Don't let the beautiful exterior fool you the building and apartment interior is old and in need of upgrading. The grounds are beautiful and the complex is perfect for families with children. If the interior was as nice as they keep the exterior I would give a better review. The office staff is not very helpful and constantly changes. The manger doesn't take many concerns seriously and is never available to speak. Noise complaints are not taken seriously at all! I'm transferring out early because the people above me are always stomping and banging from 5am to 12am. If you're moving into apartment 338 I feel sorry for you. I have called the front office, the courtesy officer and even knocks on their door and nothing has changed. The apartments are also very dark. I get no sunlight into my apartment and most of the other apartments have extremely small windows. I've been here 8 months and I'm so glad I have the option of transferring with MAA or else I would've gladly paid 2 months rent to get out of here.

My boyfriend is currently in the process of moving out. He has had 2 years of headaches at this property, culminating in their shoddy water heater repair 3 weeks before his lease was up that flooded his top floor apartment so badly it soaked through the garages 3 stories below. Despite the floors being torn up and portions of the walls removed and exposed nails all over and workmen there all day, they say it is livable and wont let him (or his dog) out of the lease. The managers are terrible people who just want your money even when you have them recorded saying "it's not inhabitable, we will let you out of your lease and refund your money".

RIPOFF ALERT --- DON'T THINK IT CAN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. THEY ARE SAYING I OWE THEM OVER $5000 UPON MOVE OUT. A Post Riverside representative recommended Appliance Warehouse for a washer/dryer rental (since I was renting an apartment at Post Riverside). Upon move out, I authorized Appliance Warehouse go into the unit (with a Post representative since I could not be present) to remove the washer and dryer (hence finalizing the rental). During this time, Post asserts there was damage done to the unit by Appliance Warehouse. Post advised that I contact Appliance Warehouse to open a claim with the understanding that Appliance Warehouse was responsible for the damage done during the removal of the washer and dryer. After calling Appliance Warehouse 5 times and getting an email from them, it was determined that it was there policy that Post would have to open a claim with them. I communicated this to Post and heard nothing from either Post or Appliance Warehouse since October 26th, 2016. Out of nowhere, today, I received an email stating that I owe Post $5,255.22 for the damage supposedly done by Appliance Warehouse with no explanation as to what transpired in their dealings with Appliance Warehouse thus far. Given my dealings with Post that took at least 5 contacts with Appliance Warehouse to verify that Post would need to open the claim with Appliance Warehouse (they kept insisting that it would have to be me who opened the claim until I finally showed them an email from Appliance Warehouse saying that Post had to open the claim) AND given the fact that Post found it reasonable to send me a bill for $5,255.22 after telling me that Appliance Warehouse would cover the damages, I am reaching out for legal help. None of this makes sense to me - especially when you consider the amount of time and effort it took me just to get Post to acknowledge their responsibility to open the claim.

Post Riverside is the absolute worst apartment I've dealt with in my life. They put in simulated flooring (polyvinyl chloride) the day before I moved in. Which is a cheap alternative to putting in real hardwood floors. This is surprising given their high rent. The apartment started making me and my fiance sick about two weeks after I moved in. I narrowed it down to the polyvinyl chloride flooring. I did research on the product and found out that it emits gas chemicals and that there is no safe way to manufacture, use, or dispose of PVC products. I contacted the leasing office and communicated with the manager and assistant manager. They refused to give me another unit in the same price range that I am paying. In addition they told me that I would have to pay a $350 transfer fee. When I inquired about transferring to a different Post property they told me that i had to give a 30 day notice and still pay a $350 transfer fee. They were totally rude and uncaring. I have not been able to live in my apartment for a couple of weeks now. They refuse to reimburse me for the time I have not lived in my apartment and refuse to provide me with another apartment to live in temporarily. Please beware and do your research before moving into this apartment. I am going to contact the corporate office and I will update this review with their response.

I rented here largely because I believed in the positive review on yelp and rent.com. Now I realize things are not as they appear on the surface. When I am fed up with experiencing surprises, all negative surprises, and tried to post a review on these two websites, I cannot! I hope this review can serve as a wake-up call for you! Among the numerous unpleasant surprises, the following is a peak of the ice-burg: 1. Staff refused to address safety concerns and even refused to answer questions about why are the police cars here, or how come your patrol officer never responded to our calls, what happened to our neighbors, etc. (Are these hard questions to answer?) 2. Enormous effort was put into window dressing, while real issues do not get solved in any visible way. Cockroach, raccoon, filthy air ( smokers, barbecue, etc.), noise, smelly pipe water, leaky basement, the list goes on and on and on.) I cannot take it any more.

