Moved here about a month ago and I could not be happier. Jacob and Nicole made the move in process a breeze, the apartment looked great even though there was only a couple days between the previous occupant leaving and me moving in, and the community is great! Free waffles one breakfast one day, free pizza and basketball a couple weeks later. Chelsea 88 is so great, that 2 friends of mine have just been approved to move in only a few buildings up from mine in May! The gym is something serious and the tennis courts are great for some night play. I can't wait for the pool to open up! Should also note, I am on terrace level near the woods and have not seen a single pest or insect so that's always good!

Have lived at Chelsea 88 for 2 1/2 years and it has been great. Nice features in the apartments, can never hear apartments that surround you. Very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Any maintenance requests are always taken care of very quickly. Have been very satisfied living here. Leasing staff are very helpful and accommodating.

I just moved here from California 2 days ago and my experience with the front office was excellent. TJ was very courteous, professional, helpful and made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and I really love this apartment complex. I made the right choice.

Astor's Place was a huge step up from where I was previously renting, It's VERY quiet in the community. They have great amenities accessible to you even after hours. I have even seen the courtesy officer walking and scanning the complex at night. The Front office was very GREAT assisting me with my move in. Everything was explained up front, no hidden agendas. I LIKE THAT! James and Tiffany greeted me in a professional manner at all times of the day , whether it was in person, over the phone or via email. I would recommend this community to anyone. But not the undesirables!

Overall my experience has been pretty good but I have only been here for two months. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance Guys are on top of it with fixing things and doing there work. However, I will say this I have lived in 8 diff apartments and this is the first one that gave us a price and two days later tried to increase it for more money even though my husband signed the paperwork, I was definitely annoyed bÄ? it seemed pretty shady to me. I'm not from GA so idk if that is how most apartments do it here but I don't know how a business is ran like that. Other than that this property is well kept and pretty quiet!

This is a great place to live. The management staff is always very Professional and there to help. Astor Place is positive environment, and safe place to live. Very nice size apts. I would recomend new renters to apply.

My husband and I are planning to renew our lease! The apartment is great! Everything was new with up to date appliances when we first moved in last year. We first moved to GA without an apartment assigned but Astor place helped us get into the perfect apartment that same day! (Also with a great promotion!) Our neighbors are awesome and the community is pretty quiet too. We have random loud people outside but, it doesnt bother us to the point to complain. Maintance is also very fast. Once you put a workorder in, they respond within a day or two, and the guys come fast to fix the problem. Managment is good. Sometimes they are short of staff but, they still try to help as much as possible even with short notice. I expect any leasing office staff to listen and try their best to satisfy a resident to feel safe and not cheated. Leasing managers here listend and tried hard to solve any problems I compained about. Which I really think is important. My rent was really good when I first moved in. It went up this new coming year but still can't complain compared to other old un-updated loud communities around here. Overall, its my best choice out of any others around here with the price.

Astor Place is warm and inviting with a neighborhood atmosphere and feel. The streets, grounds and buildings are meticulously maintained with regular ground crews working hard at trimming, power washing or planting colorful flowers. I find that the winding trail through the woods that follows a flowing brook is very relaxing and helps to rejuvenate me from the days pressures as well. As in any densely populated community, there are incidents or occasional issues, but the staff works hard to keep these to a minimum and address those issues quickly as they arise. There are many choices in the area, but I can't imagine any other being more focused on providing a better tenant experience than Astor Place.

I love this place. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. The layouts are pretty big and spacious. The master bedroom has huge closet and a big bathroom, plenty of space for storing things. TJ helped me find the right apartment layout that was just right for my needs. He also helped me out with getting my paperwork in order, even though I was busy, he was there every step of the way. The club house is amazing, a nice place where you could host a casual party for you and your friends. There's a pool table, a bar, TVs, and lots of comfy couches. There's also a nice view of the swimming pool. Overall this place is pretty great!

My partner and I moved into Astor Place just over two months ago and so far we are extremely pleased. The apartments are spacious with updated kitchens. The neighbors have been friendly and quiet. We've also just had two small problems (with A/C and disposal), which we submitted a service request for, and they responded and fixed both problems the same day. The front office is modern and the staff is very helpful. I recommend this apartment complex.

ave lived here 7 months and can honestly say its a nice community to live in. Now I can only speak about my experience of living towards the front and my neighbors but a great place and staff. TJ, Jacob and Nichol go above and beyond with anything you need. And the properties business manager Nichol Parson is the greatest, no matter what your issue is she will help you as much as she can to resolve it. The only thing i would say it lacks is a couple of real car wash ports with pressure hoses and quieter garage door doors.

