Post Riverside has changed management companies since I first moved in: used to be official Post headquarters. It's now subcontracted by MAA. Friendly neighbors and beautiful grounds that are kept fairly clean for the most part. Biggest complaint is the lack of oversight when it comes to gate security, and a sometimes messy trash area. Otherwise, a great place to live.

Post Riverside was great when I moved in. Quality of some residents and their actions have brought down this property. Crime has increased from past years. Parking is a problem in the area where I live

I feel the community has transitioned via mgmt a number of times. This is disconcerting. If the residents believed in God, I would appreciate that. I believe codependent of all kinds including drugs and alcohol would diminish. It's sad to me there is a low level of partriotism here with flags and the like on doors. I hope that improves! I feel the residents don't always respect others. The won't allow space for me to pass at times when going outside to use the bathroom. The act as if they own the place like gang member controlling their space and territory. They use to many drugs and it makes it hard to sleep when I know they might overdose, drop their cigarette and burn us up. Please cont. to check #1413. I am not amused by dark parties and the like. Thank you.

A truly unique experience and layout here. I love the landscaping, the mix of townhomes and apartments, and the overall "fit and finish" of the community. Walking around occasionally feels like I'm in a small European town. Great amenities and great neighbors. My only issue is that I've repeatedly had issues with roaches, although service is always quick to come spray.

We love the apartment community so far! Very friendly and nice. There are lots of spiders outside our apartment that need to be cleaned though! Other than that, everything else is great! We are happy to be here.

The staff in the leasing office are all very nice and helpful. That said, my apartment was not cleaned well at all before I moved in. The gentleman in charge of maintaining the units is way more interested in saving money than providing new residents a clean, fresh unit.

The grounds are beautiful. Exterior stairwell areas of the apartment buildings need better cleaning. Gym is adequate but lack wipes on a regular basis and the showers are in need of serious attention. Apartments are large and well laid out. The staff responds quickly to any service/questions.

I cannot say enough great things about living at Post Riverside...the leasing team, maintenance, the grounds, and residents, as well as my apartment home....all are top notch! This is an absolutely wonderful place to call home!

I've lived here since April 2019. The community has many amenities such as a restaurant, lash bar, dentistry, chiropractor office, 24 hour fitness center and a deli cafe/market. I like that the community is gated also.

Absolutely LOVE the complex and my apartment. It's seriously a beautiful property. Very recently, I had a great experience with the new/newer Manager, however, prior to that, I had HORRIBLE experiences with the leasing agents after MAA bought Post. My recommendations would be for the leasing office agents to be more professional, kind, and willing to help.

The office staff is truly wonderful, caring, and compassionate. Dawn was very helpful throughout my move in process. She walked me through the whole application process, and was great with following up with all my questions.

The office staff (Allison) is awesome. The apartments are upgraded beautifully and the grounds are immaculate. The gym is clean and has everything that one would need. I'm really happy with choosing Post Riverside.

I'd lived here before and liked it which is why I moved here again when I got another job in the area. Generally, a very nice place with decent neighbors, except the last time I did have some upstairs noise issues that were never fully resolved. Hence, moving back in, but in a townhouse with no upstairs neighbors.

Since December, VERY fond of all in the management office and Maintenance! They have been very helpful and they have a sense of urgency for your issues. I appreciate them and I know that any time I walk in the office, any one of them can help me.

i like it. it is nice. The grounds are pretty; however, where my wife and I live sometimes gets neglected compared to other ares which are more visible to the public. We live in Pittman building and the elevator breaks down occasionally. Also, false fire alarms go off more often than they should.

The community is great, and the community gets together for holidays and celebrations like tree lighting, halloween open trunk trick or treating . The new restaurant, Adlinias is great, along with the deli that includes various grocery and wine items. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and tucked away, & close the downtown, and the major highways. Also, love the huge open area I can let my lab loose to play, run and can't run off. Lately there has been a few very concerning issues that have happened. The police have been called along with emt and the fire dept. numerous times just in the last 4 months. According to the police there are no surveillance cameras in places they should need to be. Would like to know that will be addressed, because it is a great place for families,couples or single people.

I feel at home here at the Post Riverside. I love the Town Square. I love the landscape. We have two pool options and it feels great to invite family and friends to the Post Riverside for it's amazing beauty.

My first expression of the property was impressive, but after noticing some of the kids and teens hanging out on the sidewalk and sometimes seeing empty water bottles on the ground and noticing some of the exterior light fixtures not working or some parts appear to be missing, etc I'm just hoping that the community doesn't loose its flair or we don't have and safety or vandalism issues...a few neighbors mentioned that the community is not what they expected for the price we're paying for rent. So far I like my location and unit. I'm just concerned about the upkeep of the unit and community as a whole. The Maintenance staff members Ricky and Terry are awesome and have made an effort to complete our maintenance problems in a timely manner.

I have lived here for a couple months now, and really enjoy it. Living in the the Princeton building parking is generally always available. My maintenance requests are often completed on time and properly. Thanks!

Very clean and well managed. Management is very responsive to all requests and takes feedback and takes action. Safety and patrol of property is excellent. I highly recommend this community to our friends