I have a problem with the ethics of the management. When I moved out, I received a very surprising bill. None of the following items come with a legitimate explanation: 1. To replace and paint a door: $250. I contacted the contractor, who acknowledged that the door was purchased from Home Depot with only $40, but he paid $60 to paint it and $120 for a 'carpenter' to install it. On top of that, $30 for "company fee' (What is that???). When I reminded the contractor that it is a door very easily taken off and put back, he no longer responded. 2. $75 "Pet treatment". The problem is, I have no pet. I emailed the contractor for an answer and there has been no response. The staff would not explain either. 3. More than three hundreds dollars 'as of' the first day of this year. When asked what it is, there is no response what so ever. I have automatic payment set up which allowed the management to take money out every month. How could they have left hundreds of dollars behind? I start to wonder what the management has done with those monthly automatic payment and I then looked at them closely. The numbers are weird. The surcharges vary widely from month to month, meaning, I used a lot of water in a month and then about half of it the following month. I am only happy that I am out, although late. Also, I am surprised by the way the Post Riverside management handles money: The gym went through a major renovation and we cannot use it at all for a long period of time. The end results was that everything has a different color but the equipment is the same old set. Whose money is that? The tenants'! The management put on Christmas lights 24/7 during entire holiday season. I have no idea why they need the lights on during day time. Whose money is that? The tenants'! I would also like to make it clear that billing is not the only problem of this place. Safety is a big concern: I witnessed numerous violent incidents. For example, a man keeps burning stuff at night, cursing loudly at night, and eventually at day time, he jumped down from the second floor, yelling violently. The police finally came and took him away. The question is, where were they before? What the management has been doing? The problem has been reported repeatedly. I do NOT recommend this place.

Danger: Dog Bite! Post Riverside is where dog owneres would feel free to unleash their dogs and let them wander around without getting caught. Some of these dog owners do not even live here. They all come after 6:00PM of course when the leasing office is closed. There are emergency numbers to call, but good luck with those! In a nutshell, This is a haven for unleashed dogs! If you think dog bite is no big deal, here is some facts and statistics for your consideration: 1. A dog bite may cause serious bacterial infections of soft tissues or bone (osteomyelitis) which can become life-threatening if untreated. 2. Rabies results in the death of approximately 55,000 people a year, with most of the causes due to dog bites. 3. Capnocytophaga canimorsus transmission (a gram-negative bacterium) following a dog bite can cause overwhelming sepsis in asplenic patients, the elderly, and the immunocompromised. 4. Dogs are predators by nature, instinct is something that never completely disappears, and that predatory behavior against other animals (such as chasing other animals) may train a dog or a pack of dogs to attack humans. 5. Small children are especially prone to being misunderstood by dogs, in part because their size and movements can be similar to prey. 6. Children die more often because due to their small size they are less able to withstand an attack until help arrives. The age group with the second-highest amount of fatalities due to a dog attack are 2-year-old children. Over 88% of these fatalities occurred when the 2-year-old was left unsupervised with a dog(s) or the child walked into the location of a dog and was attacked.

The is not a safe place to live, especially when you have young kids. I have been here for less than three months and I have seen police cars rushing in with sirens on more than six times. I was not even home most of the time! Upon inquiry, the leasing office simply refused to provide information. The staff would look deeply into the floor and say "I am not aware of it". The staff would tell you their theory that they have a patrol officer. That is again a theory heavily dependent on the ethics and the consciousness of the patrol officer and the management. There is a phone number to get patrol officers to come, however, they will not come. I am so tired of listing the excuses so ingeniously conjured. Better yet, quite often, nobody picks up the phone! In fact, safety fails at a very basic level. For example, people with dogs (tenants, their friends, or anyone else who knows how easy it is to get in) can unleash their dogs freely here. (It is illegal to do so theoretically in this area. However, in reality, it all depends on the ethics and consciousness of the police and the leasing office. ) Even if the dogs bark at and chase off your little kids, the leasing office will do absolutely nothing abut it. In short, if you have kids, do not live here unless you do not care if they be bitten by dogs.

