I love this apartment. It is so well kept and the staff is great. I've lived here for about two months and have not had a problem. They provide complimentary boot camp and yoga for residents. Two beautiful pools. Gated community. There's nothing I can say that bad. I would definitely recommend these apartments

Beautiful and safe place to live but they definitely need to upgrade their appliances from the traditional white in order to stay in contention with other area properties. I've raised my two sons here for the past 6 years and have been pleasantly happy witnessing the management constantly improving the Chelsea 88 community.

I have lived at Chelsea 88 for almost two years. I love where I live, I am a single mom and have never felt safer. The management staff is extremely curtious and friendly. My priority manager Nicole seems like more of a friend. She is so personable that you have no choice but to love her. Honestly she is the reason that I resigned my lease. My experience with other properties doesn't measure up to this one. I love it here and I don't plan on moving any time soon.

This is a great place to live! My mom and i have been living here for about a year now. Since our last apartments burned down before moving here, Chelsea 88 did an amazing job at getting back to ma quickly about moving in.

Nice place. Quiet and has everything you could want. Pool, tennis courts, and nice gym. I like the area because its close to shops, restaurants, parks, and the interstate. I'm new here but the area feels safe. No major incidents since I've lived here. 1 and a half years.

Great community and professional staffs. Maintenance is very responsive and timely. Apartments are outdated and can use some upgrading. Amenities offered by the community are great and well maintained. I really enjoy the trail in the community. Overall, is a safe and quite community.

Former Manger with a serious power trip and harassing tenants, new staff aren't consistent with the rules ,not as safe as it I thought it would be. But if you stay here stay to yourself, there is no southern hospitality when you come here too many rude people from the north moving here .

The leasing staff was fantastic in helping find the right unit for my needs. Bonnie and Nicole certainly went above and beyond to get me into a unit in the perfect location and price on the property. Without them I don't think I would have chosen to move in. I had a couple of maintenance issues with were taken care of almost immediately both the maintenance men were courteous and worked fast to resolve the problems.

Beautiful property, helpful caring staff. Maintenance is the best I have seen thus far. Love my neighbors they are friendly and very quiet. Love my apartment everything except my carpet that gets rated a negative 50. I moved in Dec 30th real quick did not do walk through leasing person did not have time MY FAULT I should of insisted because if I had there would of been no way I would of taken that apt with the carpet the way it is. I would of suggested a different unit. My house never looks clean due to the carpet and I am OCD clean :(

I injured myself on the property grounds on unswept gravel. Called to report the issue and I was told that a maintence request had to be submitted...A hazard and it took them 3 days to clean up. Manager calls a week later

The apartment community is a great place to live. I am always seeing friendly faces and never had a harsh word from anyone. The staff is always ready to assist when there is a problem. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Great complex, staff & amenities. Slightly overpriced but still a good value. The only complaint I would have is that they've relaxed their qualifications to move in and as a result a few bad eggs have moved in but I think they're working to resolve the issue.

I love my new apartment! My kitchen and bathroom have the granite countertops which are absolutely amazing. And I love my black appliances and my fireplace. Such nice views to look at along with a nice trail to walk on a Sunday morning!

We just moved in a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The staff was extremely nice and professional, especially Tyler. The community is very well kept so I honestly have nothing to complain about at this time. i would definitely recommend this to community to others.

Amp up your pest control as spring is here. Have one consistent week where I don't have to call about missing trash, so far so good but it's Tuesday. Bags to pick up pet waste need to be monitored more than once a month. May be a good idea to keep some bags with the maintenance staff for when the service provider has a delay in response. Food for thought. I can say Henry in the front has been very responsive and does a good job communicating.

Never any parking available. Constantly being woken up by dogs barking, the ceiling creaking above my head and more. Bathtub soap holder broke in 2 weeks of living here. Only choose to live at Astor place if you enjoy a walk after parking 3 buildings away from where you actually live. Also I've never received an email response. The 2 times I have gone into the leasing office ive had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even notices me and when they finally do, they usually have to grab another person because they don't know what they are doing... I don't understand. Awful place to live.

Overall I am completely enjoying my time here at Astor place. Be tween the leasing off and the maintance staff they are very knowledgeable, hard working and very professional at all time. Yet very friendly and approachable no matter the time ,or how busy they may be.

I love my apt and staff. I became ill. They took my trash out and made me a care bag with soup juice etc with a card. I have grown a repore with them. They still check on me now !! Great people

I've been looking to move and I stopped by here recently. Stephen helped me look through the property and helped explain the ins and outs of apartment living and being a renter. I explained what my budget would be and that I would have a pet with me and he was more than willing to show me only the apartments that were within my budget instead of pressuring me to go higher like I've experienced in the past. The property is beautiful and it's a perfect place for someone just starting out on their own.
