Nice place but my units ac and ice maker were broken. I'm still waiting for the ice maker to be fixed. Other than that, everything else has been great so far. The staff and people in the area are all very friendly and nice

Overall the community is very charming. I absolutely love the landscaping for all seasons (a gift that keeps on giving). Love the location and convenience to restaurants, shopping, parks and events. Building exteriors (behind the gates) could use a little maintenance.

Overall, this is a decent community. MAA Riverside is well maintained and clean. The community gym is adequate and rarely crowded. The Savi Provision store is well stocked and has good sandwiches. Their recent addition has been very convenient. Unfortunately, it can be very load here at times. I have made numerous complaints about my upstairs neighbor, and little has been done to rectify the situation. The management were very slow to do anything about the problem. The location is very convenient, near plenty of shopping, restaurants and the interstate.

Riverside uphold the standard that I've come to expect of MAA. The location is perfect and the community additions including the retail options are awesome. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

I really love my apartment! The staff is super friendly and attentive and they keep the grounds nice and clean. The appliances are updated and in great shape and I've had no major issues to date. I plan to lease a larger unit next year.

Quiet and comfortable . Easy access I really enjoy the atmosphere and I very satisfied with the experience and expertise of the staff. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. I am very happy with my decision to move to Maa riverside

Very good landscaping and nice space in the house is in good proportions. I would add more cabinet space in the kitchen. Really nice trails, walking areas. Pools, gym and tennis courts are great to have. Mail system works good with daily notifications. Black mold problem in the pipes. No social events are being held to know people of the community.

The management at this community is horrible.Prior to MAA acquiring Post properties, Post properties was always known for their excellent customer service, proper responses and competent office staff.However,that has since changed.Subpar is the best word to describe how this property is ran.It is nothing short of a disaster.It is a high end ------.Please save your money and move somewhere that is not only beautiful on the outside but has the staff to match the experience.If you have questions ,they will never call you back,And if they do it will be conflicting information depending on the representative that you speak with.

When I first moved to the complex it was a sense of home. With the influx of ppl moving to the city there are now new residents with guests who do not respect the peace of other residents. Specifically, late at night and on weekends.

The customer service at the leasing office was a lot better before the complex changed management and was acquired by MAA. Maintenance is pretty efficient. The upkeep of the neighborhood is still pretty good but it was even better when the complex was Post Riverside.

When I moved here it was represented as a Post property the next month I received a notice that it was now MAA if I had known that I would not have leased here! This company does not have the warm feeling that Post Properties had!

MAA is a terrible organization and the community maintenance is very poor. The location of MAA Riverside is excellent, however, the company has no interest in maintaining the property overall, there is no interest in meaningful dialogue if you have a problem, and the rent is high.

Great property with lots of walking areas. Apartments are updated and clean. Amenities are plentiful. Parking is a bit crowded throughout the property. Staff is nice. Very large property with lots of different size apartments

Overall we have loved living in MAA Riverside. The community is beautiful and the residents are so kind - you really get the feel of community here. The downside is with the complex being so big, sometimes the grounds get a little messy mainly with dog poop and the bag canisters being full / no bags available. I always have to make sure I have a poop bag on me as I can't rely on the canisters always. Unfortunately many residents don't do this so you will notice lots of dog poop around the complex.

Other residents are wonderful and the community is adorable. Sadly the community has some problems management tries to find the cheap way to fix like mold. If you move in you'll find wonderful, friendly neighbors and beautiful community but if you have issues some will get fixed right away others will require residents to repeat call, email and go in person to get large problems fixed. Sadly even then some the managers will call normal instead of fixing or mitigating the problem.

This community is oustanding. All of the neighbors are friendly and the townhomes are very nice and put together cleanly. Looking forward to the next 14 months living here. Big thank you to the entire staff team for all of the help!

MAA Riverside is great community for all age groups and very eco-friendly to pet lovers. Great connect to Mid-town and Downtown. It is very close to Chattahoochee river trail, for biking and jogging. The maintenance team are very responsive and solves things at priority.

From the first time we saw the property we knew we wanted to live there. For my child as a rusing 9th grader she chise to attend the local high school nearby . This property has everything to offer, and we are glad that we are apart of the community.

Terrible miscommunication with the management team and residents. When we toured this place they told us there were no reserved parking spaces even though hey had a sign and letters on the ground. On our first day here one of the residents began to argue and yell at us to move our uhaul truck as we were moving in heavy stuff because that was HER spot. I called the office to ask again and they confirmed no reserved spaces. I sent out emails and no response until I had to call. After a couple days they told us they were gonna change the policy of the parking but for now we had reserved spaces??? That's contradiction. Act on what you said when you leased the unit. They do not take action and take forever. Another issue one our first day. We have spiders, roaches and ants in our unit when we moved in and no one has even bothered to check on us or come fix it. It's been a week now and it just seems like no one cares here.

It would be a great place to live long-term, but the unending yearly rent increases eventually price you out of your apartment. It's an awesome place to own a dog. It's surrounded by woods ????????????..

This is a Great community but Horrible apartment. Great care and concern placed on the outside to attract residents but poor attention to the actual apartment the residents have to live in. Corrective work needs correction.

Originally, I moved into a 2bdr apartment in the Pittman building and lived comfortably and quietly. Rates went up at rent renewal which led me to move into another 2bdrm in "The Village " located in the rear of the property. It was very vibrant filled with a wide variety of ethnicities. Children of all ages enjoyed sharing their leisure riding bikes, playing basketball, and drawing frames for hopscotch onto the pavement.. From my window and Juliette balcony I could see parents and their kids walking to the swimming pool which was well taken care of by a pool company. If the adults didn't swim, they played tennis, sat in swings engaging in conversations while grilling their dinner.

So far, I like it. I suggest to prohibit to have a pet in the lockbox room. Every time I go inside of the Lockbox room, I smell urine. I have a dog, and I don't think it's acceptable for any pet owner to allow their pets to mess up the public area like that. It's not like an unexpected accident while your dog was walking the outside. All you have to do is to keep your pet inside the apartment when you are picking up a package from the Lockbox room.

The community as a whole has been great as well as the staff. The only negative portion of my stay is that I moved in on August 22, yet, to this day, I still do not have access to a working washer and dryer. Therefore, I have had to constantly make trips to a laundromat as my complex has not been able to fix the washer and dryer since I moved into the facility.

Everything is super nice!!!! We fell in love with the cute community! It's safe, quiet, great area! We are close to so much!! I also had a great move in experience. Love it here and so glad we found it
