Beautiful campus and wonderful people. I love this community so much! Having Park 82 and Savi in the square is an amazing luxury! My only down side is appliances. Mine are very old. The oven takes 30 minutes to preheat to 400 and the dishwasher frequently doesn't really clean.

I enjoy the community as a whole. I'd like to see the facilities upgraded a bit. Princeton bldg interior looks like a retirement home and the gym equipment is very dated. Outside of these, I'm very satisfied w/ my choice in living here

I love the community of people here. It is very unique to have long term residents in an apartment complex. My only complaint is that the building common areas (hallways, stairwells and particularily the carpet which is old and very dirty with dark stains), are run down and nowhere near as well kept as the exterior. I wish the interior common areas were as well kept as the exterior.

Everybody is so friendly, and my friends are always so impressed about where I live when they come over. The leasing office helps you so much in your time of need and the maintenance team gets your request filled out almost immediately. I am beyond lucky to live here!

We have lived in this community for about 15 months. This after being a homeowner for over 60 years. Though this is an "older" property, and being an apartment dweller is a new experience, we find the following: A friendly and very helpful staff at all levels; a quite and undisturbed living unit of 2800 sq. feet +/- ( took some getting used to after selling a home of 5400 sq. ft.) The property is well maintained and the landscaping is beyond what one would expect. There is a restaurant and beauty shop on site as well as a well stocked Savi Store with fresh sandwiches, and about anything would run short of at competitive prices. The mail room and package receiving rooms are clean & secure; parking is adequate and has secured areas with some reserved spaces. The pool area is well maintained, and though it's directly under our 4th floor unit, has never been a source of distraction. Though we have debated buying another home, we have decided that staying here is the best solution for us.

Excellent, one month in and really enjoying so far! Amore has been incredible getting me acclimated. Love the Holiday decorations?.so nice driving at night. All of the amenities are wonderful plus Savvi, Bob Steele Hairdressers and Park 82. What's not to love.

We love this community and the staff is great. The property is beautiful, great amenities, Christmas lights well done, nature trails. The biggest issue that could be fixed is cleaning the stairways. Our stairways have a TON of cobwebs, spiders, bugs, etc. they have NEVER been cleaned since we moved in 2 years ago.

MAA Riverside is a great location. Unfortunately the noise in surrounding apartments at unreasonable hours has not been resolved and I have been told there is nothing that can be done. Very displeased.

We very much enjoy our apartment and its location. When maintenance is required the response has been very fast and effective. The only real problem we are sometimes faced with is the irritating unnecessary noice from the unit upstairs. Two final issues are the fact that during our 5 years of leasing the outside windows were never cleaned and the windows and doors on our balcony never got the necessary painting

This community is nice to live in for the most part. There are several areas that need to be updated. I do feel that the rent is a bit high and statistics are showing that the rent is higher here. Elevators are often broken.The entry system is antiquated and common areas need to be updated.

We love it here! Our apartment opens right off the sidewalk with no steps which is perfect for my walker: We appreciate the gorgeous landscaping and fountain. We've had an excellent experience with the management and staff and also the great maintenance team. We're in our eighties and expect to stay here the rest of our days!

The community is well taken care of. We happened to get a great unit with a nice view and location. I can't speak for all of the units because there seems to be a lot of variability throughout the community but we love ours. The courtyard and landscaping is very well taken care of. They really seems to value that here. Also, maintenance is responsive and completes all work orders within a day or two. The office is also very helpful. We enjoy living here!

I really like it here. I believe the manager sets the stage and that's what Mary Britton has done. It hasn't always been great but since she has been here, it has been wonderful. There are some residents here who have brought their talents, skills, their way of dealing with people-with them. There are people here who appreciate beauty and style, and good taste.

It's pretty good overall, I love the little shops right outside the community and the grounds are kept very nicely. My complaints would be that the interior of the units is a patch job aka the landlord special in many areas of my unit when it comes to paint, weather striping, caulk, baseboards, etc.

I like my apartment and feel the community is well maintained, and maintenance is very responsive when things break. There are a few things I've been disappointed with - I cant use our microwave and our toaster oven at the same time without tripping a fuse, for instance, and I can't properly clean our tub because it's been painted white (and that paint is now peeling off). However, I enjoy the community overall and feel comfortable here.

It's alright. Overpriced. Staff is great, but the property is just overpriced. Car wash area always off and issues with waste disposal throughout my stay here. Activities are nice and website is good.

Property manager is a crook. The way this apartment complex thrives is fees. I was with the same company and the previous property manager was very thorough and reasonable. I have called corporate with no avail. I tried to do a whips payment for rent. Since the payment was not the exact cents and I rounded up the payment, it kept rejecting after multiple attempts unknown to me I went to several payments locations and had the receipt. After the investigation they still didn't waive the fee even though there is no disclaimer on the website and the office was closed for some reason and they will charge you a late fee after the 1st no exceptions. This will most likely be the highest oldest apartment in the area. Rent will increase on the higher end every year. The lawn men wakes you up every morning with a leaf blower. Upstairs neighbors are loud because of the structure.

I recently moved to another apartment in the same MAA Riverside Community. I've been living here for 10 years. That should tell you about my testimonial :) Maybe the architectural design in this community allows for creating an environment to walk around and enjoy free time... By the way, if you have dogs, this is the place. I hope that soon we can have small dog areas. In my opinion, this is a safe, well-maintained, and clean place.
