D’Erica is always very helpful when in need. Anytime I come to the office and need assistance she gets it done. I appreciate her willingness to get things done. Birch landing has been very good to me. I really enjoy my stay here.

Horrible

Birch landing sold me with their show unit. The show unit has updated appliances, cabinets, countertops, and carpet through out the apartment. I applied for a renovated unit and did not receive one. I don’t think none of their units are renovated. Upon moving in nothing in my unit was new and my daughter found bloody panties crunch up in the corner of her bathroom. After getting settled in, we start having major ants and spider We moved into Birch Landing Dec 2023. Fast forward to September 2024, I started noticing black mold in my unit and then my appliances started to grow mild-dew. The property manager brushed it off as the AC unit was sweating so that’s why my walls looked like that. Maintenance checked the AC unit and it was fine. The current property manager does not do her job properly. Corporate office does not respond to emails or phone calls. Upon moving out, my downstairs neighbor came up because she said something was leaking into her apartment and I told her there was no water on in my unit as I was moving out. The downstairs neighbors stated that she has been having issues with black mold in her unit and her walls are leaking in her bedroom. She stated that her unit was in pretty bad and shape. That explains why there was black mold in my unit. The growth was coming from her unit into mine. On top of Birch Landing changing the locks to my unit. When I asked why, maintenance stated that they lost the key to my unit. The property manager stated that they did it because they could not access my unit. The whole time the issue was that maintenance tired to access my unit for a service request that was not for my unit. The units are super small and out dated. The front office staff are not pleasant. They were nice and friendly upon moving. The laundry room does not open when it supposed to open. This is a place for a single person or a small family. I would not recommend anyone this property.

Amazing Apartments

These are the most beautiful apartments ive ever seen. One of the best staffs ive worked with. Amazing service, they have a pool, and Ms. Alice was wonderful she answered all my questions and didn’t hesitate to fix any problems or issues. Amazing 10/10

The apartment community is amazing. Alice cheathem help me out from start to finish. There’s an amazing indoor pool, outdoor pool and fitness center said you must come visit ,this community comes highly recommended.

Very very good place to live

All of the front office staff are very very nice and professional kind and hard working. Alice , Mrs Anette and Portia are all very very kind and hard working. Mrs Walker is also very kind and passionate. Birch landing is a excellent place to stay with . I absolutely love love here nice pools the place is always kept clean and the maintenance staff are also cool and reliable. NATASHA IS AWESOME &’ I love her personality!!! Natasha was my leasing agent and when I tell you she was very understand and helpful through every step of the way . She made sure she kept me updated and communicated very well . I love they was all of the employees make you feel welcomed and always happy to help . I definitely recommend . It takes time but you just have to be patient .

The Complex very nice and clean.

A place to call home

My air conditioning went out I told Porsche I have hot flashes she made it her business to have the situation resolved that day in no time,another time my refrigerator went out I called Porsche in two days I had a new one.

The oAffice & maintenance personnel are always professional.

The washer dryer hookups, walk-in closet, valet trash, gated entry as well as professional staff and the sheriff department being less than a mile away , which make rounds very often , are the reasons that I have continued to live here for several years.
