Need to shout out amazing maintenance man Courtney he has been with the community for a long time. He is very knowledgeable and always addresses issues in a timely manner. Love the property well kept and quiet. Staff members are friendly and go above and beyond to help when needed.

Lived here 5 years only a couple minor issues which was swiftly resolved by the maintenance staff communication was great and the leasing process was very smooth and Portia worked with me thank you and they have a cool trail with great scenery

The Maintenance Personnel Did An Exceptional Job!

Mr. Chase replaced my faucet as well as sealed the pipes underneath my bathroom sink. During the process, he communicated every detail. He was courteous and informative! Honestly, I am impressed with the work done.

What a place!

It’s been almost a year and I can truly say Birch Landing is home! The staff have been friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. I’m impressed with the different activities provided by the property including monthly catered gatherings, a pool party and a book club.

I’m back home!

I’m back home! I’m moved out 2 years ago and never found an apartment complex like this since. So when I returned Derica told me what to do and we did it quickly! Great community!

This is a very quiet neighborhood. There is lots of ways to engage that the community puts on. My favorite this year was pictures with Santa. The staff are helpful and have dealt with any issues I’ve had quickly. Portia always answers any questions I have, and meets the needs when I put in request quickly. Also to live in a area with so many trees, the upkeep of the apartment is done often.
