Very good community. Besides there only being one garbage in the community everything else is exelent. Macy is wonderful and very helpful and is always available to provide the best customer service I've seen in a while.

Astor Place has truly been the best experience since living here. Not only are the apartments excellent with the latest upgrades and amenities, but their maintenance team is the best I've ever seen, very trustworthy and extremely fast servicing all request, and I don't use those words loosely! Two thumbs up!

We have enjoyed our stay here. We have met some very nice neighbors throughout the complex. The office keeps on top of issues. Maintanance gets things repaired fast and they are friendly. They have even accepted our pet as part of the family.

Since living here i have experienced nothing but greatness. I have the smallest apartment which is suitable for me and the layout is great for decorating. I have no doesn't rodents or insects problems, occasionally there is a spider here and there and fruit flies. Management does a great job maintaining the landscape, thrash, and hallways of each units. When my renewal became available, management was able to workout a deal that was suitable for me and my finances. Every month, there are community events and management giving out breakfast. Everyone here are respectful no crazy residents or bad children running around. Occasionally some loser will break the gate but management usually fixes it in a week or two. This place is suitable for pets just paid a 1 time fee of $350. I really enjoy this place, best place in the area you can live cheaper than most ------ places around here.

Worse community I've lived in. Noise is a PERSISTENT issue and I've done everything I can to address it. The management staff has done absolutely nothing. Every day blaring sound system. What's worse is the lack of concern by General manager Tiffany Barnett. Looked me in my eye with complete lack of empathy or concern when I was on the verge of tearing up because I'm coming home from work everyday at 10pm to noise and can't sleep. Followed up by not sending out a letter that she said she would about the noise. Any and everything that's brought to her attention is met with this facade of professionalism, and any receptive person can read how unconcerned she is. Worse type person to have managing a community where people live! Someone unconcerned with my quality of living. A simple transfer request to another building that I never even heard back about. However that's also typical. Cannot emphasize how completing irritating, unprofessional, ineffective and poor Tiffany's response to situations has been. Oh lastly, the gate that's perpetually broken and trash around the community but somehow rent is rising.

I rate Chelsea 88 a 10 plus. A 10 star rating. Love my neighbors except my neighbor upstairs over me the noise ,the jumping, stumping and hard walking that goes on every night and I work nights. Other than that I love living here at Chelsea 88 and would recommended Chelsea 88 to everyone I know and who are looking for a place to call home.

The staff is friendly and take care of your needs in a timely manner. Neighbors can be noisy at times but overall OK. People need to clean up behind their dogs otherwise the grounds are well kept. I have always felt safe here and good with calling it home!

I had a valve blow under my kitchen sink about 5 a.m.. After making contact with the hotline, I was called back within 5 minutes & a technician was here in 25 minutes. He shut off the water, and fixed the valve. By the time the water removers had arrived, he had personally pumped out 175 gallons. Within an hour my problem had been basically resolved. I've have never seen service as efficient as this complex. Kudos to the mgt. It's how they have treated me; with importance & respect.

Nice apartments. Should come with a washer and dryer. Nice staff and decent amenities. It would be great to offer classes, tennis lessons, and swimming lessons. Even it could be seasonal. It would really happy those interested in taking advantage of the amenities.

Pretty nice neighborhood. Safe, quiet, and for the most part well kept. As of late, I do not like the upkeep of the hallways in building 230. Lots of stains and trash waste but overall a clean neighborhood and inside home area.

Please refer to service review for details. Apperently I have to write another review. Basically I stated carpet throughout the units aren't noted in the system which is horrible. My neighbors a floor above have hardwood I live on the first floor with carpet. They should have pull first floor carpet first. Not many options for me when I moved only 2 maybe 3 units available at the time. When I request maintenance I like to be in the apartment. Sometimes they have come and I haven't been in. The people on the service hotline must not have that as an importance per our conversations. The maintenance team I have personally ran into have been amazing. One guy whom I believe is the supervisor isn't the friendliest person and I don't care to deal with him.

I have been here since 2016 and I absolutely love it! They keep the grounds clean and well kept, tge maintenance crew is the best and super fast in repairs, the staff is great. When they know you by name I don't know if it's a good thing or not (lol)! But I love my community and happy I chose this as my home.

Great place to live! Close to the mall and grocery stores which is nice. The walls are really thin though so it's very noisy. The laundry room is only open during office hours as well which isn't the best for me, but I really love the 24 hour gym.

Astor Place looks nice and my apartment is one of the newer apartments so it's better. For the rate we pay there should be an elevator for the third floor and an included garage. The pool area is always dirty, weather you come to lay on the filthy pool furniture or bbq on the dirty grills. You will spend most of your time cleaning before you enjoy it. Then you may be asked to prove you live there or how many guests you have in the pool area. It really sucks. They just put in a new stick for the security gate and if it hits your car, they don't care and won't pay for it. I'm living proof and I used my key card. It really serves no purpose seeing as to how there is no gate coming into the apartments by the rental office. Also they don't give you a gate code to walk out by the car entrance s you have to walk around.I love the tennis court by most the time you cant use it because people use it as a dog park or the children use it as a playground. I can only use it at night and thank god it lights up. They get on people about the pool but not at the tennis court?! Maybe if they allowed more guests at the pool, there would be less people misusing the tennis court. The online portal is useful, it just has the most forgettable web address known to man kind and they charge you an arm and a leg to pay by credit card. They have gotten a friendly staff, although they should really consider swapping the girl from last year with this new guy. Totally rude and mean. There are two grounds keepers that are the same way. Some people aren't meant to be in customer service. I hate the fact that they only give you spot paint and I don't paint. I have been here for over a year, they should have no problem painting a few areas. I guess they would much rather take my deposit after I spill paint on the carpet. The gym is very nice and well kept, I can't say anything bad about it. There are a bunch of kids here. They are loud so don't expect to have peace all day. I am on the third floor and still hear the older Asian children teaching kids the N word and curse words. They don't vandalize but they criticize and they are very much so the biggest problem in the neighborhood. They smoke marijuana, so we now have police patrol from time to time. It makes me feel safer. I can truly say, I have asked to break my lease because I work from home and these things are very hard to deal with mentally. They said that it is not possible without outstanding fees. I am stuck here, not living here.

I've lived in Chelsea 88 for several years. I find it well cared for and an attentive staff. They respond quickly to service requests. The only ongoing problem is that our current stove is iffy on the burners working. Although they replace the burners, I think the problem is the connection. I've asked for a different or new stove because I like to cook and don't want to worry about it working. The dishwasher is old and doesn't clean very well.

The complex is maintained with nice amenities. Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot, I feel safe here. The walls between apartments keep noise from the neighbors to a minimum but the floors must be very thin since it sounds like the person above me trains horses. I can hear him/her walking (or galloping) every time he/she is disturbing late at night or early in the morning.

I have not been a tenant at the property for about 6 months. My experiences with the management and maintenance team have been very good. They are very tenant focused. I would recommend the property.
