Chelsea 88 offers spacious apartments with quality amenities for the cost. We like that they are pet friendly and always improving: new smoking ban, installing Nest thermostats, upgrading amenities, and remodeling units. Some residents are not the best -- they leave broken glass and trash around the property. But maintenance usually responds quickly to address these issues.

I am so happy that I moved to Chelsea 88. The staff is incredible and I love my new apartment! The maintenance guys have been so friendly and they handle even the smallest issues very quickly. I was so nervous to move to a new state and I only had the opportunity to look for an apartment online. The staff went above and beyond to help me and answered allllll 3000 of my questions happily and even took the extra step to call me on video chat to tour the place. I absolutely would recommend Chelsea 88.

The staff is instantly so pleasant and welcoming, and work to insure your happiness. The complex is modern and so well maintained. The renovations are such a great deal for your money, it’s hard to find such quality anywhere else for this price.

When I first came to Chelsea 88 Macey was very welcoming and eager to assist me. She always maintained a smile on her face which I loved. I think she is so beautiful. My move in process was smooth and easy. I also got a gift! :)

The customer service is great here! Generally, all work request are completed timely (with the exception of this one still not fixed), and overall things run very smoothly. The amenities are nice as well.

If you'd asked my level of satisfaction day one, it would be the same as today. I love it here. I see ground maintenance out every week, the community is close to all the shops I go to, and the staff is bar none.

It's a safe community ,the staff is friendly and knowledgeable,I hope in the future there's a park for the kids and a hot tubb,The community is quiet and clean,You feel at home I wish we can have our grills in our apartment,The trash removable is awesome

My experience here hasn’t been amazing! The staff is always so helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure I have an incredible resident experience. Jessica and Kala keep a positive attitude and I am greeted with a smile every time I come in.

I've lived here for about 4 years now and it's such a wonderful community to live in. Over the years the neighborhood keeps getting better and better and it makes it hard to move out. Mr. Harry is part of a maintenance crew and he does a an awesome job here.

My only problem is with the water bill costs being too high. I live alone and majority of my time is spent at work. It isn't fair I split the water bill with neighbors in my building who have more than one person in their households. As I've seen all 3 neighbors on my floor have more than one tenant. Aside from that I haven't had any major issues since I've moved here in November.

The community is a great community with families and kids. Very clean and maintenance is great at what they do and very professional. Feels more like a community than just some apartment's. We look forward to coming home instead of wondering oh what happened today it's a nice feeling.

This is the best community I have lived in so far. The staff is excellent. The hours for the club house and gym are reasonable and make both more accessible compared to other places i have lived. I love the color scheme in the apartment and the upgrades that have been done. I marked four stars for the grounds more so for the interior of the apartments. Though they have been upgraded, i feel like the finishing could have been handled better. (example, the wall under my bar top wasn't painted all the way and I can still see the old apartment color in some places. I also marked four stars for safety because it feels like the gate is broken more often than it is not. I haven't had a need to call the maintenance team yet but I am sure they deserve five stars. Lastly, I love the variety of events that Chelsea 88 offers to their residents. I am really happy I live here.

I have been here six months and I like the community. Sometimes we have small issues with litterbugs at my building but for the most part I like where I live. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff responds to requests a quick as possible. So far overall, I like my stay.

I love it here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Facillities usually pretty clean. Wish trail in back of apartments was more kept up, but its still beautiful as well! Overall i love it herr though! Highly recommend??

I moved into an unrenovated apt I honestly think they could of done a better job and I hate the carpet and my windows are leaking air and water when it rains ...Other than that it is a awesome place I would recommend it to people.They do a job keeping the parking lot and area clean

Chelsea 88 is the best place that I have lived so far. It is clean and the staff are always courteous. I have needed to place several work orders for random things and each one was handled ASAP. I also receive packages frequently and the staff is great at getting me what I need. I appreciate their courtesy and customer service.
