Good community, everything you need is close by, management is helpful, and the grounds are well maintained. The only issue we have experienced so far is that the maintenance tickets take 3 - 5 business days to be acknowledged, and in some cases, the problem is not solved. However, this is a great community to live in.

      $400 lease renewal

      PROS Beautiful community with great amenities (gated, pools, gym, mail rooms, car wash area) in a convenient location near the mall, restaurants, Truist Park and great schools. CONS If you are looking for stable housing for 2-3 years without drastic rental increase, look elsewhere! We moved here last year solely for the nearby schools for our children. We were so impressed with the amenities & the beautiful community. For one year, we have rented a 3 beds/2.5 baths. We expected a slight increase in rent because that’s just what most apartment communities in Atlanta do. However, our leasing offer has increased by $400. This is a very steep increase in one year especially considering inflation costs and the constant complaints that we have here. $400 increase in rent is ridiculous even if the community was quiet! If you are looking for a nice, quiet and elegant community, look elsewhere! The noise level in the community is insane. I am typing this review at 10:30 pm and someone in this area is currently having a very loud party. Neighbors always play loud music on the weekends; host sports watching events and you can always count on a fight among the couples at least once a week. We have received frequent communication from the leasing office regarding car break-ins. Yes, frequent reports of car break-ins in a gated community! Dog poop is everywhere despite the doggie poop stations all around the community. People often have their smelly dogs at the pools and in the mailrooms. The walls are paper thin so you can easily hear neighbors stomp up and down the stairs and talk on their phones including very late night hours. They slam the main doors to the building. Please don’t be fooled by the area because you will be disappointed! I urge you to find a community that’s not as expensive & isn’t so noisy. Seriously, who wants to pay this much money monthly for these issues!

        Great community but inside appliances need to be updated paying $2,500 a month it should be it would be a better Community if they took better inside of the property I've been there for 5 years carpet need replacing oven is broke dishwasher broke

          Filthy, unethical, BEWARE!!

          This property will evict you if you report maintenance issues. Per the attached photos, this HVAC was leaking Freon and they refused to replace it. The water heater was also leaking. I reported this to maintenance and the leasing office and they evicted me.

              Excellent staff and community. Safety first and community is clean and amenities available. Price right, apartments are top of the line. Gate is 99% of the time working. Staff is always available and service calls are prompt

                Best place to live in Atlanta!

                I've lived here for a long time and continue to love it. The apartments are spacious and they are all different. This is not like living in a high-rise with every apartment identical. It's like living in a village in Europe. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The leasing and maintenance staff are always courteous and attentive. It's also dog friendly. I really consider MAA Riverside my home.

                  When we first moved the office staff and community was great. I am not a fan of the staff now, but we don't have much longer to be there. The restaurant and store are a huge benefit, as is the gate-when working. My upstairs neighbor is a loud cow, and we get no peace of mind.

                    So far, the community has been delightful. We have had a few minor hiccups upon moving in, but the leasing office and maintence crew are usually responsive. The location is great and very safe. The facilities and interior design are nice, but could be updated or given a little facelift/painting. Overall, pretty good experience so far for an apartment rental.

                      It is disappointing that so many residents litter and don't pick up after their dogs. They curb their dogs in the flower beds which damages the flowers and shrubs. I have noticed the exterior of many building doors need repair or replacing. Window screens need replacing. Plants in many areas die from lack of regular watering.

                        So far I love the community. It's beautiful in the area and have wonderful amenities. Our community feels like a little village with a wine shop, hair salon, pool, and a nice walking area and fountain in the middle of the complex.

                            Wasn't what I expected for the location of the property and monetary value of the unit. Experience could have way better. Floorplan. Is amazing and school.                                 Service was much better when I lived here while Post owned it. Maintenance requests under Post were always done the same day (even Christmas Eve evening). Now it usually takes many days to get things done.

                                    The property has significantly gone downhill since moving in almost 2 years ago. Rent has significantly increased while the community grounds and staff has increasingly deteriorated. It was once a great property and still could be if routine maintenance upkeep was actually done. It would be nice to be able to get timely response from the leasing staff as well. You are better off spending the significant amount of rent money at a different complex with better upkeep.

                                      When I moved in it was great. Over the last year or so completely disappointing in almost everything . The hallways and my apartment constantly smell of weed. Garbage chute area is always broken and people leave garbage bags and food on floor. ..where it sat for a week ! Loud cars reconfirm engines go back and forth constantly. There are even people on go karts ! Carpet on my building floor in hallway is filthy. Hasn't been replaced in 3 years. 3 rd fooor Princeton. Etc ...etc. loud neighbors. And the town square has turned into a party area at night

                                        Terrible management they have no willingness to work with you if you have an issue they tell you to figure it out. Maintenance takes days to come out and they make an excuse telling people they are short staffed. We have many maintenance issues that havent been resolved and our online portal wont let us put maintenance requests in someone disabled that for us. Very fed up with MAA

                                            Leasing agents are so genuinely friendly an have the best vibe I've experienced in a while. Also love their wardrobe coordination.                                               It's been great. I enjoy the amenties and have made some great friends here. The location is convenient to downtown atlanta and freeways. Hoping to stay here indefinitely. The carpet in the hallways are due for a refresh. The tennis courts are in need of a major rebuild.
