This is my favorite place I've ever lived. There's a small amount of noise from I75, but I kinda like that. That's the only thing I can think that someone else may not enjoy about this community. My building is the closest to I75 though, so it might not even be noticeable in other buildings.

Place is quiet and seems well built. Convenient location and secure. I have a lot of functional space in my unit also have my own assigned parking. Don't like when people sneak through the parking gate

I love the community and the unique environment. It doesn't feel like your typical apartment community. I love the town/ village community feel. I would definitely recommend my friends and others to this apartment complex.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. I moved in 2 weeks ago and i'm already regretting it. The leasing office gave me the wrong lease twice and my insurance agent had to send over the proof of insurance 3 times because someone couldn't file paperwork correctly. Overall, i'm not a complainer or bad reviewer but the staff has been utterly rude day in a day out. The property and location is the only redeeming factor.

Excellent community to live in, the grounds are quiet, warm, and beautifully decorated. Its a safe, and inviting with little to hardly any noise for such a big complex. It is conveniently located to freeway and nearby malls.

I love my new apartment and community. It is much quieter than my previous one. The access points to the trails and greenery everywhere is definitely a plus. The real hardwood floors are a great touch. The layout of my unit is absolutely perfect as well!

Leasing office needs to improve efficiency and customer service. Paperwork and apt were not ready on moving day. Other than that the community is wonderful, with nice landscaping, and residents are friendly. Hallways and carpet need renovation.

Post Riverside is a well planned community offering a positive neighborhood experience. I interact with my neighbors on a daily basis and enjoy the comradery. Convenient location to I-75/285, Chattahoochee trail, daily necessities and work.

I have had a wonderful experience moving in and getting settled into my apartment here. The staff have been helpful and responsive to every question I have posed. I moved in at the end of March and have learned my way around the community quickly.

My experience with the service has been good! Maintenance is always prompt and the grounds are beautiful.. In the beginning I had trouble with the office staff and their approach, but it has drastically improved.

Basically good. Good access to grocery stores and resturants. Also easy access to interstate highways. Maintenance and repairs has generally been prompt, however reported inoperative doorbell several weeks ago and it has not yet been repaired.

I like the community overall BUT some things have been of grave concern to many of us!! The garage door wasn't fixed for roughly one month! That seemed too long! It's been taken care of but that's against GA Safety law so I did consider movingvery strongly!!! I lived in another community and we were attacked when that happened! Also, there has been a lot of drug use around here the last few months. It's been obvious because you can smell it at the pool in the back!!! It's very very strong there!!! That made me and other residents angry and very sad!!! If this is a drug dealers den, we should have been notified!!! Not decent!!! Also, a week ago the 2nd and fourth floor had unbearable marijuana smoke floating around! I've called the cops 5 times since I moved in for that! I was disinterested in this property after signing my lease recently because of this! Not cool!! Pls address now and always!!! There are decent folk living here!!!

Leasing office doesn't seem to handle complaints well . The attitude has been very negative and argumentative . The leasing agent seem to take it personally when a resident is trying to explain why they are complaining . They do not listen to what you are saying only giving a standard answer No ! We don't do that ! I not only see this myself but hear from others that have lived here a long long time . They the leasing agents are always saying that they will pass this on ..... and , of course nothing is ever done about it . When maintenance does come out ie: took six trips to finally secure my blinds on French doors. Taken 3grips and my ice maker still doesn't work ?!?!? Neighbors are not responding to the emails sent out regarding hanging or having laundry out on balconies to dry . Floods lights out ....a/c vents not it back on 2nd floor Pittman building . Threshold not installed on door leading to parking level and so on .....

Prior to the transition in managment, the leasing office was responsive and organized. After the transition, there have been a few difficulties with the transition. I have lived here a little over a year and am gradually becoming more and more disenchanted.

Great, except for catty office staff. The grounds are immaculate, the community is very quiet. Most maintenance matters are addressed quickly and thoroughly.Some unaddressed problems with barking dogs.

Great location and nice apartments. The apartment is not far from downtown Atlanta. It is minutes away from the Cumberland Mall and the Battery. The landscape of the community is taken care of. The apartments are also a decent size.

The management does a pretty good job. Maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly. Amenities are well kept and up to date. They market as a pet friendly apartment complex however the only space provided for animals is a poorly lit and often poorly landscaped areas full of mosquitoes. It is also far away from any of the residences making it somewhat inconvenient. The elevators and access keys in the Pittman building are often broken which can be an inconvenience as well, but they usually fix it within a reasonable amount of time.

It has gone downhill. Neighbors constantly leave garbage and trash in the hallways. Dog feces is left by the front doors. The pool is disgusting. People throw parties in the pool area, have sex in the pool and are constantly in the pool area well past closing time. This is not a luxury apartment complex anymore and its disappointing. We pay way too much in rent to live with this going on. I say this not to be rude but to bring attention to the lack of community standards. It's very sad.

I feel that I pay 3k a month to live in a dump, basically. Residents scatter their unwanted furniture and appliances all over the property and hallways. People leave their garbage out, sometimes in the hallway. No one cleans up their dogs poop. And repairs promised to me two years ago were never made to my apartment I pay 3k monthly for.

I have enjoyed my stay here tremendously. My apartment is well appointed and comfortable. I love the tall ceilings and hardwood floors. It is so well insulated, I did not turn on my heating system throughout the winter. The grounds are so beautiful, it is a joy to behold on my evening walks. At Christmas, the drive up to the property is a major event , what with the clever lighting of the trees and the square. Customer service from the front is fast and effective and they make everything seems seamless and trouble-free. I am definitely renewing my lease.

I enjoy living in this community. The facilities are very clean and have been well kept. The staff is responsive, and the location is beautiful, as you are able to walk directly to the river from the complex

Absolutely love the complex, everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the amenities are very convenient and wonderful. The apartment floor plan is spacious and the layout gives you a feeling of the French quarters. Plan to live here until I decide to purchase a home again.

Garden, pools, car wash, walking trail, gym provided. Deli market cafe people are best draw. Great wine sold there. Great folks here. Gas grills provided. Town square is delightful community. Bikers and walkers.

Love this community...very family friendly, great for working professionals, and really residents of all ages. I love being close to restaurants and shopping while feeling tucked away. The community is quiet and overall love living here!
