NIce, dog friendly, quiet place - good value and excellent location. MAA putting a lot of money back into the property - in past year they have repainted exterior of all units and resealed entire parking area.

The landscape is pretty. . . . That's all I can say, good. Went for a tour with this guy name Alton in the leasing office. He attitude was funny style towards me from the jump. I could tell he was very unenthusiastic and underwhelmed by me. And I was unimpressed by him and the apartment. He was not personal what so ever. Once he realized I was not interested in leasing, he attitude gradually and visibly got worse, being even more nonchalant. Nevertheless, I was so uncomfortable in this apartment tour. Note, I have leased apartments before, not because I was totally in love with the unit, but because the leasing professional was so nice and friendly it made me want to lease from them. Somebody needs to tell Alton that. It might help him out a little . . . . Actually, the whole leasing office staff was a bit unimpressive if you ask me. sorry :(

The location is excellent. Suburban living right on the edge of the big city. Lovely landscaping; great amenities on site. Neat Kroger and Public and Cumberland Mall to make just a few. Quite hallways in this building.

I love the community bt my actual unit has lots of issues tht has yet to b resolved as of April 2018 when I moved in. The staffing is always changing and don't do the best job to make sure residents are completely satisfied as tenants

It's gone downhill since I moved in my first unit here in 2009. We're under new management and it's gotten more expensive with more issues. Still a great location and I still feel safe. But some amenities have been removed and maintenance is not as good.

This is a very attractive and enticing community. I had already had another apartment picked out but when I saw it, I change my mind. It has a different feel and it's relatively quiet. It is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and responsive. I've enjoyed my four years here.

Post Riverside is well kept and is in a nice location. However the rents and required monthly fees are very high. It is a safe place to live but you don't get much for your money. Unfortunately, I have lived at Post Riverside for over 9 years now. Post Riverside keeps jacking up my rent a lot every year. One year Post Riverside raised my monthly rent $196! I thought that was outrageous! Post Riverside raises my monthly rent every year and offers me less by charging new fees and raising existing ones. There are nicer apartments around the area which give the renter more value for their money. I don't recommend this place. It is very likely that I will not be renewing my lease here at Post Riverside.

Community has gone downhill since MAA took over. Ultimately, the hassle of moving is too much of a pain so I have stuck it out. Leasing office staff is rude, once you build rapport with someone competent, they leave for another company. Package delivery here is a NIGHTMARE, things get stolen all the time. Amenities aren't what they used to be despite fees going up. Post properties aren't what they used to be since being taken over by MAA.

Overall would recommend but definite improvements could be made. Feel like the complex isn't what it used to be. Increase rates for no gain. Regularly finding community trash full, gym bathroom out of TP, pool bathroom not clean, gas at grill out, etc.

Application fee was $340 and was not informed until I was paying first months rent. I expected it to be $100 but $340 us unexceptable. I was not told prior that the application fee was $340.00. I later called when it was charged to my card. Had I been told prior I would not have rented the unit.

No concern for the residence that have lived here for MULTIPLE years and pay each month's on time with no complaints. I have asked repeatedly about parking. Other buildings that have garages have reserved parking but our building g does not. I rarely can park near my front door...horrible as a single mom it's a safety issue.

about average based on similar properties I have lived in the area. It is centrally located and an easy drive to work, that and set up off the main road so it is quite is nice. The continued false fire alarms have been a huge source of anger.

Start really good with the post riverside, after the change to MAA the quality of the place es getting lower and kept going, the personal at the office is a disaster the most of the people living here more than 3 years are leaving.

Post Riverside on Northside pkwy is a great & convenient location for quick access to the hwy. It't close to everything (trail, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc) but yet very quiet neighborhood

Lately, much better than it was the first few months of living here. Initially, dog path was unsafe with tall weeds and grass for extended peripds of time. The postal room was vandalize at least twice. Enhancenent in halls is great (they looked dated at move in. Water seems hard in recent month (rings in toilet and tub). What happened? I much enjoy the parcel package room--much more efficient than closet at leasing office.

First tour could have been more thorough around the property and not just the apartment. Had to wander a bit to find stuff. Apartment was not cleaned well at move in. Old equipment in the gym needs updating

Post Riverside has an attractive exterior, which hides many flaws in many of the apartments, hallways and lack of maintenance by cleaning crew of interiors and exteriors. The value of rent on many of the apartments are out of balance with comparables within the complex.

Used to be a great community. Some younger staff have real attitudes and not very customer service oriented, Inside of buildings should be inspected by management more as we seem to be the ones having to report everything from problems with elevators to lights out to garbage overflowing to whatever. I was under the impression that was your staff's job, not ours as residents. They are here to serve us, not us serve them. What ever happened to customer service while the residents work and go their ways? Lazy management people. Just sit behind desk. Not every single person is that way, but it only takes one to ruin the entire renting/living experience at Post Riverside. You need to clean them out of here. I've lived here since the beginning when it was built, but the quality of life here is not so great due to poor management mainly young people who have high school educations and have probably never owned a property, which would account for their "once they rent it," the heck with the resident or lack of enthusiasm to going out to the inside of buildings and really, really inspect. Upon the completion of my lease I will be looking elsewhere to live given the thousands of new properties in ATL. It's truly too bad how this property has evolved from the best place in ATL to an expensive not too great community. It's all about your hiring of poor staffing, nothing else. You might want to hire some older managers with life experience and no attitude who actually know something about a property or building and can Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to anyone at this point.

Horrible experience, constant construction with no disclosure of the construction and noise prior to signing lease. Rigid management office with no concern for tenants. Complex puts all their resources into the exterior-the interior smells, is extremely dated and shabby.

Good. Would recommend to others. Can't believe minimum of 200 characters required in this survey. For what it's worth, I have stayed twice before at Post Properties in the D.C. area. Always a good experience with this company.

Horrible. The apartments are overpriced given what value you are receiving. Basic floor plan, average sized closets and standard kitchen set up for most corporate operated apartment communities in this area of Atlanta. If you compare a 2 bed room unit here, to the identical unit in, say for example sandy springs, or dunwoody, you will that this is not worth it. This apartment offers a gym, pool and outdoor grilling which is standard, so no cool points there. The only thing here that I would say is unique is there being a small cafe downstairs. This is really useful although the prices are similar to what you would pay inside a sports stadium or at an airport. Other than that super convienient. I have yet to see anyone patronizing the other business here, and to be honest, most residents aren't aware that they exist. Overall the presence of these imbedded business still don't get me to the premium price required here. I worked in commercial real estate and I can say that the price for this location simply doesn't make sense. Yes we are close to buckhead, but we are at the bottleneck of traffic. Yes we are close to the braves stadium, but yet that has also been a traffic nightmare. Post Properties and MidAmerica have recently merged so I am assuming some portfolio repositioning will be happening soon and I hope this asset gets a much needed revamp. All isn't lost here; the staff is extremely friendly (although insect maintenance doesn't seem to always be well coordinated) and the residents here are the nicest people ever. There are some really hot chicks working in the office so it makes coming in with questions always exciting. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone who has common sense but overall I enjoy long hot showers.

I wouldn't live at Post Riverside if you paid me to. Leasing agents are beyond unfriendly. Behind the gates looks dilapidated while the leasing office was redone and the buildings surrounding have been repainted. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate.