I have been a resident at Chelsea 88 for 6 months now and I must say I love it. The staff is attentive, approachable, and friendly. Any questions or concerns are easily met. I specifically had the pleasure to work with T.J.. He kept me informed every step of the way. He even stayed late to complete paperwork during my lease signing. Now that is great costumer service!The Maintenance staff are clean, professional, and respectful. Curtisy GCP officer (s) live on site so security and safety is not an issue in addition to the gated access. Children are guided safely to the bus area (conveniently located in front of the rental office) by adults who monitor and direct traffic for safety. Leasing staff take the responsibility of afternoon drop off traffic ( great job!) The site is quiet and well kept. Chelsea is the place to be!

From the moment I stepped into the leasing office my experience has been GREAT!!! I recently relocated from NC in Dec & was working with ProMove, which gave me Chelsea 88 as a top contender for my search. I visited the property & was excitedly greeted by Nicole & Jacob. I couldn't view the property that night because it was raining & extremely dark. However, a few days later I had a great tour with Jacob & was encouraged to apply & I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Nicole walked me through the application & let me know how the process would be during the wait process, so I did. I got a call a few days later from Nicole telling me I was approved. YAY ME! Fast forward about 2 months & I have finally moved in (the wait was my choosing not the complex). I must say I have only been there a week but I am loving it so far. Nicole has been the glue that held everything together since that 1st day. She took the time to call & email after I was approved, during the wait to move, and especially through the actual move. The complex is very nice, modern amenities, it is quiet (so far). Nicole & Jacob are awesome. They laugh & joke but know their stuff. Overall my experience so far has been great having only been there a week, but I hope it continues that way.

IF YOU MOVE HERE PLEASE BE SURE TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND TAKE A VIDEO CAMERA OVER EVERY INCH OF THE APARTMENT DURING YOUR FIRST WALK IN. DOCUMENT EVERY LITTLE SCRATCH, BUMP, SCRAPE, CARPET DMG YOU SEE. I AM BEING CHARGED FOR PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE TO THE APARTMENT!!! SCUFF ON KITCHEN FLOOR THAT WAS THERE WHEN I MOVED IN. SCRATCH ON COUNTERTOP THAT WAS THERE WHEN I MOVED IN. HOWEVER SMALL THESE ITEMS WERE I DID NOT THINK FOR ONE MILLISECOND IN THIS OLD APARTMENT COMMUNITY TO NOTOATE THESE SMALL THINGS AS I WISH FOR THE LIFE OF ME I WOULD HAVE. THE CARPET HAD BLEACH STAINS, PINK STAINS & SMELLED LIKE ANIMAL WHEN I MOVED IN AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT CARE TWO SECONDS ABOUT IT! THE DAY I WAS MOVING IN I CALLED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CARPET AND THEY SENT THE CARPET MAN OVER IMMEDIATELY BUT THE CARPET HAD ALREADY BEEN CLEANED AND THE BLEACH/PINK STAINS WOULD NOT COME OUT. THEY ALSO REFERRED ME TO A WASHER/DRYER VENDOR WHOSE MACHINES DAMAGED THE LINOLIUM FLOOR IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THAT. ALL IN ALL PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! I HAVE BEGGED THEM TO LOOK AT THE PHOTOS FROM THE PRIOR RESIDENTS MOVE OUT SO THEY CAN SEE THE DMG WAS PRE-EXISTING AND NOT ONLY DID THEY REFUSE THEY JUST DO NOT CARE! I HATE I EVER LIVED HERE. I HATE THE TREATMENT. I HATE THEY HAVE PICTURES IN A LAPTOP OF THE PRIOR RESIDENTS MOVE OUT INSPECTION BUT WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME TO CONFIRM WHAT I AM SAYING. BEWARE!!!

I moved into Chelsea 88 in October 2014 and was assisted by Jacob Baker. He made moving in very easy, he accommodated all of my requests and My apartment is absolutely beautiful!! I am a young woman and I live on the bottom floor never have a worry, no crazy looney looking folks walking around, no loud noise-It's absolutely beautiful and tranquil. He made sure that my carpets were brand new, my countertops were also replaced I literally have nothing at all to complain about. Don't need a gym membership trust me check out the website the photos definitely does not give this place justice. We have a beautiful park and trail you can walk through. Everytime I come into my gated community it's very clean, (nice paved roads, no trash, NO POTHOLES) the people here are very nice, (oh, and they have meetups, games, free breakfast, and fun at the office for all you grand folks not from here!) and if you have any maintenance issues they are surprisingly there within a couple of hours!!! I have never EVER EVER had that service at any other complex and they actually have a survey you can take so that you can rate the maintenance. Jacob is always very helpful and is always a pleasure to work with him give him a buzz if you need something too!!! Chelsea 88 rocks I don't plan on moving from here anytime soon!! Thanks so much Cortland for hiring folks that actually give a damn about their tenants!!