Among all the unpleasant facts about his apartment complex, cockroach is surely the one that is best hidden by the management---they come out only at night, while the house tours are at day time. No matter how we complaint about it and pointed out the various safety issues with cockroach, the management sincerely ignores it--it is the way their business is run---they believe they can get away with it and keep making money. If you are considering renting in this apartment complex, I would like to offer my two cents---it does not worth it! Here is why: 1. Food contamination: While crawling around at nights, cockroaches contaminate open food by defecating on it, leaving behind hair and dead skin and depositing empty egg shells in it. 2. Inoculation of disease-causing bacteria: While feeding cockroaches regurgitate their own saliva and digestive fluids from their mouth to inoculate your food with germs or bacteria residing in their gut. A study found that the bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa can multiply extensively in gut of cockroaches. It can cause several diseases like urinary tract infections, digestive problems and sepsis. 3. Cockroach bites: Some species of cockroaches have been found to bite humans. These cases are rare but if your home is heavily infested with these insects then you should be careful because they can nibble on fingernails, toes and soft parts of the skin causing wounds. 4. Invasion of body parts: Cockroaches can not only invade your home but also your body parts. There are several cases of cockroaches entering the ear and nose while sleeping. Small cockroaches can readily enter body orifices if you're in deep sleep. 5. Food poisoning: In an epidemic outbreak of food poisoning, it was found that the incidence of new cases dropped abruptly after cockroach infestation was eliminated. The insect is also a home for the bacterium Salmonella which can cause typhoid and food poisoning. 6. Allergies: Cockroaches can cause allergies. Their saliva secretion and body parts contain hundreds of allergens that can trigger an undesirable reaction. You may suffer from skin rashes, sneezing and watery eyes. 7. Asthma: Cockroaches can be the worst enemies of asthmatic people. The incidence of asthma attack may increase if your house is infested with cockroaches. Cockroach allergens can cause severe complications and can even be life-threatening. And people who are not asthmatic may develop cockroach asthma by inhaling cockroach allergens.

Not really a 'gated' community. As you see in the photo, the gate is wide open, anyone can come in with no difficulties. Dog waste everywhere and irresponsible dog owners do not feel they need to do anything--the housing office does not either.

I have been trying to work with management regarding a noise problem since I moved in. Since the problem cannot be resolved due to the mechanical nature of the problem they are moving me to another apartment. They assured me is would be upgraded just like my current apartment but I just discovered that was untrue. The new apartment has white cabinets instead of wood and appear to have water damage. They informed me that they can upgrade the cabinets but I would have to pay for it. They are very good at ignoring calls and emails until you involve the VP of the company. I will not pay for cabinet replacement. They promised the same and they need to deliver. There is always a new problem. I do not recommend. The only positive is the maintenance staff is very friendly and truly tries to help.

Worst apartment experience ever. If I could give Post Riverside a zero star, I would. I read the terrible reviews, but I made the mistake of thinking it wouldn't happen to me. When I toured my 2nd floor apartment in November 2014, I was shown a 2 car garage directly under my apartment on the ground floor. The leasing agent informed me that this was the garage that came with my apartment. When I returned on move-in day 3 weeks later and signed my lease, I was shocked to find out the property manager had ordered maintenance to build a wall inside my 2-car garage -- effectively converting it into two 1-car garages. I was not informed that this construction would take place -- even though Clay called me several times that week to make sure I was coming in to sign my lease. I returned to the office to ask why I could not access my 2nd garage. The manager and leasing agent were conveniently out of the office. Another leasing agent informed me that my 2nd garage was now located at the rear of the property with NO access to my apartment. I informed Jordan that I signed a lease for a penthouse apartment with a 2-car garage under my unit. She replied that the 2 separate garages was "Post Property's idea of a 2-car garage." My first night sleeping in my new apartment was uneventful until 5:30 the next morning when a man -- who didn't even reside in my building -- drove his souped up muscle car out of the garage directly under my bedroom! Mind you; the garage he drove out of was the 2nd half of my 2-car garage before they constructed a wall separating it into 2 garages. Later that morning I spoke with the manager who told me she would not convert my garage back to a 2-car garage, but she said she would send "a sound engineer" to my bedroom to do a "sound check" to see how loud the garage door is. She laughed the entire time I was in her office. My complaints were a source of amusement to her. At this point I realized she was extremely unprofessional, and I elected to terminate my lease under Post's 30-day guarantee -- a policy that is buried within the 18-page lease that you sign on move-in day.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. My lease renewal is coming up and based on comparable apartments in the school district, this is the best! I have shopped around, and though my unit doesn't have all the upgrades, I do have the option to move into one that does. I do feel that Post should just upgrade all of the units with newer kitchen appliances but again there's nothing broken here. I have read bad reviews that seem to be from people that just didn't get their way based on the document they didn't read. I love living here and I consider this home for another 3 years while my kid finishes high school. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help. The grounds are amazing, and maintenance has always reacted immediately. This is also a very quiet property. From time to time you hear the kids outside at play which is in my opinion a plus. This is not just an apartment complex, this is a real residential community!

