Community is clean, neighbors are quiet and the staff is friendly. Shopping and entertainment is close by. We have a Kroger and restaurants within a mile of our place. We are centrally located to family and friends.

Great area that the community is in. Easy access to several places. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. Staff is great, especially Tee in the leasing office. I was very pleased with the COVID precautions they have on place.

For the most part it has been very nice. Recently things have been a little more run down and crime (car break-ins, false fire alarms and broken glass and trash in stairways) have occurred. I am sure that part of that is due to the economic and social climate we are living in, but I pay a pretty high rent and I'd like the space I live in to be well maintained and safe.

I am fairly satisfied with my apartment situation. But the community has gotten rougher over the years. The deli has closed and the restaurant has closed. The elevator breaks down more often. I don't feel as close to as may residents as I used to--probably because the deli has closed. I am pleased with the effort that is devoted to the common areas that are nicely maintained. The shooting with the dead man in car in the back parking lot a couple of years ago over the Christmas holidays is a concern. Worry over crime has increased in my opinion.

I love the people that reside here. But, rent increase is a huge issue with everyone that lives here. It's ridiculous!!! It just needs updates to the entrances to the buildings. And, a custodian to keep the inside of buildings fresh and clean.

I just signed my lease one week ago. My experience has been good thus far. Olivia Perkins in the leasing office is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The building where the leasing office is could use some paint on the beige stucco exterior. I was dismayed to receive an email from the management team within days of my lease signing regarding multiple vehicle break-ins.

I really enjoy living here. Grounds are clean and well kept. Maintenance responds quickly and do thorough work. Leasing agents are responsive and address any concerns quickly. I feel safe and at home here.

I'm happy here, but I'm looking at other communities that have the state of the art amenities for same price. I'm not happy with the appearance of hallways and entrances. I've been out of work, now only part time because of Covid. I've never applied for free rent.

MAA Riverside is a beautiful community that looks more like expensive condos than rental apartments. The office and maintenance staff are all friendly and professional. Excellent location with trails and the river nearby. Nicely upgraded apartments. The noise from the freeway is a problem in my building, requiring earplugs and a white noise machine at night. If it wasn't for that, it would be pretty perfect.

I Would not recommend this complex. The mold is terrible and the maintenance is sub par at best. Location is great, but that's where the positives end. Please do your research before looking into post Riverside.

I have lived here for a year and a half. Super pretty place to live. I have had no problems with bugs or maintenance problems that weren't taken care of quickly. Quality people as your neighbors and also dog-friendly.

I love living here. I am in the Pittman Building. It feels like a European Village and has a feel of community. I feel very safe and enjoy the amenities. The Parcel Pending system makes receiving packages and mail easy.

We moved in 10 days ago and everything is going well. The apt. is comfortable and the grounds are attractive. The staff seems quite professional. I would recommend it to all ages as well which I think is important.

I like everything except the bug problem. The community is beautiful and well kept most of the time. The community is gated so people can not just come in and drive around. They respond to your request quickly

I am a current resident here at MAA Riverside. When I signed my lease close to three years ago the property was named Post Riverside. I am giving this apartment complex 1 star only because of the great elementary school district this apartment complex is located in. I initially thought from the outside that this apartment complex would be a great fit for my family. Unfortunately in the inside of my apartment, toxic black mold exist. I informed the apartment complex manager of the health concerns that this toxic black mold is causing my family and management has done nothing. I have noticed the decline in my family's health and informed the apartment complex corporate office and they still have done nothing. I had to hire a mold inspector on my own. The mold inspector stated that my apartment unit has the highest levels of black mold he has ever seen in a unit of its size. The mold has grown onto my luggage and clothes in the front closet, as well as along the walls. The apartment complex manager knows about this however, management still has done nothing to remove the black mold. In short, I have attached the photos of the current toxic black mold that is still in my apartment unit causing my family harm. I also attached one-page of the mold report stating the urgency for my family to move out of the apartment unit until the mold remediation are complete. To be honest, it is such a shame that here we are in the middle of a pandemic centered around public health concerns and a multi-billion dollar owned corporation will not provide the simple repairs to ensure its tenants are not harmed at home while quarantining. I suggest that if you have a small child or is someone with mold allergies to highly reconsider this location as your home especially if you are looking to rent the apartment units located near the back of the property. I will not be renewing my lease nor leasing at another Post Property ever again! Best.
