A very nice and quiet community. I enjoy the atmosphere around here. The pool area is very nice and clean with friendly people around. The grills at the pool are very nice along with the gas fire pit.

The best apartments I've ever lived in. Everything is great from the staff to the complex and how well they communicate to the residents. I also love how they have a monthly newsletter that let's you know everything that's happening for the month and how they have food trucks weekly.

Everything is fine after two years. There is confusion about upkeep issues such as chipping paint on corners inside the apartment, receding caulk around the bottom of the tub, and trim pieces in need of securing around the dishwasher. These are all minor and hopefully maintenance can be requested for these issues. Otherwise the complex is pretty normal.

This is our FOREVER HOME. It's a beautiful Community, in so many ways. The people care, the Grounds are so well taken care of, one would think it was a "new" build. We are very happy and content living at The Walden at Oakwood. The grounds are well kept, maintenance is very responsive to maintenance request.