I lived at Post Riverside for over two years (2012-2014) in Unit 402. During that time, my HVAC unit broke over 6 times and Post Riverside did not take the initiative in replacing it. The pipe in the wall between the laundry room and the internal hallway burst, causing approximately $4,000 worth of damage to my furniture that my insurance company -- not Post's insurance company--had to cover. My unit had roaches on a regular basis. I got a job in another city and the Post lease does not have that as a reason to end the lease. So I had to pay two months plus a deposit to get out of the lease. Post Riverside said they would show my unit but they did not show it to anybody in person. The property manager quit replying to my emails in a timely fashion.

I would describe living at Post Riverside to be VERY disappointing. Everyone is amazed by the grounds and how maintenance keeps it up. Other than that, it goes downhill. I have lived in my apartment for about 3 months and have been given false information about my lease, random fees on my bill, and I feel, unfair treatment from the staff. I am having to relocate and break my lease for a family emergency back home and no one has been of good help or can give me in consistent answers about possibly re-renting/finding a sublet for my apartment. I recently found out that someone did apply to rent my apartment after I move out, yet they are still requiring me to pay the termination fee and asked if i could move out earlier than what my 30 day notice says to accommodate the next occupant. Not only is the current staff (as of 10/6/14) poorly trained but NO ONE can CORRECTLY answer my questions pertaining to my lease. They always give me the run around and the Property Manager, ----- -----, never seems to be available. I have visited the office 5 times and she has not been there to answer any questions. I myself have worked in the leasing/housing profession for about 4 years (2009 2013), prior to switching careers, and never have I seen such a discontinuous set of workers and staff. This property has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee that the leasing office itself doesn't seem to understand as I have been told one thing and my lease that I signed says another. Because of inaccurate information given to me from the Property Manager and previous assistant property manager, I have missed that window to take advantage of the 30 day satisfaction, a decision that I made based upon what seems to be a conniving way to keep me in my lease. Not to mention that I have had quarter sized roaches in and out of my apartment (which I did not bring) and all throughout the respective building that I reside in, especially the laundry room area. Pest control has visited at least 4 times in the last 2 weeks but to no avail, they still come.

This is a beautifully landscaped and well maintained property. It is less than 10 miles from downtown Atlanta yet very quiet and serene. It is located in a convenient, safe area. The gym is state of the art and the pools are always clean. Post Riverside is definitely a place to call home!

I have lived in Post Riverside for almost 2 years now and will not be renewing my lease for a number of reasons. I m not sure if it s this property in particular or Post in general, but I feel like they are ALWAYS trying to nickel and dime me with fees. And, when I actually have an issue (dog barking next door 24 hours a day, never having hot water, or unexplained surges in my utilities) they actually couldn't care less. The aggressive sales culture of the leasing office has these wannabe professionals not only completely dismissive but down right ambivalent to the satisfaction of the residents. I have also noticed a lot of high school traffic/loitering in the complex since North Atlanta High School moved right next door, but that s a different story altogether

This complex is very poorly run. The leasing office is only looking to lock you into a lease, then they literally want nothing to do with you. They do not care about any issues you may have, but they will be sure to smile and tell you they are looking into it....good luck on getting anything resolved. The complex has gone down hill over the past couple years- there is a poor heating/air system and you get max 5 minutes of hot water for a shower. If want to be treated like a valued customer, I would look elsewhere.

