We have absolutely loved living here at Post Riverside. The staff members in the leasing office have been nothing short of kind and helpful. We feel at home throughout the whole complex and are impressed with the overall experience.

The staff is amazing. Everything was extremely clean when we moved in and it has been a wonderful experience over all. The community here is so wonderful and cute and it feels like home! Would highly recommend.

It's a nice community close to Buckhead and top end interstates. I've lived here for five years and have enjoyed is proximity to nature and the city. Additionally, I enjoy the fact that the property is not along major way and has single access road leading to front gates. Additionally, the surrounding treas keep the area temperature in summer a few degrees lower than building in town.

I like quiet. When someone moves above it is almost impossible to withstand. Loud mufflers are a problem from time to time. Maintenance does a great job and is probably the most positive here. Leasing office is very responsive to any complaints. Fire alarm goes off too often erroneously.

The staff in the office are unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. They will do anything and say anything to get your money. Stay away from Denita and Deona. The communication is terrible and they do not take any accountability for their mistakes no matter how adversely those mistakes effect your life. They will just dismiss the blame and get loud and belligerent. They lied to me about my application fees and administrative fees being waived. Then they lied and strung me along for a week about how I could prove my income. A woman claiming to be the manager got upset that I contacted corporate after a week of being given the run around so she called me to rudely defend her office's incompetence and tell me that she would not help me and I could just go somewhere else. These people treat their residents like trash. I was also told that there was a bug problem that was now under control because I did see a dead roach in one of the units that I toured.

Beautiful landscaping, great neighbors & friendly management team. Seems to have a lot of turnover in the front office. Lots of additional "fees" taxed onto your rent each month. Work orders/maintenance requests take forever to get completed.

The team is wonderful if I have a maintenance request they handle ASAP and have consideration for my access instructions. Also the grounds are especially beautiful at the holidays! If you like dogs, there are a lot of them here and they are very friendly.

I just moved in and I love everything about the community and office team. Danielle in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and kind with every step of the process. The grounds are beautiful and every person in the community seems wonderful.

Love the tennis, pools...???. Love the seasonal plantings, Christmas Lights! The Gym is great, Leasing Office is well run by Melissa Pou..... The car wash is so convenient.... Parcel Pending is such a smart evolution!

Location is great, good amenities, landscape is very nice and office and staff very pleasant to work with. Access to freeways, parks, and general household and personal needs are very close. Would recommend.

My unit overlooks the square from a second floor level. I compliment management for the EXCELLENT content and beauty of the square. The flowers are varied and all are beautiful and maintained perfectly. The streets around the square and others are always perfectly maintained and always spotless. I also love the fountain. I love the Rubin sandwiches at the deli and my wife loves the convenient clothes cleaners. Maintenance is very prompt and successful in what they do. I have also found that the leasing office is very pleasant to deal with and they effectively respond to any concerns. My only negative experience is the excessive automobile noise level and speed level of cars to and from the Curve to the Pedestrian crosswalk! This is a short stretch of entrance road just looking for an Auto/Pedestrian accident! I don't think anyone realizes the quantity level of cars, trucks, school buses, maintenance vehicles, UPS, US Mail, Amazon, PLUS the hundreds of resident's vehicles! All of these vehicles seem to want to accelerate from and to the curve. I respectfully suggest that management install EFFECTIVE lower speed limit signs starting just prior to the entrance curve, AND, increase the height of the Pedestrian cross walk on this stretch of entrance to the square.

When this property was owned and operated by Post Properties it was amazing. The change in ownership to MAA has left much to be desired. Under Post, the level or service and responsiveness was excellent. With MAA, I no longer feel I'm getting my money's worth. If I am going to pay a premium to live in Buckhead, then I expect exemplary service and responsiveness.

I have made many friends and joined different groups. I was always made to feel welcome and enjoy the sense of community. Also we look after each other. From loosing your dog or being sick neighbors help you.

This is by far the worst community. Believe all the negative things you read. Literally NO customer service exists once you sign a lease. One even told me if I'm so unhappy here I could leave. Well I would if it wouldn't cost an arm and a leg! Ugh HATE it HERE!

Good for the most part. Main complaint is maintenance is fast to respond but doesn't always fix requests. Several of my requests had to be reentered several times until I gave up. The unit is old and not much effort has been put in to maintain. However the price for the location is pretty good.

The office staff is incredible, always so helpful and kind. The on-site maintenance team is amazing as well, almost always coming by to complete work orders within 24 hours, even when it isn't an emergency. The neighborhood itself is beautifully well maintained and peaceful. The apartments themselves have been nicely updated with really chic design choices. If I really had to search for something that could be improved on, I'd say that it's just that the pool hours are not enforced, which is really only a problem on weeknights when people are still being rambunctious at almost midnight. Even so, this is the best apartment community I have lived in so far and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Post Riverside is a pet friendly and kid friendly community. The office and maintenance staff are always accessible, friendly and helpful. Newly renovated apartments are beautiful. The grounds are large with well thought out amenities.

The service was amazing. Donna was so warm and her warmness actually aided in my decision to choose Post Riverside. She made me feel right at home. I didn't see an option for 2020 but I just moved in 2020, not 2019 not I selected.

Great property. Beautiful surroundings. Great amenities. Quiet, mostly mature (acting) neighbors in the Town Square buildings. Some residents have been here a long time which speaks volumes for this property.

The community areas are extremely well kept. The apartments are not as well maintained but are still very nice in comparison to other apartment complexes in the area. The noise levels are a little high occasionally. Soundproofing is not very good. Maintenance requests are not always handled to correct issues. For example I submitted three requests to fix an exterior door on my building over a 4 month period. The door is still not fixed.

Like it I moved in here in 1998 when it opened and again in 2007 so this is my third tome living here I would highly recommend riverside by post to anyone looking for an upscale apartment in the atlanta area

I moved into Post Riverside a month ago Leasing agents Tee and Beverly were both awesome! I was pleased with their customer service and ensuring that I had all the information I needed to know. This was the primary reason that I chose this community.

I've just moved in! So far so good! The leasing staff were superb in their placing me in ideal place. I love the community feeling and the concept of the village! This move is quite an adjustment for me, but I think it is a great choice.
