MAA Riverside is a beautiful community. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Great community for the short time my kids and I were between homes. There are lots of kids for them to play with. The facilities are awesome too! We used the gym, pools, the car wash, and walking trails often. Our community our is close to I-75 and I-285 as well, so getting where you need to go is a cinch.

When I moved in it was very nice, I felt safe, people picked up after. Their dogs. This year has changed drastically, the area fir dogs is loaded with fog poop, never cleaned up, people hang clothes on the railings, you have to report it, park in front of their garages, because they store in the garages. So consequently their cars stick 40% out on the street. You have to drive around it. The vetting system is very very bad. It is very unsafe here. Can't wait to get out. It is a shame all the good people are leaving. Great location, poor choice of people here. Also more people living in a unit that is not reported. Too bad that it has come to this.

It's a beautiful community in a great location. The apartment itself is pretty basic for the cost of rent but having a garage and all of the surrounding nature is very nice. Not much has changed in the few years I have lived her but the rent has gone up a ton.

Worst apartment experience I’ve had in 10 years of renting. Walls are paper thin. Cheap appliances. Cheap paint. Management turnover. Dirty pool. Back inside the property is not well maintained. WAY too expensive for what you are getting.

The move in was not a good experience but since then the new maintenance has made improvements. The hallways need to be properly maintained the smell is per urine has become a problem and embarrassing for guest

I am very happy with my experience thus far, with only a few exceptions. I have enjoyed getting to know some of my neighbors, and the grounds are very attractive. I do wish that there were more retail offerings in the town square. The regular maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. They are highly responsive to any requests that I submit. I regularly use the gym and the pool.

I moved from California been here 7 months the office staff sucks the old staff they were nice. Meanwhile, this place is extremely racist! Also, the place looks good on the outside. I see a lot of younger adults hanging around. Oh, yeah they let the dogs do anything here poop everywhere. This should be a doggie complex I like dogs but people aren't cleaning behind them. Teens at the pool smoking hookah disgusting. Do not move here over priced and overrated rude office!

I relocated to Atlanta from Texas, the search for a place, the approval process and move-in has been the easiest and most organized moves in my life! I am so pleasantly surprised of the area and my new place, I leased the property without actually seen it first, so I had anticipated problems; however, I have not encountered any thus far! Everyone has been so helpful and knowledgeable; my place is clean and perfect for me!

They’re under new management as of June 1, 2021 and the quality here has declined very rapidly. The staff is incompetent, they have no clue what they’re doing, and they don’t call back. Maintenance takes 3-5 business days to fix issues when previously, they would come same day. And all these random mysterious charges have started popping up. It is not worth it to live here

So far, it hasn't been great. I've had bug problems since I have moved in (ants, spiders, roaches, etc), my bedroom is a good 10 degrees hotter than the rest of my apartment, the apartment isn't worth the money I'm paying for it (hair painted on to the wall, tons of cosmetic issues), and now my floor is caving in :)

This apartment complex is too expensive to not fulfill their end of the bargain. I have not been here an entire week and have countless service orders in. At move in my keys fob was ready but my garage key, mail keys, etc were not. My fridge wasn't working and neither was my hot water, the blinds were broken in the living room as well as the hallway lights. The office staff is nice and helpful but I am very disappointed so far. Its a beautiful complex, it feels safe and pretty quiet but the move in process wasn't ideal.

We moved to Riverside in Jan 2021. We truly love living here. The people we have met (including all the staff) are extremely nice and helpful and all enjoy living here. The property is maintained fantastically well: it's very clean and landscaping is gorgeous.

While I loved the community and had a pleasant experience living here, beware of substantial rent increases. After living here for a year, the best offer they gave me was a 10% increase in rent. There was no room for negotiation and I was given < 2 weeks after the renewal offer to decide to move or not.

I have enjoyed staying at MAA Riverside. The community is great, the landscaping is always A1, and the amenities are also great. They handle the maintenance request very quickly, I think most of my requests were competed within a day, unless something additional was needed. The price could be better, but it's reasonable for the condition of the apartments, the location and all the amenities. Overall, I'd say it's a great place to stay

Hi, I am a retried police of 30 years that had to move in a short amount of time the place I was living in for 41/2 years took a wrong turn as in people that I had arrested moving in. I searched far and wide found nestled in the heart of the vinnings is Maa Riverside a great little community with loads of perks. I encountered 2 wonderful leasing agents Olivia and Mr. Que they are both great in their on way Olivia a bright conscientious lady but Mr. Que takes the cake he is a super man gets it done . I like the office leasing staff so far been here 9 days today...This place is very well maintained by the fast and courteous maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend this complex but not a 1st level apartment the people over me hope they read this are not nice! I can say if you are looking for a great apartment community as far safety is my top concern and it is safe , clean and secure . I will be here for a while and hope and pray my stay gets better and better. Also, I can say that you pay for what you are getting great place...special thanks again to Mr. Que shout out ??...

Lovely setting, old friends and new. I feel very safe. Maintenance calls attended to quickly. Efforts are made to have gatherings as a community. We are VERY disappointed there is now no restaurant or cafe. No reason to meet friends and/or entertain outside friends.

Clearly, I have been happy for the most part! It is a convenient property, it is beautifully maintained, and with the exception of a few extraordinarily irritating incidents, my residency here has been every bit as pleasant as I could have hoped for or expected from a rental community.

Good... I think the details are not as noticed as before... we really need to get the restaurant and deli space opened and really need to focus on that big time that is really an amenity here are actually part of the amenities... A lot of the landscaping here needs to be replaced and irrigation does not work and we can see pipes and so forth in planters and around landscaping some of the trees are overgrown and just need to be cut down which is an eyesore... I realize things don't happen overnight but presentation is everything and rent is not cheap but all around a very nice clean place to live and call home.
