Everyone has been very helpful. Astor place community has great events that you can go to weekly. The staff has always been very helpful and they do all the can to fix any problem I have. I would recommend astor place to a friend.

Staff is great but the service is horiffic. How many times do I have to make request to have my apartment treated for cockroaches of which I did not bring? The service time it's supposed to be 48 hours but it is going on a week and a half.

I was a resident of Astor Place for three years. I liked the apartment because it is in a convenient location. The office staff is friendly but I had multiple packages from UPS that said they were signed out by the office and when I went to pick them up the staff had lost the packages. I have no idea what happened to them. When we moved in it was very expensive. They had an application fee, administration fee, account set up fee, a valet trash fee and a security deposit. When I moved to another complex in Gwinnett they did not have all of those fees. There is so much turn over in the office staff and they are very unorganized. The rent has also increased by hundreds of dollars. They do have some fun activities for residents like a sip and paint but every time I RSVP'd they emailed back and said they they were already out of spots for the class. Overall, it is a mediocre but very expensive complex for what you get.

This is the first time I live in the apartment. I think living in the apartment is very convenient and safe for seniors. I am so sorry that I can't see the staff who helped me any more. Because she went to another office.

Its a shame that maintenance and a few peopke in the leasing department are not interested in providing outstanding services as stated when viewing the complex. I am trying to give them benefit of a doubt. but it doesnt look like i am as valued as a tenant

Upstairs neighbor makes to much noise at all times of the hours. My sister who is also a lease member works late hours and can not sleep due to bouncing of balls, jumping and loud noises...............

The leasing ladies seem nice, it just sucks that the maintenance team is horrible. The day i moved in there was at least 3 items that needed fixing. I dislike that no one is on the same accord regarding the new gym. One girl said it would be one month, another said ten weeks, another said no later than the end of august. Know one knows

The community seems nice and the units seem to be very clean and well kept, but I am severely disappointed in the oversight of whomever is responsible for getting units ready for move-in. I would caution anyone looking here to check EVERYTHING, even the stuff that should be common sense. I moved into a unit with poor water pressure, broken dishwasher and no “included” washer and dryer. Still waiting into my second week for the place I live to be made livable. It can be salvaged and I’m sure that once my issues are resolved. I’ll enjoy my stay here, but my first impression is nothing short of disappointing.

This apt has great location, access to highway and many restaurants/stores. I feel safe living here with gated access. I like the interior design - clean, upgrade appliances, and washer/dryer included. Any issues with maintenance are quickly resolved either through the phone or portal website. Only issues I had was noise in the neighborhood (You can hear people walk/talk upstairs) and I see cigarette butts everywhere on a ground. Most apartment gyms are 24 hr access, but I recently found out they are from 6am to 9pm.

Its quiet, maintenance is great, the staff is great. The only thing that bothers me the most which has still not been resolved is how much other residents dont pick up after their pets. Its dog crap every where. And there hassle relocation is not hassle free

I'm moving when my lease is up. I hate when apartments have pool restrictions on the amount of guest you can have. I've been living here over 4 years and recently they changed the pool rules. Now you can only have two guest. I moved here from Wesley Herrington due to their pool rules and having them interrupting me and my guest while we are trying to relax at the pool to show a pool pass. This type of rule makes me feel like I'm not trusted to be a responsible adult at the pool where I am paying rent. I pay to much in rent for this type of treatment. I usually have my brother 3 kids over for one week out of the summer and it's crazy that I pay over $1000 a month for a one bedroom and to have to find a pool to take them to when they are here. These apartments officially suck. Hopefully the newer apartments in the area don't have these rules.

Leaving in this community since 2015. The first year was great, but I can see how management has change. Changes have been made but I see them insignificant and contributes for residents to keep buildings dirty.

The staff here is excellent, and I have a decent amount of space in my apartment. It has gotten louder over the past couple of years (a couple of muscle cars) but otherwise it is good. Most maintenance has been fine, it did take them 3 tries to fix the AC a couple of years ago.

Nicest community on Herrington Road. Offers great amenities and accommodations. Very convenient to nearby shopping, schools, diversity, post office and highways. I would recommend the newly renovated units, the upgrades are awesome

The apartment has be suitable to fit our needs. We are very close to our jobs which was a very important factor in her choice of home. We are living in an apartment until we can afford to purchase a home.

My family and I moved to Chelsea 88 from a four-bedroom house. We were a little sad about the downsize, but since living here, we have been very happy and comfortable with our new home! We love it here.
