The community has the amenities I desire. Some of the front office staff have really great personalities and some are rude. I like when emails are sent when there has been an incident. Very proactive.

While I do believe the rent is too high, we enjoy this community very much. The proximity to trails, the Chattahoochee River, and shopping is excellent. My neighbors and Leasing staff are really wonderful!

Beautiful community/good location. Once inside, things fell apart in the apt., elevator constantly on fritz, water leaks always happening so water gets turned off. This place is old w/cheap repairs. As for on site security-I have never had to use them.

I have had an incredible experience living at MAA Riverside!! The community feels like home and in the rare event issues arise, staff and maintenance address them promptly and professionally. Haven't met a single dissatisfied person on the complex and the staff all go above and beyond to show that they care and that they love their job! Wish everyone could experience living here!

Elevator, gates, etc are always malfunctioning or broken. The past 2 winters , pipes have busted and flooded the buildings. Mold and mildew everywhere. Complex needs to be fully renovated. Residents throw trash everywhere, sounds and smells like a dog pound and resisidents don't pick up after their pets.

The property manager, leasing office agents and maintenance staff were OK when I signed my first lease. The Customer service and property responsiveness has definitely gone down hill. Once in a while, there is a manager or associate who is helpful, but for the most part, the office staff is not very knowledgeable and they don't seem to care. I'm assuming they don't get paid very much. It's unfortunate because this is a nice property with amazing residents who pay steep rent to live here. It doesn't feel like we get our moneys worth but maybe that's just how apartment complexes are these days. Our current manager over the past year has been pretty good.

Overall I love living here. It's quiet, it's by the river, and I love the area of town and for the most part things like maintenance are completed in a timely manner. The front gate is also often out of service which defeats the purpose of having a gated community. I wish there was better upkeep of that too. The rent is unbelievably high. And is definitely raised at unfair rates. Mine got raised by a $300 increase after my first lease was up and then again the second year. Meanwhile my neighbors (who live in a larger unit) only got raised by $70. This doesn't make sense to me and unless they start adding more amenities or putting an elevator in this building it's not worth the raise. It doesn't make sense at all.

The rent is too high. My apartment isn't even updated. My rent was increased at my last renewal and when I requested my apartment be updated to match the increase in rent I was denied!!! If an apartment is going to charge so much then the look of the apartment should match and mine does not!!!!

My Rent has increased by $450 since I moved in 3 yrs ago. Overall, it's a nice and quiet complex. I haven't dealt with the office much so I don't have much feedback. The grounds are kept up nicely except for the area outside of the bldg right past mine.

Returned to this community to rent a part-time apartment after a 20+ year absence from the area. Majee, the property rental manager is awesome. General and apartment maintenance is handled quickly and with quality.

Many of the residents are good friends. One resident takes time to get a few of us together, very casual, come if you can. Also, there are several residents that get together.Maintenance is very cooperative. Units are quiet. On balcony's, rotten wood and carpenter bees come with your unit. The bees do not stay more than about a month. .

I have enjoyed living here. I can however hear everything going on in the hallways and outside my apartment which can be annoying at night when trying to sleep. Maintenance hasn't always fixed my issues in a timely manner so I would like for that to improve.

Good have made several complaints about upstairs neighbors. Still a reoccurring issues that is yet to be resolved. Response to maintenance issue could be faster. Gates and access to apartment break down.

Went on a guided tour. The apartments were amazing. The grounds were clean. The guide was helpful and answered every question. My wife and kid really hope a 3 bedroom opens up the next year. We will be moving then.

My overall experience was absolutely GREAT! Ayana Alston helped us primarily and I've never met a better leasing agent in any community I've ever lived. Everyone else in the office was great as well. We love the community the people we've met thus far. I'm sure this is a place we will stay for the next few years

My experience living here so far has been exceptional. This is a very quiet and beautiful community. Maintenance and leasing staff are very helpful and friendly. The amenities are well kept as well as the rest of the community.

The community is nice but maintenance needs to stop entering uninvited. They do not call and they just enter for no reason or notice. Call first. People do not want uninvited guests. I feel like I'm constantly being watched

The area is very well maintained and feels somewhat secluded considering how busy this area of Atlanta is. Management and maintenance are responsive and emails to keep the community updated are appreciated.

Community very nice except mostly time elevator is broke down or maintenance service is not even respond my dishwasher is not working almost week and no body show up I call the maintenance office several time every time they said that will handled but nothing happen.

Staff is amazing and the property honestly blew my expectations out the water! Love the quality of the apartments and the extreme quality of the property itself. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent.

No initial inspection is done when newly moved into apartment. There needs to an inspection regarding all the concerns around the house take a list and address all the concerns. Or atleast take pictures or state of what the current house is

Very good. Comfortable, safe and convenient for working in Atlanta. Staff and maintenance courteous and competent. Amenities good. Use deli, hair salon, dentist and cleaners regularly. Upkeep of property is good

This property is a gem! The location is excellent as it is close to schools and a national park. The property is well-maintained and the amenities are lovely. My children and I feel very safe here. We enjoy the pet free environment. We love having two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a gym.

We took the full tour of the apartment complex, it was very informative and made our decision of wanting to be a part of the community easy. Ms Ayana was very approachable, friendly and professonal, always ready to answer any of our questions.
