Noise compliants aren't taken seriously. My apartment is on the side that's near the highway and it's VERY noisy. We weren't made aware of this prior to moving in. I somplained about the tenet living above me and how they stomp. I was told to make a video about it, but I can't because the noise from the highway is so loud!

My experience has been thus far excellent since moving into my unit. My neighbors upstairs are a bit noisy with their children but otherwise it is a nice quiet property. They keep the community well maintained and upkept.

I’ve had a very positive experience in my neighborhood. It’s peaceful, well-kept, and feels safe. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the community has a welcoming vibe. Maintenance and staff are responsive, and the overall environment is comfortable and pleasant. It’s a place I enjoy coming home to.

Avana City North is a great place to live. Management takes a proactive approach to keeping the apartment complex clean and maintained. Maintenance requests are serviced very quickly, no matter how involved. Square footage in Avana's apartments is great. Great access to I285 and I85. Great access to shopping and dining.

I only lived here for a few weeks but it has been good so far. The only problem we have faced is the key fobs. One day it does work and then another day it doesnt. I have shared this information with the leasing staff and they are aware of whats going on and they are reassuring that they are working on the problem.

This is my 2nd time renting from this community and I am pretty pleased. But I would like to see hallway’s, staircases/stairs, railings and underneath the stairs kept clean and free from trash, food containers, bags pet urine/feces and human feces and urine. This was a problem the 1st time I lived here. The issue remains the same. Office team and maintenance no issues with them thus far. Great job!

I really love my apartment and the maintenance tweam is usuallly pretty quick to repsond to all of my work orders that I can call them and tell them what do i need it to be done right right away. Daneil is the good manager

Just moved in 10 days ago. Still have a few maintenance items to be taken care of. The location is the best part. We like the parking structure. We're getting around nicely. The apartment is clean and was move-in ready.

The staff at Avana City North is inconsistent. Sometimes they can be professional and sometimes it’s like they hate their job and every resident. The location and surrounding businesses are the best part about staying at this property. The gates are always broken, and one security works whenever they feel like it. The rules surrounding parking and valet trash are never implemented and or enforced.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here personally. They just want your money they don't give two f* about you and how you feel. They don't answer the phone, and if they do they are rude! it seems as if they lack training or just deals with their customers however they think is best, which is terrible customer service.

The location is everything! Communication with the office is usually pretty reliable. There are a few issues with noises echoing in the hallways, some other residents slam their doors and it the sound travels.

I absolutely love my safe and beautiful community. My neighbors are very quiet and respectful of each other. I would really appreciate those ceiling fans with light fixtures though. I would love to see more community events that will give everyone an opportunity to see and get to know the people that we live around. People will often misjudge each other and has never taken the time to have a conversation with other in a relaxed atmosphere. Usually you find out that you have more in common with each than you ever could have realized. Most people are so busy with the hustle and bustle of today’s demanding and fast paced life. That they never take time for each other. Our community is so diverse. We could learn so much from each other’s cultures that would broaden our understanding of others.

Great community, great scenery, enforcement of rules vary depending on which ones are findable, gates are always broken. And problem with roaches not bad if you live clean but very present around the building and in garage. Maintenance usually good but requests are closed without service for pesticide service.

Wonderful location and very convenient. The covered parking is a plus especially during bad weather . The apartment layouts are very efficient and practical. Occasionally there are noise issues with pets and neighbors but this is being addressed by management.

Do not move here. The apartments are in poor condition, and the service is bad. The current staff in the leasing office is the worse since I've been here. They don't answer the phone, and they don't return calls Today, I left two messages for someone in the leasing office to return my call. I left the first message at 3:24 p.m. and the second one at 3:40 p.m. The current time is 5:45 p.m. and no one has returned my call. The leasing office close at 6:00 p.m. Someone will probably call me after I click on submit to send this survey.

Security is great ! I always see them. Trash service has too many rules. Weak floors … I can hear all the weak spots in the floors from the apartment above. Thin walls. Yall need to get your billing services in order and stop playing with people money every month. There was a billing issue for about 3 months. That’s unacceptable especially during holidays.

Overall - The breezeways should have a deep cleaning. There are spider webs everywhere and its floors are dirty - in need of a pressure wash. Noise - I have noisy neighbors upstairs and downstairs. The flooring structure could have been done better as far as the infrastructure itself. Grounds - The grounds have a very nice curb appeal. Safety - I like the fact that we have 24-hour security. However, security is as effective as it gets when the phone is answered. Security gates and guards were the most important determining factors when I chose AVANA. Now the gates are always open. First, it was said to be open because of the snowy weather. I has not snow for weeks and the gates are still open and un-secure. Neighborhood - It is fine. I like the location of the property - it is offset from the congested traffic. Maintenance - I would like to applaud the maintenance supervisor at AVANA City North. Every time he shows up, my issues go away. When the other guys show up, the basically put a "band-aid" on the issue and do not actually fix the issue. Staff - The office staff is really friendly and eager to help when I visit the office.

I would recommend Avana because of the caring and concerns of their tenants. The staff was very helpful in solving problems needed for Avana Portal and other needs. The staff accommodates tenants and make them feel impotant.

The girls at the front office are very friendly and helpful. They gave me a round of applause when i got my apartment keys. The apartment itself is really nice too. I like that im right by the highway but not that close that noise is a problem. The community overall is mostly clean.

My overall experience is pretty good however my only complaint is the fact that it appears that management made a mistake and skipped a couple of cable bills through no fault of the residents. They than charged the residents for management's mistake during the holiday seasons by increasing the monthly charge which caused great hardship for a lot of residents and their families.