I moved here in the spring of 2013 so I want to go ahead and review this as my decision to renew will be coming up soon. Here's my overall breakdown of living here, in short, I love it! -The apartments: I live in a 1 bedroom with garage in the gated back half of the complex. I feel that given the amenities and how the apartments are built the price is worth it. I really love the layout, it helps the square footage feel bigger than it is as I have a garage downstairs and a long front hallway to my kitchen and living room. The kitchen is very nice, out of the apartments I have lived in this is the best kitchen I've had. It has real tile, maple cabinets, and corian counter tops with plenty of storage & prep room. The appliances are white and a little older but they work well so I'm OK with that, I believe the front half of the complex has newer brushed steel. My windows let in plenty of light during the day, and my heat & air work very well. I have a walk in closet with built in shelving that is great for storage. I also enjoy having my own washer & dryer in unit. Bathroom is a little small but it has a linen closet and hot water has never been an issue. The only complaint I really have is the carpet, I've had a few spots where the carpet meets tile & in the corners where the carpet is not secured down fully. As far as noise I have never heard anyone next to me and I don't have anyone below. I have heard my upstairs neighbor walking around a few times but that's it, no issues with music or yelling or anything crazy. It's quiet for the most part. I live on ground floor and this complex is next to the Chattahoochee national forest, as a result I've seen a few bugs. Nothing that's a big deal but you will see palmetto bugs in your garage and some house centipedes. They don't get in my actual apartment so I'm OK with it, I think it's to be expected given where we live. Overall I am very happy with the apartment itself, especially with the garage. -Safety: When I moved this was the most important factor to me being a single girl and this place has been very safe. I could be wrong, but I don't think we've had any break ins or safety incidents since I've moved in. The back half of the complex is gated and pretty far back off the road so I have never felt unsafe here, even when I come home late due to work. The area surrounding the complex is very nice, it's close to Buckhead, Vinings, and the whole paces ferry area. There's also security who I frequently see around the complex. Overall I'm very happy with the level of safety here. -Grounds: The grounds here are amazing! They are always working on some kind of landscaping and it makes the complex look great. There are a lot of trees and flowers around the property, even the pool (at least the back pool) looks fantastic. The amount of care that they put into the landscaping really wowed me. Pool area has always been nice & clean and that goes for the town square up front also with the gym. -Office: I haven't dealt with the office much but when I've had to they've been helpful. I've had 2 maintenance issues and both were fixed within 24 hours of notice. My leasing experience was easy and they were up front about what monthly fees I would have through them month to month. -Parking: I can't say much about this since I have a garage. Any time I've had to park outside of it during the day it's fine, but I've had a few times coming home late and every spot has been full. As long as I'm parking in my garage it's fine but at night from the few times I tried it seems to get pretty full. Overall I would recommend this place. I think the prices are reasonable and they really take care of this community. I am hoping to end up staying here for at least the next 2-3 years until I decide to buy.

It has got the wow factor has one drives up. I love the cute town square. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. If your upstairs Neighbor decides to do house work at 3 am then you are awake. I also have issues getting my maintenance completed. Parking is also limited. you might not be able to park anywhere near your unit. I have been in my unit a few months and now it seems like everything is falling apart. This complex is aging and they are having a hard time keeping up with it. The grounds however are amazing...great grounds crew

My husband and I have lived at Post Riverside for almost 9 years. We love to tell people the story of how we moved in with a six month trial lease and have been here ever since. The grounds are beautiful and have been kept in immaculate order for all the years. Safety and security are excellent. It is dog friendly which is important to us. Staff is courteous and helpful. Maintenance is the best. We have never waited more than 12 hours for any repair! Yes, the rent has gone up, yes the appliances are getting dated, but everything is in excellent working order - if it wasn't, it would be replaced. I'm surprised at some of the negative comments; those who think it's dated, merely adequate, overpriced, etc. have obviously not compared Post Riverside to other properties. This property has become in my opinion a stable, lovely community in one of the best parts of town. Excellent location and you pay a premium for that. Very happy here!

