Let me start off by saying I do not like Apartments but this is been an awesome experience especially with the staff when I first moved in I received a fraudulent cashier's check why didn't know there was such a thing as a fraudulent cashier's check I didn't know you could forward you cash your check so anyway I put me behind the 8-ball I overdrew my account and so I ended up late on my rent and it's just for the Snowball Effect and they've just been extremely patient under the circumstances but under my on my end has been very embarrassing that you have these scammers out here that prey on the public and it just seems like there's nothing from Portia to Erica a really been very very very very helpful and accommodating and I know the circumstances is try their patience but they've just been over backwards to help and I really really really appreciate them

Ms.Alice is the best leasing agent you can ask for . Gets the job done quickly . I think it only took MAYBE a week to get me applied and into an apartment. They have apartments available as of today ! Call and ask for Alice !

I love this community because the staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. I've had the pleasure of working with Juliet and Annette and they were so nice a nod professional. Birch Landing is in a nice location and so far I love it here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to relocate.

I Loooove Ms. Alice! She was so wonderful and professional the entire time. Definitely talk to her if you're trying to get a place here. She's very patient, very kind and very vibrant! They also have a fitness center here and a indoor pool that is gorgeous!

My move in was a very smooth transition. Aaron and Alice were so helpful and I think they were more excited than we were about moving in. If you are looking for a safe apartment, I would recommend that you check out ----- Landing...we found our apartment in one week and we got approved in two weeks.

Hi! I applied to Birch Landing With ------------- (don't know how to spell her last name) but let me just say this IT WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! This is the 4th place that I've applied to so yea when I say THE WORST I MEAN IT! So little back story I'm in my first trimester (yay me) & work from home so after applying to a few places and being denied I did my research and found Ventron who is a well knowN 2nd chance management company! I will say this ALL the positive reviews you see on and ----- HAS TO BE FAKE!! Because the day I applied to asked me to leave an review, & I told myself I would wait til I get the key, fast forward she ----- footed around with my application for 7 business days, on the day she called to tell me I was denied WHICH I BELIEVE ITS BC I CALLED A SISTER PROPERTY TO ASK ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS & let them know my concerns since they referred me to this horrible --- lady, the sister property manager got her boss to call Ms ----- and Ms ----- did not like that 30 minutes before her shift ends she calls to tell me I'm denied with no reason why talking about she can't explain she'd feel more comfortable sending an email REMIND YOU SHE SENT A PDF attachment of my credit and background that only consisted of 1 apt 0 amount from 2013 and a misdemeanor theft by taking from 2013 & 18!!!!! I've definitely done my research & with the help of another property manger from a sister site I was able to get the appropriate # of someone in corporate that I believe can properly look of my application because i KNOW for a fact I was sabotaged by ------------- AT BIRCH LAMDINGS ALSO if your thinking about applying to this place DO NOT submit a review until they've actually done something like GET YOU MOVED IN & not just take your money!!!! I'm highly disappointed seen ----- name in the reviews just to learn she asking ppl BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN! Hopefully me and the property can work something out with leasing a unit bc my intuition tells me I was mistreated by Ms -----

I wish this apartment has grills set in certain areas. So that people can enjoy outside. Because we can't use grills out here. But i know other apartments have areas where you can. Also some of these trees need to be cut down because they are falling around certain buildings.

I worked with Alice from the application process to my move in date. She was very helpful and super sweet! Her customer service was amazing. We are excited to be moving in our first place. I love that it's close to Atlanta but not too far into the city. It's perfect distance to and from work for my husband and I!

My leasing experience with Ms, Alice Cheathem was absolutely the I have ever experienced she was very patient with me took her time and found the right floor plan and unit for me. Gave me service with a smile kept the lines of communication open during the entire process all the way up until my move in date.It was never a time I went in the office that she didn't make time to answer any question or questions I had even if she was swamped with work or other prospective tenants I greatly appreciate the experience I had with Ms.Alice I would suggest anyone go see her if you are in the market for a new place!!!!

Ms.Alice is great she left me completely satisfied and I signed my lease today!! At a great rate I highly recommend anyone whose looking for a new place to contact her! A few roadblocks but she fixed every issue... couldn't be happier!
