Good besides the Gate and being pressured to fill out the survey and the length of time it takes to complete this survey. And the minimum of 201 characters that is required is one of the reasons I do not like to take this survey so maybe that needs to be adjusted!

        The service and the management and the people are great! The trash is collected in a timely matter and the renovations have been fabulous. I really don’t know what else to write. The amenities are outstanding and the atmosphere is awesome. Thank you very much

            A GREAT community team that are a natural born server. Willing to assist in any way possible to provide you with comfort and safety. Very active community that has a looong list of amenities. Gtou nfs are always kept clean.

              This is a great rental community. Very convenient to the interstate and shopping. The best attribute in my opinion is the staff they are a perfect ten. My unit although slightly dated is very spacious - the property does have updated units.

                Overall very nice community. Staff very helpful. Pool and fitness area very nice. Community is kept clean. No problems with bugs. Quiet building. Plenty of parking space. Spacious apartments and Nice storage rooms in the breezeway area and not on the porch, which leaves a lot of space on porch.

                  It’s nice. I would recommend it to a friend or family member. It’s a quiet place to live and the office people are welcoming and friendly ..... the a maintance team always come when you need help and they make sure to solve all your problems before they leave.

                    This js a grear apartment to live in. Close to a mall, and a lot of food and grocery locations I haven't had any issues within the community with staff. Traffic by the main entrance gets really bad at around 5pm, but there's the quick escape out the back gate. Even though it's far from the city everything I need is within 10 miles radius or 15mins either direction.

                      Morgan and the staff are very nice. I love my apartment and the convenience of having a garage. It's very close to my job. I'm excited that they are adding new days and times for the events. I look forward to attending them.

                        I recommend Chelsea 88. Your staff is excellent also the maintenance staff. The areas are always clean.                           This is a wonderful place to live. It's a tad "pricey", But you get what you pay for! This is clearly by far the best place I have ever lived. Every need, issue or concern is always addressed in a timely matter. I have been here for 1 year and have seen 2 bugs the entire time I lived here. Also there is always more than enough parking at my building no matter what time of day or night you return home. I feel really satisfied calling this place home.

                            Worst apartments I've lived in. There was a murder behind our apartment and residents weren't made aware that this happened. Neighbors next door were in a serious domestic violence situation and made us very uncomfortable. Stayed here throughout the balance of the lease. Upon moving out - they were unavailable on 2 different occasions for a move out inspection. Found out that literally 31 days later they turned my account to collections for $900 even though the place was turned over as good as when we moved in. No letters or phone calls, nothing. Just find this out when it turns out to be harmful on credit report when trying to buy a house.

                              I have been a resident at Astor Place since July of 2016. The staff should do a better job in regards to investigating complaints they recieve before calling to bother innocent residents. I am a single person living in a one bedroom apartment

                                    This is my 3rd Christmas at Chelsea 88 , And I have nothing but great things to say about this community. My two children and i love it here. Like anywhere you go there are issues but Chelsea 88 (Cortlandt partners ) always gives you a 110%. The staff have always made me feel at home with moving from New York to Georgia. This is a great community to live in and i do not have any plans on leaving anytime soon. Nicole,Chloe, macey, Tiffany and the rest of the office staff are great. They are always willing to help out in anyway whether it's with your apt and anything they can help with, especially being new to Georgia it's a great feeling to be able to go to your leasing office and still get help outside of your apt issues(if any) . The maintenance staff they are all great but there is one employee Rasheed he has always been a great help to me. If i have questions or need help with anything in my apt he finds the time to help. I have also heard from other residents how helpful he is. I am so grateful that this was my first apartment in Georgia. I wish they had the option to become a condo because i would stay here. If you are looking to move in a safe and welcoming environment Chelsea 88 is a great place. If you don't believe go by the leasing office and you will feel at home i guarantee you.

                                      Love Chelsea 88! Everyone is nice. They keep up the apartments and always offer great services. Glad I moved here. It is very convenient for me as well when it comes to me getting my packages. I like the text and email feature because I am always at work and can’t answer my phone.

                                        Living in Astor place has been a very pleasant experience so far. The community is always kept clean and it is very quiet and peaceful to walk around the trail with my dog. I especially enjoy the pool on the warmer months because is always kept clean and it looks inviting.

                                          I love my apartment! Everyone in the office is always extremely friendly. My maintenance request are completed quickly with detailed notes. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Maintenance even helped me set up my bed when I moved in.

                                            I have been a resident at Chelsea 88 for 4 years and love it! I have seen many positive changes and absolutely LOVE LOVE the renovations Cortland is doing! Nicole and Tiffany are great Managers and are very involved in making this community a great home for many! Our office staff are amazing as well as the maintenance team!                                               The staff is friendly and Jessica is amazing! She is always smiling and you can't help but to have a good day around her. The apartments are nice and so far the people have been pretty good. It's a comfortable place to live. Small little oversight on move in day but I guess it just worked out.
