The staff and residents at walden are so great and so sweet. Everyone was so welcoming and we just absolutely love our apartment. Our experience has been fantastic so far and we can not wait to start meeting more residents here. The pool is beautiful too!

Absolutely love this management company! They are very friendly and go out of their way to meet the needs of their residents. They are easy to get in touch with, they respond quickly, and they always respond with a smiling face. The apartments and grounds are always beautifully kept.

I have lived in apartments most of my life. this is my 6th apartment and the staff has been great. never before I got a welcoming package. They were very understanding of the 34 feet long moving truck, and also very flexible with our Saturday moving date (one of their busiest days)

I moved here with my fiance to be closer to my job. We moved in without a huge problem. Lisa made the entire process smooth and painless. We really liked that it was a family oriented, nice place to live. We look forward to living here for a while. Walden is overall the nicest place within a 30 mile radius.

I feel safe in this apartment complex. It is surprisingly very quiet. I have found the neighbors are friendly. I feel very fortunate that I have a 1st floor apartment and right off the courtyard. I appreciate all the help the staff has given me. Thanks.

I had driven by this community and one day stopped in to look at an apartment. I was impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the area and it was very well-maintained. When I was ready to move, I contacted the property manager, who was very helpful and responsive, two factors that made my decision to move here very easy. Everyone on the staff is quite helpful and do everything they can to make you feel welcome. I feel safe here and would highly recommend it.

Walden at Oakwood is a great community with nice property, facilities, and landscape. The office staff is attentive to its residents needs. The staff is wonderful, caring,professional and courteous. This includes maintenance. It is always nice waking up here at Walden near these GA mountains.

I love living at WALDEN AT OAKWOOD. The staff is wonderful. I feel safe no matter what time I arrive back at the apartments. The property is clean and the people who lives here are kind to each other. This a great community to live in old or young.

The community is beautiful, clean and well-kept. It has been pretty quiet since I moved in. The staff is very friendly. I love the community features: pet spa, pet park, laundry facility small but good, and the fitness center has nice working equipment.

Overall; I like this apartment complex. The grounds are kept up very nicely, amenities, Convenient access to shopping, speed and quality of maintenance repairs, parking, and the feeling of security. The only thing that I don't like is that I can hear every footstep that my upstairs neighbors make. It sounds like Sasquatch is up there walking around. Very annoying!

I love living here at Walden at Oakwood, I plan on renewing my lease. The entire crew here is great from the office staff to the maintenance staff. I work and come home at night and I feel safe at all times the security is a plus. It's just a great place to live and meets my needs!

Great quiet community! Amazing staff! My family loves living here! Very clean grounds and beautiful landscaping! Love the salt water pool and play place for the kids! Pool is even open year round for those who can brave the cold! We really love it here!

Excellent maintenance staff and management. Property is impeccably maintained.Am very happy overall. Only negative is the lady downstairs smokes on her porch which drifts up through the floorboards of my porch making me gag and forcing me to go inside.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient to shopping with food and restaurants within walking distance. Pet friendly with lots of open space to walk your dog. I feel safe here in a gated community. Building and grounds are very well maintained. Noise not bad, my apt. is next to the gate so I get some traffic noise but it is not that bad.

Overall it has been great until I got a letter stating that the apartment shall be occupied only by the persons named in resident's rental application the only ones who live in this apartment are the ones on the lease but I have two small grandchildren that I would like to stay overnight sometimes

Beautiful setting, quality apartments, great amenities, friendly staff, reasonable rent - easily the best renting experience I've had in 20+ years. Parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes but other than that, no complaints here. Very happy with my experience.

We felt welcome the very first time we visited Walden at Oakwood. The leasing staff was pleasant and very excited about the neighborhood. The staff was extremely helpful with my signing of a lease for an apartment. The units are very nice looking inside and out. The community grounds clean and well taken care of. There are a lot of amenities included such as pool, fitness center and a car wash. This also includes play grounds for children and a pet park.

Community is fantastic! We have been living for a while now and have had no problems. We have had to put in one work which we put in late at night and the maintenance staff came at 9 am the next morning! Super impressed with the official email and maintenance staff! Great place to live!
