I have been living here for two months and so far, I am enjoying it and have not found any critical problem with the place. You can tell that the place was newly furbished, the kitchen area looked totally new and shiny, even the bathrooms. One caution though is if you choose to be in the lowest floor (like me), you will hear the footsteps of your neighbor living directly above you. Other than that, the place is really great.

    I moved into Chelsea 88 in January 2015 and couldn't be happier that I chose this apartment complex. Nicole was GREAT to work with and made my move from another state a very smooth experience. She went above and beyond to help me with my moving situation. In fact, every one of the staff members I have met at Chelsea 88 have been the most professional and helpful group of individuals of any apartments I have ever lived. I have been here a little more than a month and am really impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and attention to detail. My neighbors are friendly and I feel very safe in this community. My apartment is very spacious and has everything I was looking for. There is ample parking at each complex. The gym at Chelsea 88 is the Best !! I can't wait until warmer weather to enjoy the pool and outside activities. The location is awesome .... close to everything (shopping, dining, entertainment, etc.) and a jump off and on major highways. Overall, I would highly recommend Chelsea 88 to anyone looking for a "community" atmosphere !! You won't be disappointed.

      I lovvvveee it here me an my boyfriend just recently moved here last Friday. Omg the road we been on searching for an apartment that we both like and sooo far so good! So glad we picked Chelsea 88 our new home! And my girl Nicole did an awesome job of presenting these apartments and being so down to earth and easy to talk to. After we talked to her we was ready to move in! Thanks Nicole were glad to be here :)

        I recently moved in 12/2014. I am very happy. I moved from out of state and Nicole was a dream to work with. She answered all my questions promptly and facilitated what could have been a stressful process. Any issues I had have been handled promptly. Maintenance is on top of any trash that lazy litter bugs discard, so the grounds are clean. The amenities are great and I look forward to using the beautiful pool. My only issue is pet owners not picking up after their animal which is not the fault of the management because there are several pet stations.

          Our family of 5 has lived here since Nov 2014 and we are still loving it. There has been no issues with neighbors or noise. It's been a pleasant experience from out first visit to this complex. Tj in the office was very helpful and always got back to us promptly while we were working on moving in. The rest of the staff always smiles when we see them even the maintenance workers which is definitely rare. The grounds are kept up very nicely. We are definitely looking forward to living here for QUITE some time.

            I have lived here for two weeks already and so far so good. My leasing experience was great. TJ in the office is very helpful, funny, honest, courteous and made the process very easy. I did have a few maintenance problems but they were remedied promptly, which I loved. So far I have not had any issues with noise, staff, or the neighborhood in general. I hope that as my time here continues that I will have nothing but nice to say about it.

              I just moved into Chelsea 88 this past weekend (1-31-15). My leasing experience from the very beginning was great! Nicole in the office adds just the right kind of personality that would make anyone feel at home and the entire team in the office create a really inviting environment. When I moved in, my apartment looked excellent, I couldn't have hoped for a better move in experience than here.

                I really enjoyed my stay here for the past 2 years. Never had an issue with any neighbors or any kind of disturbances. Maintenance was always prompt when called. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. If my husband didn't have to relocate for work we would have resigned our lease.

                  Let me just start by saying that these apartments are awesome! The units are spacious, and look really nice because of the renovations. I enjoy using the amenities and the extra large gym that happens to be the biggest gym of ever seen in an apartment complex. Aside from that the management staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the maintenance department is promptfor their service requests. Overall these apartments are a great deal, and a great living experience.

                    my wife and I have lived here since September of 2014 and have loved it so far. the personel in the front office are awsome, friendly and helpful. there are 2 pools on the property one for kids(that my son loves to visit) and the regular pool. all inquireries are delt with promptly.

                        I am enjoying my new city/ home. The community is quiet and the grounds are maintained well. I was recently relocated from Huntsville to Georgia with my job. The few maintenance issues I have submitted were resolved the same day. The exceptional customer service received from TJ has/ is making the transition to my new location less stressful.

                              Chelsea was our last apartment to visit after several days of looking around. Since we were moving from out of state it was hard to know where to look and after seeing over 30 different places they all started to look the same, however, Chelsea 88 was truly different and memorable. From the great rates, the spacious apartments and Jacob Baker our leasing agent we know this was 'home'. We've been here a couple of weeks now and couldn't be happier! The office staff has been very informative and helpful with everything from maintenance issues to finding an internet provider. I highly recommend this community.

