Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and courteous. We loved all of the amenities, especially the Zen Garden area. Majee was so lovely, you could tell she enjoys her job and actually cares about the future and current residents.

A really lovely community with a great staff and a unique small town vibe rather than a big, bulky apartment complex. Definitely worth seeing if you're looking for a mixed use community that's close to the city and a little peace. Don't miss the water fountain!

It was a fine experience. Michael, the leasing agent, was very friendly. The one advice I would offer is don't be too cocky about telling a potential resident that if it's not for them, then it's ok, there are others that do want to rent there. That doesn't exactly give a potential resident the warm and fuzzy feeling that you would appreciate and love to have "them" live at the community. It gives the impression that once a person leases there then they aren't a valued resident, they are an apartment number...because after all, there are many that want to live there anyway. Just not a great impression to make a statement like that. However, he is very nice and tries to be relatable with the resident but has a little polishing to be trained in order to really take that next step.

Management is absolutely on top of it here. Any concerns that we had even if they were minor they were on top of. I absolutely love the look of the apartment complex when you come in. All the flowers make it feel very "home-like" this makes it feel like you are tucked away from the chaotic mess of ATL but you aren't far away from anything.

Great community. Attentive leasing and Maintainence team. No issues. They have most of the amenities that you would want in an apartment community-salon, deli and restaurant. Pool and tennis. I would recommend a business office considering people work from home and a workspace in the community would be nice.

The apartment is nice but the move in experience was by far the worst of any place I've been in recent years. The leasing office pretty much ghosted me after I sent them all my documents and they did not answer their phone so I could get more info the day before I moved in. On top of that, they weren't even open on time the day of my move in and when I entered the apartment I saw noticeable damage/spills that should've been easy to catch during an inspection so I'm not even sure they did a thorough walkthrough. I will probably not move to another MAA property because I don't want to deal with their management if every location is like this.

Wonderful experience very nice workers and and extremely positive environment. It was easy not confusing and most of all a fun move in experience. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our decision to move here!

Great customer service & great condition of apt! Very pleased with our new home and the service we experienced. Everything has been easily accessible and explained from the leasing office. The technology has helped and made the move in processes so much smoother.

I love living in this community. I'm fascinated with the fact I have the Chattahoochee river near by. Facilities are always clean but one of the most important thing is the safety I feel by living in this community.

this place is terrible don't move here they are leeches they don't care about tenants the place is disgusting not maintained at all and the staff don't care about the tenants stay away this place is toxic bad

I was drawn to the town home X college campus aesthetic. I also was liked that the community was somewhat isulated from the surrounding area, which can at times be loud and distracting. The community representives were very welcoming & kind. Majee was especially helpful with getting me comfortably established within the community. Overall, these are the reasons I choose MAA Riverside.

I moved here during the pandemic when office staff and maintenance staff were limited and challenging. However, I see that now changing. My hope is that the current leasing staff and maintenance staff will correct some of the items that were missed during those tough times.

Community was great and Mike has done a phenomenal job showing us around! We looked at two apartments and the pool area, rode around in a golf cart which was super convenient and nice. We felt very welcomed!

I love my new apartment and this complex is wonderful . Staff is amazing and they even called me on my birthday! I have never met a great group of people. I feel grateful that I am able to live in a complex that really cares

Beautiful community. Very disappointed with "condition" of apartment. It was "shabby." Other apts. that I toured at other communities were like "new." Fridge doorhandle broken and bathtub finish was severely damaged. Hall carpet in building was heavily soiled.

I just moved into this apartment here at MAA Riverside. The team has been amaoxing and the property is very beautiful. The move in process was very simple and quick. They provided a breakdown of the lease as well as frequently asked questions regarding the property.

Everything has been great so far. Very quiet neighborhood, haven't had any issues. Any maintenance I've need has been completed in a timely matter. Everyone in the office that I've spoken to has been nice and helpful.

I have loved living in my apartment for the past 5 years, and I hope that I will be able to continue calling MAA Riverside my home! The current office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the current property manager goes above and beyond in keeping the residents satisfied!

This apartment complex is well located and convenient in the Buckhead Vinings area. The physical structures and finishes are a little tired, reflecting the age of the buildings and grounds. Everything is mechanized and computerized (including this survey), so as to avoid unnecessary human interaction with staff.

The overall view of the community was nice. Accessible to everything and small village style. The doors to the actual buildings could/need to be locked for security purposes, and maintenance needs to do monthly checks the ceiling fan in the building was horrible. Other than that the property is nice.

Beautiful place to live. No exceptions on rent/ grace period. Money hungry company. Unfair practices regarding rental assistance if you ever needed it at this property. Inconsistency's in communication.
