I will be relocating from Ohio to GA next month. I saw these apts online & thought they were nice. After reading several of the reviews & the rave regarding TJ. i had to see what the fuss was about. I came to visit the complex last wknd & I must say, the units are just as gorgeous in person as online! Lots of amenities in the area & TJ was very professional & helpful. I can't wait to move in next month & enjoy the Chelsea 88 experience!

I came here originally during my apartment hunt just for basic information and ended up being completely surprised. After viewing serval other apartment homes, Chelsea88 was the BEST decision I made. The community is great! The staff is always welcoming and understanding. Any maintenance issues or concerns are handled promptly and very professional. The amenities are GREAT!!!! I see nothing to complain about. My experience here is AWESOME!

Hi! I live here. I've been here 3 years. I like it. I have a spacious 1 bedroom with attached garage. It expensive to live here so I do with a lot of other thing. Like no computer no internet no home phone and no washer and dryer. They have on site washer and dryer, pools, gym, and more.. I met TJ when the complex changed it's name. I also met Nicole as well. The two of them are supper nice. Any time I have a problem they take care of me. I accidently toss my apt key and car key in the dumpster. Yes stranded!! Lucky I had giving my friend a key. Anyway the next day I went to the office and told TJ what happen. I went to work and I got a call from the office. I missed the call so I stop by the office the next morning and my keys were ready.. I spoke of TJ and Nicole because I see them the most.. There are other staff there and they are nice as well. Hope this was helpful

Chelsea 88 is the best. They have two pools, a gym. The apartment is lovely and big. A lot of space. Big living room and dining room. Wouldn't pick a better place to stay

Me and my roommate recently rented out an apartment and we love it! The rooms are spacious and is a true "roommate-style" apartment. The process was so easy and Nicole and TJ were so nice! They were very helpful and eager to get us moved in. It is a pretty quiet and clean neighborhood. With us being 2 young women who work until late at night, it is well lit and I can get parking really close to the walkway. Overall, I highly recommend Chelsea 88!

I have lived here since 2011. Since living here there has been a recent change in management. Although, you still cant get anyone to answer or return your phone calls at the office the staff is nice. The best thing to do is to go the office. Something I noticed has changed is follow up calls whenever I have had a recent maintenance issue Maintenance always comes to fix any issues in a timely matter. Since the new management has come, they've made the complex a little more attractive. There are more lights and the gates stay closed for the most part. New paint jobs along with the complex staying clean. I am in a very quiet building and havent had any issues with theft. I feel safe whether I am coming home late or early in the morning. Whenever I visit the office, Nicole and TJ are always smiling and know me by name! Over the past years the only issues I have encountered are parking and most recently rental increases. I am not sure which cars belong to which apartments, but if I come home after 4pm its hard to find parking by my building. I understand rent will go up, my rent used to go up $25 per renewal. Now it has jumped to over $100+, not sure if I'll be renewing. The office has events every so often as well for the community. This has been a great complex to live in for these past 4 years.

My roommate and I have renewed our lease for another year and we are happy we have. Nicole Gagliardi is very sweet and helped us to renew our lease. The entire staff at Chelsea 88 is always very professional and helpful and get back to you in a timely manner. I would recommend others to Chelsea 88 as they are both safe and affordable.

First of all Chelsea 88 is awesome! We were planning to stay here only for a year or so but we keep extending because of the staff and the accommodations. The place is really clean and safe. They always have something fun going on at the club house. A lot of families live here but also young couples and we also have a couple of retired neighbors . Chelsea 88 is perfect for everyone no matter what age. They are always on top of everything and will make sure any issues are taken care of right away. T.J. has been really helpful and is always very professional. If you have any questions he is the person you should go to. For the people worrying about silly things like I do, there are NO roaches here or criminality going on. Yes the rent isn't the cheapest but if you want to live at a good apartment complex Chelsea 88 is the place to be!

Moved in a little less than a month ago, so far so good! The staff here are great! Maintenance requests were resolved in less than 24 hours, and pest control rep was friendly and professional. Office staff are really easy to get along with, they are all friendly and willing to answer questions by phone, email, in person, whatever is most convenient for you. We always receive responses in a timely manner. TJ made a great first impression when we first came to look at the complex as well. He was friendly, professional, and you can tell he cares about doing a great job and the residents here. We got a tour of the entire place in addition to viewing the model, and I have to say at least a couple of other places we viewed in the area wouldn't event show us the amenities, as if to suggest we weren't worth their time. Not here! All the staff are always courteous and willing to help, and I have seen them interact with several potential residents in the same way. Really like the gym and pool facilities as well, open long hours and well maintained. So far a great complex to live in!

