This has been a very pleasant place to live. The residents are friendly and courteous. The apartments, buildings, and shared areas are well maintained and attractive. If I ever needed a repair or service, my call has been responded to in 24 hours or less.

I have only been here for a few weeks but the staff have been very nice and friendly. I did have a few issues moving in... apartment was not properly cleaned and there were several problems with appliances but all were repaired within 24 hours. Also they only have the 2 bedroom as a model so if you want a one bedroom, you have to do so sight unseen.

Nice place to live and well maintained. I also like the pet policy with the fine for not cleaning up after your pet. Never any smells outside and no worries about stepping in a mess. I also love the 2 sinks in the 2 bedroom master bath. Nice size rooms and setup.

It's a beautiful property with top notch amenities. The office staff and maintenance respond quickly and effectively to all requests or questions I've had. This community is a great place to be. I would recommend Walden At Oakwood to anyone.

Really like living here. It's a quiet place, grounds are kept clean and pretty. It's also close to shopping centers, schools, and hospitals. centers. Facility is always updated and kept clean. The amenities; pool, area barbecues, and gym are also a great place to relax and stay in shape.

Great location and very convenient area for shopping, restaurants. Apartments are very clean and grounds are very well kept. I have not had any issues yet with my apartment and it was very clean on arrival and very well kept.

Nice place to live 3-5 years ago, maintenance and appearance has deteriorated since. The neighborhood has changed ownership with many of the same employees. The new ownership obviously does not maintain the same level of upkeep being displayed in the marketing.

The grounds r always spotless and we'll kept. The maintenance staff always does a fantastic job. Love living here quiet and friendly people. The staff always responds quickly usually far faster than the 24hrs.

It is a wonderful safe community to live in.I would definitely recommend this community to a family member or a friend. The staff is always courteous and willing to help with concerns one might have. I particularly like that it is a quiet and a gated community.

Very clean and friendly. The apartments are priced extremely well for the area and are by far the nicest that I have seen within 25 miles. The best part is the staff, the maintenance crew and office staff are always happy to help!

Apartments are clean and up to date. Office staff is very rude, and don't promptly respond to complaints concerning things like illegal drug activity and use in the community, The rent is very expensive, neighbors are disruptive and trashy.

Walden at Oakwood is a great community. Residents are a good mix of families and young professionals, the staff are responsive and friendly, and the buildings and grounds are well-maintained. When we move, it will be to buy a house. We can't imagine another apartment community would be an upgrade on this one.
