The property is well maintained. It is an animal friendly community yet because of the DNA requirement, the grounds are very clean. The apartments are well maintained and I feel very safe even walking alone at night.

You feel spoiled living here - there's a car port center to clean your car, they have a dog center to wash your pets, a pool, playground and clubhouse. It's clean and they're nice neighbors. Pretty safe.

I love this place and the staff! They're very responsive and assist as quickly as possible. The grounds are immaculate! There's a dog park, pool, great bbq area, washing facility (if your washer or dryer break down) and a place to wash your car and pets!

Beautiful, quiet apartment community...extremely well-maintained! I am a brand new resident and, so far, I am totally impressed. The staff has been VERY responsive during my rental process. I highly recommend Walden at Oakwood.

I have had a wonderful experience at this apartment complex. My only complaint is that I don't get very good cell phone reception in my apartment, they are extremely strict on pets, and the cabnets could use a little bit of updating

This is a quiet community that feels very safe. Minimal noise, and very prompt and courteous maintenance and office staff. Pool and pet park is great! I'd highly recommend living here if you're looking!

The neighborhood is safe, looks nice, and kept very clean. The office staff make sure you are happy and everything is what you wanted. I've never had any issues, this is my second year on the property and it has been incredible. I transferred from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and they made that process super easy!

We have been very happy living here. The maintenance staff is awesome and we love all the amenities. I enjoy the gym and pool regularly, and the grounds are big enough for a decent walk with my dog without leaving the gates. We also feel very safe here which is important since I work late and am commonly outside in the wee hours of the morning.

I have recently moved in and it is very secure and spacious. Love it here thus far! Love the location because you are within minutes of a grocery store and a few exits from the mall. The leasing office is so nice and helpful!

The management staff are polite and professional. Every time I am in contact with the maintenance team they are polite and efficient. The landscape is maintained very well. The stairs at my unit need to be cleaned, they have nasty spots on each step.

I love living in Walden at Oakwood. A quiet and relaxing place to come home to. Great neighbors. Like the accessibility that I have to the highway and to the shopping areas as well...Would highly recommend to other friends that are looking for a home.

Moved in very recently and I am loving the experience so far. The community feels very safe, it is also very clean and quiet. The apartment is also very comfortable and it is very easy to adapt to living here. It is conveniently located, next to the supermarket, 10 minutes always from different businesses and it is also a pretty and well-maintained place to live in. If you are looking for a safe, clean and convenient place , this is it!

My experience living here has been nothing short of a relief. I am constantly happy to come home! The landscaping is constantly being done so the grounds look great all the time, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, I feel comfortable walking at night, and the location is excellent. If I were not moving into a home, I would be renewing my lease for the third year.

Very nice apartment complex. The staff is very professional and polite. It is very clean. They took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. When I asked questions they answered them as soon as possible. I think we are going to love it here.
