Infested with Roaches!!!!!
My apartment was INFESTED with roaches. The only option management would give me was having them spray every week for roaches but they would not die. They were everywhere!!!!! Under the wallpaper, carpet, just think of a place and they were there. Obviously the problem was from one of my nasty neighbors but they told me they could not spray my neighbors homes unless they complained. Since I was from the North they told me that roaches were not uncommen down south and that it was a way of life and every apartment has roach problems. Well needless to say I moved out after only 3 months and I do not have roaches at my new apartment!!!!!! <br>P.S. And they do have a BIG car theft problem

AHHHHHHHH!!!!
Well, I´ll begin by saying the property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The amenities are a plus: indoor/outdoor pool, gym, car wash...etc. The apartments are beautiful too. <br>But, once you look a little deeper, things don´t look so rosy!!! Give Douglas County Sheriff´s office a call and ask to purchase the incident reports on Tree Terrace...do you have enough money? Probably not!!! I know I was the victim of 2, my building the victim/involved in 4 or 5. <br>Renter BEWARE!!! <br>Parking, well it´s fine as long as the stolen car ring is gone!! Noise level is very low, which made me even more uneasy. As long as nothing of an emergency happens(response time very low, or nonexistent), the condition of my apartment was good. But, if you had an emergency or concern, non-maintenance related, you might as well hang it up. You probably wouldn´t get a call back or a knock on your door.

Very good apts, decently small price
Have lived here since I moved to GA. Apt is good sized for what I pay and complex has several amenities which include an indoor and outdoor pool.
