpet is one thing but the stain mark are a completely different thing. I wish I could move elsewhere.

The complex grounds are well kept and the apartments are well laid out with good amenities. I agree with some of the other comments about problems with trash/trash compactor. However, for all the positives this property has the noise from upstairs neighbors negates wanting to live here. After you've worked a long day the last thing you want to hear are people yelling, walking, running, and rollerskating over your head so bad that your walls vibrate and light fixtures sway. Noise complaints to the staff do no good. While this may not be everyone's experience, I recommend that if you're not considering a third floor unit, ask about noise before signing lease. If the leasing agent says there is no noise, walk away.

The convenience of the pool complex and the quality of the Forsyth County school district are the only reasons to stay in this apt complex. Staff is not transparent. The trash shut is poorly designed & garbage is left to pile up by the residents on a daily basis. Residents leave garbage bags outside of their units. Unsanitary and unsightly. Mold in garden level units. Residents throw liquid and other waste over the balconies.

i have stayed in couple of apartments in Alpharetta but this is the best of all. i really like the indoor amenities, maintenance and Floor Plan here. i would highly recommend this apartment to everyone but only missing thing is tennis court.

The exprience is good and no complains. The management changes but the change was smooth and did not affected the tenets. Maintenance is prompt and office staff is very courteous and professional. Well maintained community and its most of the times eat and clean while I like the most. I stay near wooded area so was not expecting it to be this clean all the time. All the tenets are also very nice and warm. I have already recommended my colleagues and they love it. I will definitely recommend to all.

Well run community management office and maintenance teams really complete the package for our family at Waterstone. Very nice pool and clubhouse areas are well maintained and pleasant. Well designed parking layout means close parking to our front door. Apartments are nicely finished, modern and cozy. Great access to GA 400 keeps driving commute times low. All apartments have installed optional security systems, and the Cable/Internet service here is inside AT&T's suoer fast 1 GB service footprint.

Negatives include totally inadequate trash compactor. Too many times bags of trash are piled up outside. Unattractive and unsanitary. Another issue is speed of cars inside complex. As a pedestrian, I have had numerous close calls when cars speed through complex without slowing down for pedestrians. The speed bumps are ineffective. Cars cross speedbumps going full speed. Craziest thing I have ever seen......cars going over the speedbumps like they are going to a fire.

Love the convenience to GA 400, the community is beautiful and staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially all the new resident events that they are hosting. There is a lot of new things with shopping and dining that will be able soon.

MY experience at this apartment has been great, but I am not sure if this community should be called luxury. While it looks aesthetically pleasing, the quality of the finishes is not luxury and I feel the rent price reflects the luxurious look but not quality of the finishes, floors, walls, and doors in the apartment. However I do love this place. Its very quiet, and the children that are here are very respectful. Everyone is friendly and its a very lovely place to live.

First time in apartment complex - very quiet and seemed like good people live here. Units ae well maintained and appear to have good quality construction. Grounds are well maintained. Like we were able to have our dog and cat with us. Club house was a good asset

Apartment is new looking and very clean. Quite, club hoes is very beautiful and clean. Staff is very professional and accommodating. I just wish there was a dog park. There is however facilities to wash your care. Location is not too far from work which is GREAT!!!

Pros: New apartment community, near to 400 and some really good schools. The staff are prompt, friendly and efficient. Community is neat and well laid out. Appliances are new and apartment is clean Cons: No Tennis Court or a Kid's play area.

Great community. Clean and well kept. Interior apartment floor plans are great and very livable. Paint color and finishes are very nice. The only complaint is that I hear my neighbors go in and out of their garage as the opener sound runs up the wall.

New, well maintained apartments with good amenities and good feel to it overall. The lone downside is that they call these as luxurious apartments. You would expect trash pick-up or easy access to dispose trash for a true luxurious apartment, but here though, if you are in one of those buildings that's a quarter mile away from the trash site, you'd be keeping it in/on your car and be disgusted about it the whole way. And also, not having any ways of recycling is baffling in this day and age. Staff is alright and mostly helpful, but certainly could be more courteous/professional.
