Do not be fooled by the nice grounds. Some of the older units have roaches. The complex is located in a nice part of town. The residents are generally friendly. The office staff may not always be helpful.

Post Riverside is AMAZING! The move-in process was super easy and smooth and the staff is friendly. I just moved in a week ago but I am pleased with the community. The community is quiet and safe and it is in a WONDERFUL area!

Post Riverside is more like a small town community than apartments. Beautifully wooded & landscaped with a gorgeous pools, neighborhood urban garden, and a couple of trails great for dogs. There are plenty of small parks with grills, picnic tables, and a swing. Plus there is a town square with an Italian Restaurant, Deli Market with great sandwiches and wine selection, hair salon, dry cleaner, dentist, etc. The location is fantastic! It is close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, Falcons football, & Braves baseball. I love living here!

Used to be amazing experience. Needs major renovation and upgrade to appliances, carpet replacement and interior painting. The are several communities within three mile radius that are cheaper and better.

PM Security guard needed seven days a week! Cars broken into in front of apartments, a dead man in a car behind an apt! I do Feel safe here! I do not have guests on Tuesdays and Wednesday's when open trash dumpsters are left of parking deck!

was great before it was sold, they really paid attention to detail and cared about the people who live here, front office really needs to be improved, so many of the management drive or take people all over this complex and for some reason do not notice the problems or even say hello

Best apartment community in Atlanta. Amenities, grounds, location second to none. Core community residents a bonus. Service team very responsive. New management team a major upgrade from previous team. Renovated units are most desirable and quite tasteful. This was John Williams' (Post Properties founder) crown jewel 20 years ago. MAA seems to finally get it, thankfully.

The apartment is nice. Our neighbors are nice. My only issue is: I was signed up for auto pay and one month there was s glitch in the system and my payment was late by ONE day and I was FORCED to pay a $250 late fee.

Would live here again. Mgt has gone downhill at Post Riverside. They took away features that are marketed. They don't handle issues properly. They don't care about the residents after they move in. They talk to residents like we are beneath them.

My apartment was clean and ready to move in to the day I wanted to. I hardly ever hear my neighbors and the grounds are generally kept pretty clean. I'd recommend this place to a buddy if they were in need of a place to stay.

I have loved living at Post Riverside. However, it does not seem as well managed since MAA bought the property. I doubt if I will renew my lease after 7 years. Rent increases every year, in spite of length of years there, no extras, new paint, etc for renewing lease. Late fee charged when rent check had been delivered on time.

I love how quiet and safe the community is. It is a very convenient location, with plenty to do closeby. Also love that I have a garage and newly renovated apartment! Also a very pet friendly community that is very easy to get out and walk my dog.

Meeting places like the dog walking path, the deli and now the Restaurant encourage community building and knowing your neighbors. Maintenance responces are timely. Landscaping Company change has not been for the better but is OK.

Service requests are quite slow to be completed and more often than not, not fixed the first time. It's very frustrating. The central office doesn't seem to care very much. I don't know if it's any better but r worse than other apartments. But as a 50 year old adult, it's not the level of service and professionalism that I've grown to expect. It may be fine for someone right out of college or with lower expectations.

We have lived in this apartment complex since 2007; we changed apartments in 2013. The staff are great and really listen to any concerns. They strive every day to make this a terrific place to live. The landscaping is beautiful and visitors always comment that we are lucky to live here.

White Female Yale Graduate calls Black Male Attorney "Stupid N*GGER" at his home (Post Riverside). https:// I am currently living in the apartment complex now. Unfortunately, Racism is present at this community. This happened over Labor Day Weekend 2018! I have reached out to management to get the names of the residents in the video. However, I have not heard back as of yet. One woman is a Yale graduate who claims to be a doctor that works in the area. The other woman claims to have lived at Post Riverside for 12 years. I would like to report her to her ethics board. https://

I really love the community, that was one of the driving factors to choosing post riverside. Very quiet but friendly. I haven't seen many of my neighbors yet, everyone seems to mind their own business.

The community is still beautifully maintained on the outside, but the standards of resident service have been reduced noticeably. The office and maintenance staff are good people but seem over-worked and under-staffed.

Love being here. I'm in the Princeton Building overlooking the courtyard which makes it very special. Great management and maintenance staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I only hope the rents won't be raised so high I can't continue. I am a senior citizen and look on Post Riverside as my long range home. I hope this will be taken into consideration. Many thanks to you all for making Post Riverside such a lovely place to live.

If all your worried about is overpaying to live in a beautiful (exterior) complex & to be near 2 major interstates, then this is perfect for you. When I moved in back in 2016 I loved it at Post Riverside. The staff was EXCELLENT. They were very polite & kind. They made you feel like they actually enjoyed their job & helping you. But I noticed that there turn over rate is RIDICULOUS. It seemed like people were constantly leaving. Apparently something happened because almost in a blink of an eye they changed management & everyone in the office was gone & it was all new staff. The new staff was horrible. Undertrained and not helpful at all. They all have attitudes too. When they were paving the roads a few months ago they towed my car to a different part of the complex (my fault for forgetting to move it), but I spent over an hour walking all over trying to find my car. Management refused to tell me where my car was. They CLAIMED they weren't made aware of where the cars were moved to, so they made me call the towing company & they were so agitated because they couldn't get a hold of their drivers to tell me & they were claiming the office was very aware because they told them where to bring the cars. Finally I found it after I had to track down a worker that was paving to ask where they saw them moving the cars... NO THANKS to management. So you move my property then refuse to tell me where it is? Next is security. In the very high price that your paying for your apartment, part of that is the fact that you have the security of the gate. BUT IT NEVER WORKS, therefore it's constantly open to the public. I've also had maintenance leave their keys in my door for about 3+ hours while I wasn't home. When I went to the office to make them aware and return their keys they laughed, like how funny. Instead of apologizing & understating that they put me in a very dangerous situation. Literally anyone could've been in my apartment or took the key for themselves. Back in December someone was found deceased in our retail parking lot, although they made us aware of it.. they never made us aware of what happened. No need for details, but you owe it to the people that live here to know if our safety is at risk. There's literally dog poop EVERYWHERE, even on the sidewalk & the garbage is constantly overflowed. I love the area it's in, (despite the fact that they built the new stadium and it causes a lot of backed up traffic). It's right between I-285 & I-75, you can get anywhere in about 20 minutes. The community is beautiful. I just wish they cared more about their staff & their renters. I've realized that I can pay the same amount for a rent house with a fenced in back yard. It may be a little out of the way but at this point it's more worth it.
