Their customer service was top notch and Kleigha seems to know a lot about the apartment and its facilities. She is also excited about her job and that is very encouraging for future renters as she will be willing to assist to resolve issues. I felt safe while I was there and i look forward to renting at Brittwood apartments

Best apartment complex in Columbus! The staff is amazing and very helpful when renting here. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is excellent. It is quiet here and so close to main shopping areas.

The security leaves quite a bit to be mindful of, the gates are either open for weeks at a time while waiting repair or the badging system doesn't work, I have seen Amazon trucks trying to make deliveries and cannot get in holding up residents because they dont have a code

I think about moving because the price goes up so much but the Manager Sandra , the employees but especially the maintenance team has a big part of me staying. I've been in the same apartment over 20 years. I love that I'm in the back ! But I hope Sandra will always be the manager at 2444 W Britt David Rd. If she leave then I might have to move. She cares about any issues if any and any concerns.

The apartment community is amazing and safe the maintenance staff is incredibly efficient and always on time they always do everything you need them to do and they always make sure you know what they've done and they clean up after themselves they are absolutely amazing

Good, quiet surroundings. Buildings are dated but you are in a convenient place in town at an affordable price. My unit is noisy due to loud floors from unit above. I can hear my upstairs neighbors' every step, maybe water damaged floors? Decent office management. Unusually prolonged dishwasher repair prompted this review. It's been almost one month to get a part for a clogged dishwasher.

Great community! It's secure and clean. The grounds are well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are very polite, nice and knowledgeable. I have lived here over 10 years and have rarely had any problems. It is a very nice place to live!

I recently moved and I have not had any complaints so far. My neighbors have been extremely helpful. Moving was a big step for me and I feel like I have been supported through out this entire process.

This is a quiet and friendly community with no problems since I have arrived. Great walking distance to the park and ball fields. Safe and quiet with friendly neighbors. No loud noises or bothersome tenants around. Everyone is quiet and respectful. Kids play outdoors every day and have friendships. Gym and pool is always clean. Staff is very kind and helpful.

I have enjoyed the years I have lived at brittwood. Tell new residents about letting faucets drip, do not flush items down commode , parking space, no u- hauls parked long times. Do not send our maintenance to other complex, hire 3 people as floaters to travel to other complex.

The office workers are very pleasant all the time, any problems that occur are handled with much care. The area is in a good location. The place is a good place to live and the neighbors look out for each other.

This is THE BEST place to live. I'm truly considering never owning a house again because they just make it so easy to want to be here. All the staff is great. They're always kind, and show a compassion for people that is hard to find these days.

For the past seven months that I've been living here I've had great communication with the staff and office. The community has also been a calm and quiet residency. I do plan on renewing my lease, but I do feel like the price is high for the quality.

I really like the community and that it is pet-friendly. I love seeing other occupants walk their animals, and the staff is very welcoming as well. Everything is conveniently located and easily accessible.

dont waste your money..dandra pace is one of the worst managers ive ever dealt with..she rude,racist and has a major attitude problem..she seems to hate kids..uts suppose to be a gated apt and the gates stay broke and open all the time but u pay for a gated apt comm.

Decent place with a decent location we've been here for over 10 years and I would reccomend it to any of our friends and family if they were in dire straits and needed to move to a place immediately it's a welcoming community

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the area, and the community is very diverse. I feel safe between the gated feature and the area the complex is in. It is close to a walking trail and conveniently located in the city.

Maintenance team worked very fast on fixing any issues that needing fixing. But I would prefer if they contacting me first before showing up. This would be helpful due me working from home and making my pet is put.

It has been great so far. I HATE that the rent keeps going up though! It is mostly quiet here and the location is perfect, close to everything! There has been an issue with the kiddos riding bikes and scooters in the streets. That worries me. It's very dangerous. Other than that though, it's been great!

mostly quiet. maintenance very responsive. work orders complete quickly as time permits and in corresponding order of severity. Front gate has a lot of frequent issues do to varying reasons but sometimes it's not a gated community when the gate is wide open for extended periods of time.

Don’t move here
The facade is well maintained to give the appearance that this property is worth living in. Come later in the evening. You should have to issues getting into the complex because the gate is usually broken. Neighbors are loud. A motorcycle roars through the complex like clockwork about 10pm every night. Drug use is basically out in the open despite a few officers that live there. The gate is normally broken and left open. Some times they leave it open for children returning from school. Some times they have to leave it open due to the gate codes and entry cards randomly ceasing to work. Crime is high in the area and this does not help. Management and staff. Due to my ignorance, I grilled out on the porch one time. This was admittedly my mistake. Shortly afterwards, an older woman banged on my door loudly. Upon opening the door this individual just began screaming and asking if I was grilling. This was on a weekend. This individual did not introduce herself. I assumed this was a homeless lady wanting a hamburger. When the individual finally stated that it was a lease violation, I introduced myself and asked who she was. She seemed unsure of her position but said she was ------ ----, a manager. I explained to her it would not happen again. Each time I saw her afterwards, she continued to harass me about the grill, that I removed from the patio area. I pointed out that there were grills all over the complex and she did nothing, except grill for Halloween herself. Ms. ---- has so semblance of customer service and is extremely rude. I caught her on my Ring camera talking trash about me to the maintenance staff. This eroded my trust and any staff so I stopped contacting them for anything. I have witnessed her belittle staff and other tenants openly in the front office. She acts as though tenants work for her. If a dog simply visits with friends or family, Ms. ---- will try charging you $600. Some of the staff are helpful. Some are trying to climb to corporate ladder and impress Ms. ----. It will be hard to get to know any of them. The turnover is extremely high. From the time I moved in, to moving out a year later, there were approximately eight different employees that cycled through the front office that is normally three people. Packages. They admittedly violate federal laws by emailing residents to come pick up their packages or they will return the packages to sender. I asked about this and the front desk employee said it was a lie and that they just threaten tenants so they’ll come get the packages. They said they don’t use the email nor The Loft app feature that notifies tenants because it would take too long. If someone send you a package for a birthday you’ll never know unless you stop by often to check on your own. Miscellaneous. The garage is mostly always backed up at the front of the complex. The water shut off in the entire complex the just the other day. There are small ponds with fountains that make the property look appealing. Come at night and hear the hundreds of frogs. It will keep you up. They drain the ponds in the summer to kill off or make the frogs move and it causes a stench. The appliances are old and you can tell maintenance has Frankensteined them to keep them alive. The outlets must have come from Temu. They wont hold your electronics in the socket. Move out. You’ll see this pattern a lot with negative reviews. They will charge you for everything they can. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have the record for not only not giving back security deposits but also changing leaving tenants thousands of dollars. They are attempting to charge me just shy of $2000. This includes drip pan, blinds, the entire refrigerator that was already barely alive, a cleaning fee on top of me cleaning it in depth, and carpet replacement. They force you to purchase a property approve carpet cleaning service. I did that and paid $85. They are still attempting to charge me around $700 for the carpet even after the fact.