Like many have said in other reviews, this is a beautiful (but aging) complex. What used to be considered a luxury apartment has now been relegated to average. The fixtures and appliances have not been updated in many years, and during a power outage last weekend the emergency outdoor lighting even failed. I lived here for about five years up until 2007 (moved out of state) and had a great apartment with great management. Everything about it was a pleasurable experience. In March 2013 I was being transferred back to Atlanta with an extremely quick time frame so I didn't have the luxury of searching for places in person. I called the office and they were quite helpful setting everything up online. That's where the helpfulness stopped. I moved into a two bedroom with garage apartment on the first level. From day one, my upstairs neighbors have been a horror show. They have two children and let them (literally) run wild. It's a rare day when I'm not awoken early in the morning or get even one hour of peace and quiet to myself. I've complained to the office staff multiple times (over 20) in the four months I've survived here. Not one thing has been done about the noise levels. I've been told that they've asked the neighbors to quiet down, but less than 30 minutes later they're stomping all over the place again. Management was absolutely useless. It has gotten so bad that I've stayed in hotels and on three occasions even slept for a couple of hours in my car to get some peace. This is unacceptable for the amount of rent that I'm paying. I've been in apartments for over 15 years and have never once had an experience as bad as this one. I cannot wait to get out of this place. So much so that I'm willing to leave my lease two months early. The apartment manager offered to split my final month rent with me, which I thought was extremely nice and showed a nice gesture to a customer of many, many years. Well the next morning she rescinded the offer. Boy, that's a good business package - well we've got five years of rent out of this guy, let's milk him for another 30 days and try to screw him as best we can. As great as management was during my last stint, the current management team should be ashamed of themselves. If you're looking for pretty flowers, then have at this place. If you need peace, quiet, sleep and a quality management team - AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have lived at Post Riverside for about 3.5 years now and have been extremely happy with it. See notes below: Best features: 1. Very very safe (set back from the road far enough that no one comes up here, plus it's gated AND the gate ALWAYS works, which is rare for a lot of other apartment complexes). I am a single woman and not going to lie, I have left my door unlocked multiple times and feel 100% safe. 2. Quiet but not too quiet - I have never heard a peep from other apartments next to me or below me. However, I am on the top level so I can't speak to ceiling/floor quality. The neighborhood is very quiet/peaceful but nice to actually see people out and about on the weekends. 3. LOCATION to the highway/midtown Atlanta - I work in Midtown and since this complex is only 1 mile from 75 South, it only takes me 15 minutes to get to work. I LOVE THIS!! This is one of the sole reasons why I never moved from Post Riverside after 3 years. Not to mention the close proximity to Cumberland and 285. 4. Tulips in the spring - Post is notorious for their landscaping, and they go overboard with the tulips in the Spring. It is SOOO pretty. 5. Maintenance (this is in no particular order) - They respond very quickly (usually same day) and fix exactly what I asked for. Not so great things: 1. Price / rent increases - My rent has gone up about 10-15% every year and has been for the most part non-negotiable. I tried moving out every year for the past 3 years but honestly could not find anything remotely as nice as Post Riverside. As I said above, the location cannot be beaten. So I decided to pay the increase as my salary allowed for it. 2. Dog poop - Self explanatory, it's everywhere. Sometimes even in the hallways/stairways, but the cleaning staff does a pretty good job of cleaning up after careless residents. 3. Bugs - No cockroaches (thank god!!), but have gotten a few ants, spiders, and centipedes as expected in most places. They usually die off within a couple days anyway, but still kind of gross. 4. Parking - There is SOME parking, but not the most convenient. It feels like the buildings were built too close together so they didn't create enough parking spaces for the buildings RIGHT next to the buildings. I can usually find parking next to my building about 60% of the time, but the other 40% of the time I have to walk a couple minutes away. Last note - The staff is pretty nice, but I haven't needed to talk to them very much since I've had no issues. I like that they stay out of my business and I stay out of their way.

I am approaching the end of my lease of one year, and I could not be happier with Post Riverside! I am in shock that the staff has been described in such a negative light. I have had nothing but amazing customer service from all of the leasing staff, including the manager, the maintenance has been prompt, thorough and polite with all of my requests. I decided to move to another apartment at Post Riverside at the end of my lease, and the manager and the staff have been so very accommodating and helpful with every call and request (and I have called alot with many questions!). I could not imagine living any where else - I feel safe and the complex is immaculate and well kept. I would highly recommend Post Riverside to any and everyone! And since race has been mentioned in previous reviews, I will add that I am not Caucasian and have never felt even a hint of racism from anyone that works at Post Riverside.

Initially, I was very excited to move into this beautiful apartment complex. However, upon signing the lease I realized that the staff had prejudged us. Things have far exceeded disrespectful from that point on. I have never dealt with such a rude apartment staff in my entire life. I have spoken to neighbors, and they have also had a horrible time dealing with the people in the front office. I absolutely CAN'T WAIT for the lease to end and get out. Parking is terrible. We pay our rent on time every month on time as all people should. I don't understand why the apartment complex staff has an attitude, if they want to hand pick and choose who they think should live in an apartment complex on "who they think is suitable" they can have a good time with that. I would NEVER recommend that any one move in to this place.