Hello my name is Roe and I just wanted to take time out to say a big THANK YOU to TJ! He was great from the moment we spoke with him inquiring about a 2 bedroom apartment. He immediately jumped on it and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Very cool, down to earth guy, who knows how to take care of business, and takes pride in the work he does at Chelsea 88! This community is very family kid friendly and we love that about Chelsea 88. TJ exceeded my expectations and he went the extra mile to accommodate me and my families needs. He truly is a blessing and we are so grateful to have met such a wonderful person! Great looking apartments with an amazing staff to match. I had an emergency immediate move in nessesary and both James and Jacob worked hard to get me situated asap. Customer service means the world to me and these guys delivered! Aside from the service the grounds are amazing, well kept and secured. I love waking up here every morning. Thanks again!!

My name is Jazmin and I am sooo happy to be a resident at Chelsea 88. I just knew when I had spoken to TJ initially, over the phone while apartment searching, that I was going to love it. My first impression upon arrival was jaw dropping pulling up into the community. Then while walking into the leasing office I was just like OMG! It is so freaking beautiful. Everything was just immaculate!.Then I had the pleasure to meet everyone (just about every staff member in just 2 days))...TJ, Nicole, Jacob, and even Ashley from Astor Place. Everyone was so AWESOME! They made me feel so welcomed and already at home before signing the lease. My son even expressed how much he loves it too. We are so EXCITED to be apart of the community and are looking forward to a long term stay! :) P.S. STOP LOOKING!...This is the right place for you and that's a guarantee too! :)

Management it's absolutely impossible to get in touch with. The entrance and exit gate are constantly malfunctioning and have scratched my brand-new car several times. Their response was that it was not their problem. And told me that it was just a scratch. I am paying my lease out just so I can get out faster. There is NO privacy, the lady upstairs is so loud it sounds like my ceiling is going to cave in. I can hear all of her conversations, anytime she flushes the toilet or takes a shower you can hear the water draining. It's just a poorly built complex. Do not waste your time or money.

Chelsea 88 is a great place to live. The apartments are great, the office staff is so helpful (TJ is the man), the maintenance team is fast to respond and do great work, and they have a Cares Team. We've never had a Cares Team anywhere we've lived before, but now we don't want to live anywhere that doesn't have one. The property management company has this team that lives on-site (they're our neighbors in our building, which is a bonus since they bring us treats and take time to get to know us) and they throw three parties a month. All of the parties are free to us and they have some really great ones. The property itself is so nice. It's taken care of really well. We never see any trash on the property and we know that a lawn team comes once a week to make everything look nice. Since we've moved in, they repaved the streets so it looks brand new. So basically, it makes us feel good that: 1. we know more of our neighbors because we feel much safer 2. we have free events we get to go to - and we can take our kids 3. Andrew and Callie (our Cares team) are so friendly and are great neighbors - and they throw a killer party 4. the property management company cares enough about it's residents to offer all of these things to us. Chelsea 88 is great. We can't imagine living anywhere else.

My overall experience with this Apartment complex is great! The only thing I dislike is hearing my neighbors through the walls. On the scale, 1 being the quietest and 10 being the loudest. I would say 6. The first year I stayed on the middle floor. I would hear my neighbors above walking around and music. It was my first time having neighbors above me so it wasn't too bad of a experience. I was still able to sleep peaceful at night. The 2nd year I stay on the top floor and it was a better experience. The location is great, you have schools, parks, Discovery Mills Mall, Gwinnett Mall Publix, Kroger's, QT, I-85 S. I-85 N, and 316. Landscaping is great, everyone morning on my way to work they have somebody riding around in cart picking up trash. They have landscaping guys doing regular maintenance. Safety is great, my neighbor is a Gwinnett County Police man and he always patrols the neighbor at night to make sure there is no suspicious activities. The staff is fantastic and friendly! If I ever needed anything, they always took care of me. I needed paint one time so I can do some touch up on the walls and one of the guys on staff was able to get me some paint within a hour I came up there. I also put a work order a coupe of times and they always fixed the problem within 1-2 hours when I called the work order in. They recently put a new pool and gym 1-2 years ago and which is awesome!
