Lousy Management
We have had to deal with management quite a few times due to the multiple problems with the apartment. Each time our concerns are met with distain rather then concern. Phone calls are never returned and some of the staff has been down right rude. It has been difficult to get any resolutions. What happened to customer services? We've been treated more like vagrants then paying tenants. I would not recommend Post Riverside Apartments if you are looking for a happy home.

Best deal in town. Utilities are so cheap...
Love the staff... Great property... I saved a lot of money on my utilities, they have no gas....

Fabulous!
I am a current resident of Post Riverside and couldn't be happier. I love coming home to such a beautiful, well kept place. There are so many conveniences and the thoughts of ever leaving this complex makes me very sad. Just drive through and you will see what I'm talking about. My favorite part of living here (besides the beauty) is the fact that maintenance is MORE than willing to help in any way. No questions asked--they are there promptly.

Loved living here
I lived at Post Riverside for a year, until I decided to buy a house. I must admit, I have driven through the complex more than once missing my luxurious apartment! The bathroom was huge, nice garden tub and glass shower. If we hadn´t adopted dogs, I would probably still live there, but I needed a yard.

The management staff was wonderful, they take care of everything you need, very flexible. Maintenance was A , I called about a minor issue and the problem was corrected within hours.

Parking was great, I loved the underground parking access with the elevator. As a single woman, I always felt very safe.

The only issue I had was a weird food smell in my bedroom during certain times of the day, wasn´t sure if it was the restaurant below or a neighbor cooking.

If you decide to live here, try to be near the fountain, sleeping with the windows open in the fall is the best.

BEST IN ATLANTA
The place was featured in Better Homes and Gardens, its expensive, but you pay for what you get, its awesome, quiet, more like a 5 star hotel than an apartment complex. The grounds are the best taken care of apartment grounds I have ever seen.
