We just moved in and we absolutely love the location and the apartment. Our leasing agent, Antewan was very helpful and very accommodating as he stayed after hours to make sure that we moved in on the said move in date. Moving can be on of the most stressful unorganized chaotic situations a person has to endure Thankfully to Durrell in the leasing office I can say this move was by far the best I have had. I had been searching for an apartment for 3 months with no luck when I called Birch Landing Durrell answered with a friendly welcoming greeting. He listened to all my concerns and addressed each. When I went in the office even though they were slammed he took time to personally assist with completing my forms, answered any questions I had and was very upfront and open about the entire process even til the day I went in to pick up my keys and moved in. Durrell kept in constant contact with me making sure my move in process was a great success. There is no greater feeling than knowing that you are moving in a community that is safe and inviting for it's tenants I would like to Thank Durrell for all his assistance in Welcoming Me I am Happy to call Birch Landing my new home!

The apartment itself is okay pricey for what you get the neighbors are from the projects they close downtown. GETTO! You have visitors something weed all in the breezeway peopel parking crazy. You have to park across the street. Gun shoots thru out the night stay low you never know which way they are flying. People cussing g and fussing on there front porchs. Super GETTO. Will not be renewing my lease. And the police are over here once a week.

Movie night was great. We enjoyed the movie selection ("The Jungle Book"), popcorn and lemonade. It was good that you remembered those who don't have enough to eat by requiring a donation to the local food bank in exchange for our popcorn. We were a bit disappointed that the advertised pizza didn't materialize. We'll look forward to more and better events in the future. Thank you for having it.

The movie night was a great idea. But I strongly disagree with it being on a school night and that there was no bathrooms available to the people at this function nor at any function you all decide to put on. We are not animals we are residents

The staff is friendly and very competent. The grounds (including the security gate) and service of the grounds have improved a great deal over the year I've been a resident. The complex is central in its location and is easily accessed from I20 and Thornton Rd. My building is quiet and secure. The clubhouse is always well kept and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to concerns I may have in my unit. There's not a lot of foot traffic in the "after hours" of the property. I am pleased so far with all of the amenities being accessible and functioning. Its a good place to reside.

I've lived in Birch Landing for two years now. The community is always maintained well and I've had very nice neighbors. I love going to the outdoor pool in the summer and the indoor pool in the Winter. I've never experienced a friendlier staff than Birch Landing. I was blown away by how nice the staff is now and was when I initially applied and how much they helped me in deciding which apartment fit me best. I absolutely love it here!

I have been living at Birch Landing for now going on a year. I am really enjoying living here. The staff is friendly they smile everytime I walk into the office. They have large apartments for the price. It is close to everything easy to get to the highway. Everyone in the office is friendly. I will be telling my friends about Birch Landing.
