Alice is SOOOOO amazing! She was very patient, caring, and understanding to my unique relocation situation. She listens first and foremost and has great attention to detail which was very important in my final decision to make Austell home. Surprisingly, I was able to lease an apartment within a week which is unheard of; my unit is a spacious one bedroom with a bonus room that was converted to a Home Office. This is my overall best experience finding a new home as I am new to Georgia. I am grateful for answering Alice's phone call that Sunday and scheduling an appointment the following week. I have resided in Birch Landing for two months now and the staff has exceeded my overall expectations. The property offers competitive pricing and wonderful amenities that are hard to beat in the area. There are grocers within walking distance "Krogers", bars, restaurants, and training options such as gyms, cycling classes, etc. Overall I feel the customer service, location, price, and amenities add up to the best value which is hard to beat. I highly recommend Birch Landing!

This is my first apartment and Alice Cheathem is the best at what she do. She work with me and I move in my apartment on time. She walk through the apartment with me and wrote everything down that needed fix. When we got back to the office she put in an order right away. I think I am going to love my new place!! Let me say the office staff have been so very kind to me. Anytime I go in for assistance, they are ALWAYS helpful. The guys on maintenance are Those guys are so helpful and they do it with a smile. It's really cool to be in a community that looks out for you in anyway they can! Thank you God for the Angels you've surrounded me with????

Alice is 100,000% amazing!! She made sure we were informed and all set the entire time we were getting into our apartment. She made sure we were as satisfied as possible in her power. Her team (including Aaron whom we started out working with) made sure we felt welcome and important. In fact, when an opening happened to coincide with what we were trying to do, Alice was on top of getting us the upgrade we didn't know we wanted. When Alice wasn't here one day, Aaron and the property manager, Portia, made sure they picked up where she left off for the day. Everything with everyone was so smooth and professionally casual, they really made it feel like home. Thanks guys!!

I had a wonderful experience when doing the application process. My consultant was Alice and she was more than helpful. When she was out of the office the male consultant that works in there was also extremely helpful. This was honestly the best leasing experience I've had in Georgia and I was about to leave the state before this experience.

Everyone in the main office is so nice and accommodating, definitely a great place to live! I love that it's gated, and is so close to so many stores and restaurants. And it's just a short drive to Atlanta.

She was AMAZING! with a great personality and showed me options to make sure I had the right fit for me. My stay here was a great experience! The staff where awesome in getting me and my family in the apartment. There was no delay getting maintenance to get things fixed. The noise was kept to a minimum. I would still be there if I my job didn't transfer me. I recommend them to the next family.

I've been here since 2016 and I feel as though the upkeep of the property has dropped. There's trash everywhere and things are always breaking (pools, workout equipments). I've had maintenance come out on multiple occasions to fix the same thing and the issue is still not resolved. Leasing staff are very pleasant, however, they never seem to stick around long enough.

Its a nice place to live if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Its convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. 10 min from I-20 and minutes from Six Flags Amusement park

Really great team here. I appreicate that they try to take care of the property and the maintenance issues. I know they try to do their best. I have been in the office several times when there are angry customers and they really go through a lot in there. i feel bad for them. They are just here doing a job. They treat me kindly every time I go in, I will be here for another year.

I got my keys yesterday from the lease agent Tristan. He was very friendly and made me feel very happy that I decided to move here. WHile i wwas moving in the office ladies were decorating the office for the hoidays and they were playing music and everyone was so happy and friendly and smiling. I truly felt warm and welcomed here. My apartment is really large and I love the indoor pool and hot tub!

I have lived here for a few years and just renewed my lease. I got to upgrade to a larger apartment with new floor and new appliances. The price is higher but it is definitely worth it. I really like how my new apartment looks and it's huge! The manager handled my renewal and transfer into my new place and she was really nice about it. I am glad I decided to cancel my notice and stay here.

Just got my move in keys with Trystyn. Nice guy. Nice apartment. Not perfect or brand new but the price is most important right now and this is priced right. As long as my apartment is in working order I'm happy.
