I am new to my community , but overall everyone has been so nice and helpful. I have spoken to a few people ewwaround and they have lived here for more then 1 year and are very happy with the community. We were moving in and people were moving out and my husband asked if you dont mind me asking why are you moving. They said that they were sad to leave and have been here for 6 years and had to move because her daughter was moving back from another state and had to get a bigger place.

It's been fantastic, except for the few maintenance issues here and there. Also wish there were elevators. Haha. Love that the area is so quiet and kinda hidden. Feel like this is a good community to live in.

It's been very quiet and nice. The apartment was super duper clean. The carpet felt brand new. The amenities are great. We love the vibe of the pool. Getting to sit and relax by it Has been so enjoyable.

Overall, this is a good community to live in. Maintenance problems are fixed in an adequate amount of time and the community is clean with great upkeep. I wish the carpet was replaced before moving in because it is super old and dirty, but that's a minor issue compared to overall quality of apartment.

Great experience. The front desk is professional and very knowledgeable in the field. Any question I had was answered via email or phone. The apartment I rented was in a quiet part of the complex which is what I normally would prefer. Even though the complex it self was pretty quite. Blessed to have been there

Great, all of the amenities on the property are very up to date, there's lots of things to do around the community and a local college that's great and also close to Chateau Elan a great resort which is the workspace of some very friendly people from all over the world.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Prompt and efficient maintenance, friendly staff, wonderful neighbors, and amazing amenities. Very safe and quiet, is gated and right next to the Publix. Recommended!

My new colleagues recommended this apartment area for me. And I did drove around the city to compare different ones. My understanding is that though the price here for the 1B1B apartment is a little bit higher, convenience and general quality of their service and the community are really important things to me. And I can live together with my collegues.

Love this complex. My only issue is the increasing rent every year that's already very high. I have lived here for almost 3yrs and I am more than likely going to resign for another year not unless my rent goes up to where I can't afford.

So far it has been very positive. The only issue I have had was with my HVAC unit. It quit working on a Saturday but I was able to call the emergency number and got a very prompt response. By Monday the entire problem was fixed and I was kept updated through the whole process.

I feel very safe here . My apartment is the perfect size and space for me. I am single with a two bedroom for occasional guests . Parking is easy and plentiful . Love the amenities , pool ,children park, dog park and wash area are wonderful .

Overall very good experience. Issues with gate being broken too often. Maintanience staff very helpful but issue with sink was not fixed. Maybe it was not a repairable problem unless sink was replaced.

This complex has everything we need. The grounds are kept immaculate. The apartment itself is very nice from the flooring to the paint job. The space is perfect for myself and my girls. As a single mother of 2 girls, we feel safe and that was the main concern for me. I would recommend The Walden at Oakwood to anyone who wanted the feeling of a home with a connivence of apartment staff that is the most helpful group around.
