Over the years been a part of this community has been a wonderful place where you can truly can call home .A place where you are safe and secure and have the best neighbors over the years to come and leave. The staff has been awesome over the years for bringing the community together and working with the outside community the maintenance has been awesome making sure everything is fixed and working. And making sure the ground are kept up and your home aswell kept up to date.

This community is nothing short of excellent. No noise issues, tucked away off Winder Highway with easy access to a lot of amenities, people are courteous to one another, office staff is excellent and it's a place I enjoy coming home to.

Walden at Oakwood is a very welcoming community. The staff is very professional and friendly and when you make a maintenance request they get back to you within the day. They get everything done very quickly and efficiently. The entire apartment complex is always clean and very well maintained and most importantly very SAFE! There's so many places around here even in walking distance! I highly suggest living here!

A friendly community with a diverse population. The maintenance of the grounds is fantastic. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Apartments are centrally located with access to churches, grocery stores and multiple shopping centers.

The staff was professional verbally and dress appearance. References were required which indicated to me that the staff and were concerned about the overall facility both physically and clientele wise. Elevators would be a great addition especially for older residents. Another plus for me is the quietness.

This community is nice and quiet. It's affordable. The staff is amazing and make you feel welcomed from the time you enter the office. The staff cares and that's what I love to see even the maintenance staff.

Overall this a very nice community. Very well kept and clean. Most problems are fixed quickly. The ground are very nice and the pool is great. Has a nice playground for the kids, Great car wash area and fenced in dog yard. The only thing I would like see added is raised garden beds for people to grow some veggies.

A woman was murdered here stabbed to death Multiple cars were stolen from here. Multiple vehicles were broken into and vandalized. The office is rude especially ---- -------- wanna know more about what ur getting into go to Waldenatoakwoods on tiktok so u can see for urself.

They are trash they will steal your money. A woman was stabbed to death here multiple cars were stolen from this neighborhood even though it’s gated cars were broken into. Go to TikTok WaldenAtOakwoods Apartments if you want to know what it’s like living here and moving out of this place. !

The staff was/is very helpful. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and I feel very safe. I love all the amenities that is offered to the residents and my favorite is the Amazon Hub!! It's safe coming home late night as well because the breezeways are well lit.

Very clean and well kept apartment community. I have been living at Walden for 5years now and have never had an issue. Even though staff members have changed over the years, Tina the Office Manager continues the same kind and friendly environment that welcomes you. Maintenance needs are handled promptly and the grounds are always taken care of.

The tenants above me are obnoxious. Constantly screaming, stomping blasting their television. Making odd noises. When i say screaming i actually mean SCREAMING. This is all hours of the day and night. Id also like to comment on how unsafe i feel at times considering prior broke in the complex and stole cars as well as from cars. And lastly sometimes the pool is quite filthy.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, however, I am not sure where this is located at. I am willing to work with the residents that are making noise and bring this to a resolution. I encourage all the residents to call the courtesy officer for noise complaints. He will give me a report on what happened and then we can handle it from there. Our residents are our eyes and ears to help us take care of any property issues. Speaking of the prior car break ins and the cars stollen, these were not our residents. The incidents that happened were from outsiders and could happen anywhere. We did however do our due diligence to find evidence on the cameras to have the suspects arrested and put in jail. In respect to the pool, are you speaking of when it was open to swim or now that the leaves are falling? Our maintenance works hard to keep the property amenities in great shape. We love this community. Staff and maintenance are friendly and quick to help. Some trouble with pet owners not picking up after their pets, but the amenities are well looked after and there is a perk of an outdoor car washing station at no charge.

We are monitoring the poop that is left in the community and when we receive the test back those states it is not a registered pet in our community, we begin to watch who is going to that area with their dog, so that we can address it with them and get them registered. If you see someone not picking up send us details of what the person looks like and what the dog looks like. Also include the area description of where the dog is going to. Experience has been good. No issues or problems with staff or neighbors. Community is kept clean. Security issues that have occurred was handled in a timely manner. Only concern is the possibility of rent increase which would be somewhat of a struggle to handle with the increase of other things.

Thank you for a great review. We do work hard to keep our community clean and looking great. I am so glad we were able to work with the local authorities and provide them with video and other information to help catch someone that had no right being in our community. Great job with the local sheriff office in figuring out who they were and making the arrest needed quickly. We will have a rent increase with the cost of goods and services in the area right now, we must raise rents to keep the apartments up and make sure we are keeping our staff.
