Amazing move in

I completed my online application and was contacted shortly by Alice Cheathem who gave me all of the information I need to move forward with my application. Ms. Alice was very thorough and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The property manager Portia was also amazing in making sure that I was able to move in. The process for me took only a week and I am thankful for that. The apartments are very nice and affordable.

Wonderful staff

Great place to live in the Austell community! Close to parks, the lake, malls. Village community with uptown feel. Good schools, shopping, andentertainment. Good family environment for good people! Great community!

DONT DO IT

This is NOT a rental property you should consider, there are constant killings due to gun violence & the most management does is send out emails. I have been here for a little over a year and I have been in altercation with neighbors since I got here! They allow 9-10 people to live in a 2 bed room townhouse next to me! The maintenance staff has gotten better with responding to calls but before? It would take 3-4 weeks for someone to come & look at an over flowing stopped up bathtub that could’ve caused ceiling damage. It’s rats running around, cats everywhere, stolen cars just sitting around w no tags on them not being tagged, folks letting their kids key cars, just don’t come here… put your money into something else. They on your --- about they money, quick to put a paper in your door, but when you call about a life threatening issue, they don’t come nor do they send courtesy officers to deescalate the situation. They don’t care until someone is hurt or dead. It’s been 2 killings over the last year, just save your money & go somewhere else. Management is rude af & flat out don’t care about people, I’ll be filing a lawsuit soon so that should say enough. Just DONT DO IT. These folks are nasty, ------ & ratchet. ALWAYS READ TGE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE DECIDING!!!!! Would’ve saved me the headache

Pleasantly Surprised

I recently visited this property and I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised!! The apartments are alot bigger than I thought and the staff was very nice to me. I'm still looking but this place is in my top 3 ??

I have been living at Birch Landing for almost a year now and I don’t have any complaints. Maintenance request are done almost as soon as it’s requested. Every holiday, they are hosting something. I would recommend!

Beginning my lease

When I came I got a great welcoming and talked with Jessica to get started on renting an apartment. The communication was great and everything was understood. They were able to move us in within 2-3 weeks no problem . They also sent us everything to get our utilities going and started for when we move in. Today is the move in day and I’m excited to begin my new journey in birch landing!!

My experience with Birch Landing was outstanding! The Front Desk staff of Birch Landing, specifically Laticia and Alice are so friendly, polite, bubbly, informative and fast responsive! They kept me informed during the entire process! The best part is Laticia was so kind and helped me so much during my move in process, and Alice’s energy is amazing! ?? The neighborhood is so beautiful, well-kept with greenery! The neighborhood is safe, quiet and next to soo many places to shop and eat! I love that Birch landing is in a great location, right in the middle of Austell, which leads to Atlanta, Mableton, Lithia Springs, and Powder Springs!
