I renewed my contract this week because I love my apartment. It's close to my job and it's a great space for the price. I'm well aware prices have sky rocketed in the area but I still fell I get what I pay for here. I use the fitness facility and I appreciate the shopping in the area.

I recently renewed my lease and the manager was very nice. She came to my apartment and got it painted for me. My apartment is really large, a great price, great location. I am glad to be here and would definitely refer friends and family.

I am really glad I chose Birch Landing because from the time I applied, everyone was very nice and friendly. The leasing person was friendly and helpful. The manager was friendly. Everyone speaks when I come in the office and they make me feel like I matter. I appreciate the service they provide.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN STAY AT! The MANAGER CANDACE SUCKS SHE IS NO HELP AND HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE. MY HUSBAND CALLED HER TO TELL HIM A PROBLEM THAT SHE CAUSED AND HER RESPONSE WAS "I DONT KNOW WHY YOUR TELLING ME THIS YOUR WASTING MY TIME" SHE IS NO HELP DO NOT MOVIE IN HERE WE HAD TO PAY 275 for my husbands car being towed when his car was parked in the right place! Staff sucks !!!!!!!

Birch landing is a really nice place to call home. I have lived here a few years and I appreciate the current management. They are really helpful and you can see that they actually care. We are to just a rent check to them. I was asked to give my honest review and this is it. The apartment are super huge and and I love the indoor pool being open year round. Ms. Manuel

Before moving in I thought this would be a great place for me to live but , it isn't . The gate is broken every week. So many people are visiting each day. I don't feel like it's a safe community for people with small children. My neighbors are loud and ------. And my neighbor smokes right outside their door so the walkway to my door always smells like an ashtray and ps I do not smoke. The place where the trash goes is always dirty. For what I pay more things should be done .

I ennjoy living here at Birch landing. My apartment is really spacious and has a washer/dryer connection. My neighbors are friendly and the staff is accommodating. I would refer someone to live here as my experience has been a good one.

First off......any good comments you see regarding these apartments are a BOLD FACE LIE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! ROACHES. ------ NEIGHBORS. NETS. TRASHY NEIGHBORHOOD. LEASING AGENTS ARE THE WORST!!! I moved in June 1st 2018 and 10 days in I've had a roach infested apartment with roaches coming out of the ceiling and the complex excuse is "They could be coming out of the vents the apartment as been vacant for 30 days". Fast forward to moving in they cleaned the wrong apartment so the apartment as not been cleaned thoroughly and the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Maintenance came to install my dishwasher which was a poor job and undone, they left my door unlocked which led to my apartment getting broken into it. Property manager allegedly spoke to the regional manager who only offered to change the locks. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ! The property manager also said she would sue me for letting everyone I know about the ridiculousness of this poor customer service of this apartment community.

I must say I've been here a month now & have been working with Ms.G ( she's great by the way ). The office staffing are good people to work with, very understanding. I had a bathroom issue that was solved with the hour of me calling her. Maintenance is very working & great at their job. Overall I'm loving my new townhouse & look forward to years to come. Anyone looking for a nice, quite, secured neighborhood this is the place to be. It's close to everything & great place to live.

I stopped by to view a 3 bedroom which they don't have but they were so very nice. They offered me to view a 2 berooms, and they called another property for me. They went above and beyond to help me.

I love the staff here!! Candice the manager is AMAZING!! I love the on going community events that are frequent at BirchLanding! I’ve live here since August and I have NEVER had any complaints or concerns!! All my needs were met immediately!!! And the maintance crew is exceptional!!! Durell, Gentriece, and the others are just great!! Candice your team is definitely a reflection of you! Job well done!

I enjoy this community because the staff is friendly. They often do events for us and we have a lot of fun. The staff make us feel like they care, not just like they want they rent check. I like living here and I have sent 2 family memebrs to live here and got my referral fees. It is a really nice place.

Great staff here. They hosted a really nice dinner for us and I appreciate them. The manger is always so friendly. I recenlty moved in and my apartment is big and the neighbors are nice. The maitnence really keeps the building clean.

Don't move the infectious fruit flies here is beyond crazy. The flies get in threw the crack in the windows cause the windows are old. The indoor pool is always for some strange odd reason the gym is locate hangout spot for the neighborhood kids

I've lived here for several years but had decided I was going to move. I even put in my notice but after speaking. to Candice I decided to stay. It was her professionalism, along with her gracious and bubbly attitude and willingness to hear my concerns. The office is helpful and maintenance great. I just didn't think I'd get this service somewhere else. So Birch I'm staying as long Ms Candice and her current staff are there.