Overall the best experience!!!! Ive been here for almost a year and I am truely impressed with the grounds and staff.Nichole Parsons and T.J were extremely amazing,courteous and prompt with my move in experience.Im a single female and feel extremely safe in this community.Good lighting and quiet.I havent had any issues at all.Great price for these apartments ,the inside and outside are gorgeous.Their constantly outside keeping the grounds looking perfect,No gate issues as well.I recommend 100%!

I am a 27 year old female (no kids and unmarried) and I moved in my apartment late May 2015. Nicole helped me throughout my entire process. She replied to my emails quickly and got me the lowest rate of my apartment. On move-day, you would've thought Nicole was leasing the apartment as she literally went through my entire apartment making sure everything was ok. She cut on and off the lights and even my stove and checked the burners to see if they all worked properly! Most leasing professionals attempt to just move you in to get your money. Chelsea 88 staff actually replies to emails timely, answer their phones, and help in any way possible. Think I am lying, I'll give you another example. So, on a Tuesday late afternoon, I rushed home to my apartment leasing office, as I was having trouble setting up my Google Voice so that my "visitors" could access the gate since I did not have a local Georgia number. Even though I walked in at 6:55 P.M. with the office closing at 7:00 P.M. on that day (and almost walked into the glass door), T.J. (a very funny guy) literally logged in my Gmail account and set up my Google Voice. He cracked jokes and couldn't understand why I was having trouble. Come to find out I simply registered a non-Georgia number for my Google Voice accidently. As of today, all is well. I love my apartment!! L-O-V-E. I have the smaller 1-BR unit but it is very spacious and I have big furniture. The complex is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. This is a very nice complex. Both Chelsea 88 and Astor Place, as I have a friend who currently resides at that location. This is a true rating. Believe me!!! Since I want my rating to seem valid, the only negative rating that I have is the trash compactor. Sometimes it can be quiet full. But hey, a large complex means a lot of trash, right? Again, the site is clean. Super clean!!! Also, with the large complex there are two entrances and I have not encountered traffic at the gates. And yes, the gates do work! Thank God! Did I mention how safe it is? Well it is. Even though I am new to the complex, I have talked with staff frequently, as I am in the process of moving into a 2-BR, as my cousin is moving to Georgia. I am so glad I moved to Chelsea 88. If you want an overall great experience with your living situation (amenities, staff, etc.), please choose Chelsea 88. So moral to this story guys, watch our for the glass doors and go see Nicole or T.J. !!!

When I was looking for an apartment I had specific features I wanted and needed. I called and spoke to someone who took a message about what I was looking for. In less than 15mins I received a call from TJ; he recapped my request and told me he had an apartment that was available. I immediately went to see what was available. Not only did it hit some of my request it hit all of them. It was perfect for me. I have to say TJ is the best! His tour of the property made you really feel like this is the place to move and stop looking anywhere else. He handled everything very smoothly and was very personable. I moved in about a month ago and even now TJ remembers my name and is just as friendly as he was before I moved in. I have been very pleased with my decision to move to Chelsea 88.

This is my first apartment and I was worried that I would be on my own fixing things. This week my air conditioner started to leak at 9:00 pm. I called the emergency number and spoke with someone who said he would put in the work order. I was expecting someone to call the next day, but a maintenance guy called in 15 minutes. He then showed up at my apartment at 9:30pm to start fixing things. He vacuumed up some of the water and removed the carpet padding. The next morning he came by first thing to start drying the carpet. Within 24 hours everything was fixed and he kept me in the loop about what was going on. I am VERY impressed and happy with Chelsea 88! I am loving living here.

My wife and I are really happy here at Chelsea 88. TJ is very helpful and down to earth. Anytime we have any issues with the apartment TJ and the Mantinance staff is right on it within 24-48 hours. The apartments look great, and the grounds on property are truly amazing. There is a state of the art gym, relaxing lounge area, a beautiful walking trail, and nice pool areas. If you're thinking of moving to Georgia, or just relocating places, Chelsea 88 is definitely a place to seriously consider.

My husband and I LOVE this place! Best apt complex we've ever lived in. TJ and Nicole are awesome making sure the renters are happy. We had an issue w/ our A/C unit when we moved in...called maintence at 5pm.....by 530 pm, they were at my front door! AMAZING SERVICE!!! Gym is awesome....all the equipment you need. Complex is very safe, friendly and pet friendly as well. People here actually pick up after their pets, which you can't find anywhere else.

I just receny moved to Astor Place. My apartment is in perfect condition and the surroundings are well maintained. I needed to move in as soon as possible and Jacob was kind enough to find an apartment ready for me to move in. I love that the apartments are close to supermarkets and restaurants but far enough that is quiet and tranquil.
