She kept me up to date with the status of my application, and reached out to me in a timely manner whenever I had any concerns. She was such a great help with getting me through the application process.

Ms. Alice was super AMAZING and Welcoming, she assisted us in finding the perfect resident here in Georgia. She never once got annoyed with the amount of times my fiancé called her about the residents and ensured we had all our necessary paper work, fees, and appliances connected prior to moving into our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Birch Landing and of course Alice to anyone desiring to get the perfect home and excellent customer service!!!!!

Freddie from maintenance department is the best. He is efficient, extremely knowledgeable and always prompt. He is also extremely kind and nice. He always completes each and every job quickly and correctly and is a pleasure to have as a maintenance person. He is superior.

Very Nice place to stay. Staff are very helpful and sweet. Been here for 6 months now, i have no complaints. Neighbors are nice everyone pretty much stays to themselves. I love it here. Very comfy!!!!

Laticia Booker is outstanding and so helpful throughout my entire rental process. I really appreciate her helpfulness and everything she has done to make this process easy for me. The office is always clean and the office staff is so nice and professional. The grounds are well kept and I just love the atmosphere. It reminds me of the mountains with the beautiful trees. This is such a soothing and calming apartment complex. I love it here!

I’ve been living in Birch Landing for a few months now. I was coming out of a tough situation, and found out about Birch Landing. From the very first call, it was great. My leasing agent, Jessica Wood, made me feel comfortable from day 1. She’s polite, consistent, communicated well throughout the application/move-in process, and made me feel like a welcome resident before I even moved in. The neighborhood is quiet, there’s a gate, and some other great amenities in and around the complex. Oh, and Kroger is 0.1 miles away and basically any store you would need is within 5-10 minutes of the complex, if that. I love it here in Birch Landing!

I absolutely love living at Birch Landing. I love the indoor and outdoor pool . The staff are very nice especially Ms Alice ask for Alice she goes above and beyond in everything she does overall it’s a excellent place to stay I highly recommend it!!!

Ms. Alice Cheathem was so helpful and a pleasure to work with during the application and move in process. I love how the community is always doing activities that involve the residents; from the different movie nights, taco nights to the holiday door decor contest!! I love love love everything about the way they keep us involved
