This is a great neighborhood to live in. Easy access to major roads. The units are very nice and clean. The only problem we have is our neighbors above us. We feel that there is not adequate insulation to block the people tumbling above us.

Living at WaterStone has been comfortable and has become so endearing after Carrie started as property manager. Very friendly,helping, connecting neighbors, events. Amenities are good we had Children play area in community.

I've had no real problems with the community. Office staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests sometimes take a little while. Overall fine experience, a little pricey for what you get. It is a decent price compared to the area though.

Great location, schools and apartment building. Apartments are spacious with great closet space. Interiors are beautifully updated with granite and stainless steel appliances. A quiet community with friendly office staff.

This Apartment is excellent. Apartment Staff and Managers are excellent. I was out of station and they even consider 1 day late rent payment also. Very neat. Security gate works properly. If you have any issues approach the management. They will solve very quick and your will get response in proper time.

It has been good so far I just hate that I could hear the person in the other apartment snoring he is sleeping and I am not. the walls are very thin. The space is nice other then that. I would refer.

I am very pleased with my apartment, the grounds, the amenities, and friendly staff. Any time there is a problem they are like Jimmy Johns, very quick to rectify it as fast as possible..I really enjoy living here and look forward to renewing my lease

I've been pretty disappointed with these apartments and the staff lately. The trash compactor never seems to be working properly, as demonstrated by the piles of trash bags people leave outside the already-full compactor. The amenities are a big selling point, but they aren't maintained well. I'm posting some photos that I took a couple weeks ago of the gym to show what I'm talking about. None of this has been cleaned since I took the photos. The antibacterial wipes for the equipment aren't always stocked either.

It is a pretty Good community my concerns are now about people having entry to the complex and stealing rims & tires.I feel that Gate should be closed at all times For our safety. People can come on and park until night.

Easiest move I have ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable, and direct staff. Great atmosphere in apartment and outside around community. Very well lit at night and safe. Love the darker color scheme. Maintenence issues dealt with immediately. Best apartment I have lived in thus far. And reasonable compared to others in the area.

Wow what can I say the whole move in process was absolutely amazing. Carrie and her team took great care from the first time I walked in until I moved in and still they are there for me. The apartment is very big, great natural light. The property is beautiful very well maintained. The amenities are great. There seems to be something for just about every person. I especially love the car wash center because I have a truck and it allows me to save money but also keep my truck nice and clean. I would fully recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know.

Overall, this is a very desirable community. The rent is reasonable. The quality of construction is high. The grounds are pretty and well - maintained. The workout room, game room, and outdoor pool/barbecue area are beautiful. I do like living here and plan to stay.

We've loved living here for 5 months and the management (Carrie Jo) is easy to work with. The grounds are kept up daily. I see the groundskeeper on foot and golf cart picking up early every morning. The landscaping is very nice and has dog spots for pet owners. It's true the compactor gets stuck, but the guys are always out there to fix the jam. I haven't had any maintenance issues. Its a quiet community as well. I was relieved to know that. Overall, It's a great location and trendy style apartment with fair prices from what I've seen in the area. And a saltwater pool, gym, game room. Love it here!

Excellent Community, close to highway 400 and all amenities are nearby such as Target, Costco and gas stations. Also a new mall is coming nearby and that will make things even better in the coming days. Also the amenities such as pool, club house are excellent and the overall maintenance is outstanding.

Although we know someone was in our apartment on Wednesday, 8/3/2016, regarding our electrical concern, we do not who was in our apartment or what work was done!! The clock on our stove was flashing and the circuit panel box door was open, but no note was left by the person/persons who entered our apartment.

This is a great place to live. Friendly staff and neighbors.. Very safe: well lit, gated. Waterstone is right off 400 at exit 12 and is extremely convient to Cumming, John's Creek and Alpharetta. Come here!
