Lovely & very safe for a single woman with great servic s on site. I use the hair salon and like the new parcel drop facility. I like having prompt attention to my maintenance requests and the garbage shutes on each floor are very helpful. My apartment is much larger than most floor plans in the newer apartments with a huge walk-in closet

The washer and dryer door was broken. I put in a work order and it is still not fixed other than that I love the apartment. Friendly staff some of the neighbors are friendly others are not so friendly they see you and do not speak.

Moving to post riverside was the best decision ever. The location is awesome, the grounds and property is absolutely beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond to make life easy for us and I couldn't have asked for a better unit. My family and I love love love this place!

Overall, a nice place to live. Has gone down a bit in the last few years under the new MAA company. Most important thing though to me is safety, and this complex makes me feel very safe. No major neighbors, but beware living on the bottom floors. Your neighbors on higher floors have no respect for their noiseness and mgmt doesn't enforce the noise complaints you make.

I've lived here for two years and every year the rent goes up dramatically. The office staff is rude, unhelpful and there is a lot of turnover in the management office. The apparent is very old with outdated fixtures. The carpet is very cheep and looks dirty no matter how many times I have it professionally cleaned. The apartment is not at all energy efficient and as a result the energy bills are very high. The walls and ceilings are very thin. You can hear every step that your neighbor makes. I would not recommend Post Riverside.

My apartment was not ready. A door to a closet on the first floor was not on, there was trash and it had not been cleaned. There was also a problem with the drainage in one of the showers. The staff was very nice and got things done within a week, but I was surprised there was no offer for any reparations. The complex is very clear about what happens if the renter doesn't hold up his/her end of the bargain.

I'm only living here temporarily. I do think it is a very nice complex ,nicely landscaped & mostly quiet !I do feel that this building is not very clean & dark & depressing -it needs a complete update -not just cosmetic . There are problems with the noises A/C system ,water pipes & master bath has only one drawer! The hall& elevator are always dirty .There needs to be a system put in place to have a cart available for those of us who are older or have medical issues !Thanks

Everything is great except the noise. Way they built the structure, they constructed poorly on noise issues between the floors. I've automatically waken up in the morning when my upstairs tenant wakes up. It's just too much to bear.

Post Riverside is in a sought out area in Buckhead! Best schools. You sacrifice space for the zip code. The lease is set to rise drastically due to the new Baseball stadium not sure most will want to pay the rates just for that! Rear apartments need care of landscaping but overall it's a great community especially for those with kids!

This property does not offer any where for children to play. There is no green space or playground even though there is space to provide it. Also, the curb appeal is not the same since the new company has taken over. Overall, it is a safe place to live, with amenities for adults. A bit over priced with general updates needed. Ex:Metal blinds need to be eliminated and should not be standard for the price we pay to live here

Overall property and service has declined over the years. General areas are ok but unit is older and can use updating. Lots of animal(dog) owners and they are all over the property, not always following the guidelines for where they should be walked. Lots of kids playing in streets without adult supervision. Plaza area much better kept up than back properties but rent is escalating without proportionate upkeep.

Post Riverside is a wonderful place to live! It is a safe community with awesome amenities and tons of green space. I would highly recommend it! The staff is very responsive and easy to work with. The maintenance team is also wonderful.

I've lived here 3 years, and I love it. Quiet, friendly community. Apartments are well maintained and upgraded with zero noise from other units. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Onsite delimarket Cafe is great for lunch or to buy last minute items without leaving the property.

We have lived in Post Riverside for almost 8 months now and have absolutely LOVED living here. The properly is beautiful and I feel very safe in our apartment. Our apartment is fully upgraded & is very spacious. We visit the pool & tennis courts often and they are both well kept. My only complaints would be that the elevators are slow and there needs to be a better system to receive packages. Otherwise Post Riverside is an ideal place to live!

I can see in the last few years of living here its has gone down greatly in appeal. We need so many things fixed on the property. We are very much below average on amenities. Our halls stink, there's cob webs everywhere, we have bad odors in our halls and also in our underground parking. I am embarrassed to have guest over at my place of residence anymore. The spray they use after the weekly vacuuming in a wild cherry scent. This smell is so outdated. I'm a designer and I visit a lot of other properties and ours is way behind. I plan to move out this time when my lease comes open.

Only complaint is the cockroaches in the square. Im not sure if you can spray, but there are so many. Also, could use some restaurants in the area and more events for the community. I see a lot of people post about how they wish we had some to get to know people.

My family has recently moved from one unit in the neighborhood to a different unit due to increased rent amount in our old unit. We have been very disappointed with the both the condition which we found our new apartment and the level of customer service from the leasing office when we inquired about these issues. The new apartment was not cleaned well before we moved in and several items were broken. These items have not been fixed yet and it has now more than a month after our move in date. We are very disappointed with our recent experience with this move.

Landscape & property is well maintained in town center, but is below average behind the gates of the village. They won't purchase pool umbrellas at the family pool this summer because they said the company won't spend the money. This prevents anyone from seeking shade while at the pool. Parking is a problem because residents use garages for storage and not to store their cars. There have been three property managers on staff here in the 3+ years I've lived here, and they are all combative and defensive trying to defend squeezing every penny out of you for things that should be included in your rent, or if you try to move to another apartment on site. POST used to be the standard to beat in apartments, but it is now sorely below average due to all of the recent competition.

The rent that we pay is excessive for value received and more than that paid by others for comparable 3 bedroom apt. features/size at Post Riverside. Our efforts to negotiate rent at lease renewal resulted in very small reductions but still unsatisfactory.

Post Riverside is a very convenient location for both work and pleasure. The grounds are in good shape and the residents are all very respectful of each other for the most part. I wish the gym were a little larger with a more extensive option of machines and weights. I also hope the restaurant does open as that would truly complete the property.

I absolutely love living at Post Riverside. Not only are the staff and residences nice and well kept, it is also in a great location. There are plenty of things in the general area, including grocery store and the mall. The only improvement I would add would be a playground.