                                Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! I made an appointment to check out an apartment on a rainy day. The leasing consultant that I spoke to made it clear he was unhappy about going out and said they weren't really doing any tours that day. Um, was he going to melt? Anyway, I kept the appointment and he was even worse in person! He sat at that desk like he was glued to the chair. It was clear he was not going it. I told him I had made an appointment and he said "I know. I talked to you." Ridiculous!!! Needless to say, I don't care how cheap the apts are, if the customer service is that bad for potential tenants, I can only imagine how bad it is for actual tenants. If you decide to go and encounter the bald headed, white dude who looks more like he should be working at Planet Fitness and sounds like he's one chromosome away from being a cave man, turn around and leave...quick, fast, and not slow.

                                  I must say moving with my family to a new state was really hard but living in Astor place has been really great. Its located in a fabulous location especially if your new to the area as myself. Close to the malls and major hidhways.The upgrades to my apartment are awesome. I feel safe allowing my.kids outside to play and the staff are always willing to help and solve issues in a timely manner. It will be two years I have been living here and I love coming home...ð???

                                      I love living at Chelsea 88. I've lived in lots of apartment complexes and this is the first one that actually feels like a community and feels like home. There are free events every month where we get to meet our neighbors. The community feels really safe and is very well taken care of. The staff at the leasing office is friendly and knows me. It's a great place to live and I look forward to being here a really long time.

                                        Good - Easy access to hwy 316. High Ceilings. Wrap around balcony. Garage with storage. Bad - NO BUS STOP FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN. I HAVE TO DRIVE ONE-HALF MILE TO ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR MY CHILD TO BE PICKED UP AND BROUGHT BACK BY SCHOOL BUS. THIS IS SO INCONVENIENT AND TIME CONSUMING WHILE TRYING TO MAKE THE LEFT TURN ONTO BOGGS RD DURING MORNING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC.

Since we've separated our communities last year, we have been working with Gwinnett County Schools in hopes that they will add a bus stop to the Astor Place entrance. Unfortunately, the change could not be taken into effect this year, but should for the next school year. In the meantime, our sister community, Chelsea 88 (where our shared bus stop is currently), will have their connecting gates open to allow Astor Place parents access to the community to pick up and drop off.                                           I came up in October to find me a place to live, because my job was relocating me from Florida to Georgia. I must say when seeing Astro Place it was well kept and the upgrades were nice, but when I came over to Chelsea 88 I just felt in love with all the different amenities and the most important to me is that it was family oriented friendly. I have children and I have to be in a development that offers that family environment. Yes, Chelsea 88 might not have all the fancy upgrades as Astro Place, but I love my place its nice and spacious, well kept and all the amenities you get for the price it doesn't get any better. But what definitely put confirmation on my decision that Chelsea 88 was the place for me was my leasing agent Jacob Baker, me and my family loves everything about his spirit, personality, and professionalism. So I will like to give much thanks to Jacob for making it so easy and smooth. I love Chelsea 88 and I will recommend it to anyone that Chelsea 88 is the place.

                                            My family and I have been here a little over a year now and we love it! We feel comfortable, safe, & loved by neighbors. The staff is always willing to help and anytime we are out walking we always see a friendly face! Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL upgrades in our apartment.                                               My wife and I recently moved from Charlotte, NC to Duluth, GA. I owned my home in Charlotte, so naturally I'm more picky about things. However, I have been extremely pleased Chelsea 88 Apartments! Things that I like about Chelsea 88: - Staff -- Jacob Baker was our agent, he was great! Extremely helpful, competent and made us fee very welcome. If you contact Chelsea, ask for Jacob! - Clean -- the apartment was extremely clean when we moved in. I was very impressed. - Nice, Yet Affordable -- I looked at close to 20 other apartments. Everything was either nice but extremely expensive, or affordable but extremely run-down. Chelsea 88 is a perfect combination. Extremely nice, safe and affordable. - Location -- Chelsea 88 is in a very convenient location. 2 miles from the interstate, 2 miles from Sugarloaf Mills Mall, and 10 miles from The Mall of Georgia Overall, I've loved Chelsea 88 - Josh

                                                I love it here, the staff is very professional. Anytime I have a concern it's addressed right away anything from a noisy neighbor to a maintenance issue. The grounds are well kept and they have security that walks the grounds daily to ensure our safety. I have stayed at other complexes before that don't up keep their grounds nor care about the community but I can honestly say that Nicole and her staff does everything the can to accommodate and make life enjoyable for their tenants. We have several events throughout the year that we can all come together and get to know one another it's great! I love it when they have breakfast at the gate entrance in the morning when your heading to work, it's a nice gesture to start of your day.
