My experience here has been great overall. The residents all seem friendly and very respectful of one another. The apartment itself is a little small but quiet at night. The pool was very enjoyable during the summer months and we used it every weekend!

Staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. The apartment is nearby shopping areas and conveniently located the highway. The neighbor is quiet and well maintained. The apartment is always gated and there is no dog poop on the grass. The sidewalks and breezeways are extremely clean. Maintaince is prompt when things need to be fixed.

Walden at Oakwood is what they say it is. They present a comfortable and safe community where residents are clearly orientated to respecting each other's privacy and comfort. The amenities (pool, dog park, security gate) make it a pleasant living environment. Also, the apartment itself is clean and comfortable for our lifestyle.

Fantastic community, definitively one of the best I've lived in. Apartments and amenities are well maintained, staff and neighbors are great, and I feel very safe there. I haven't had any problems with bugs or maintenance issues, and it's honestly hard to think of a complaint.

Very Friendly community. Staff has been very helpful. I needed the apartment for a short rental due to work. I plan to be in the apartment for maybe 6 to 12 months. Great location for me near shopping, restaurants and my work. Nice neighbors that are friendly.

I am a senior at age 77. I put my house on the market in Mid-March and came up to Walden, paid my fees of $400.00, and ask for an apartment of two bedrooms, with one or two baths. Also I required, and it was noted, that i needed a walk up, on the back facing the woods. The walk up request was due to handicap in both knees. All this was noted in my initial review. I sold my house in mid-August of this year. When I went up to ask for a search for the requested apt., I was shown one with 700sg. ft, with parking on the front, next to a pet yard. Totally unexceptionable. I did not accept this, because it had none of the requested senior/handicap features I had requested. I ask for some of my fees, $200.00 returned and was told they would keep it all. Seniors beware of this company.I give this apt. complex a very low rating, uncaring.

They were very helpful moving in. They also keep gates closed even during the day which made me feel safer. Any questions or anything you need, they contact back quickly. It is close to everything, including the highway. It's usually quiet and has a nice little dog park area with a small car wash next to it.

I recently moved into Walden and I love it! I have rented from several different places it has been the best by far! The staff goes above & beyond to help and responds to maintenance requests quickly. Tthey had our unit looking like new at move in!

I just moved in and I really enjoy this complex and apartment. Everyone is friendly, the community is maintained very well and the location, convenience and peacefulness are exactly what I was looking for. It is hard to find a place that is calm and away from traffic, but also very convenient to shopping and this complex strikes this balance perfectly!

We just moved in and we love it already. The apartment complex fits our needs to a T: we mostly wanted a safe community with access to a gym. Also, the complex provides ease of access to our job sites, and allows us to complete our commutes in less than 20 minutes. We are very pleased with the location of the complex as well as the friendliness of the staff, even though they were short-handed just prior to our move in.

The staff if very friendly and the apartments are very nice. Rent is a bit high for the area and size of the apartments, but they're quality. You're given bracelets for guests to wear while at the pool and only one gate access device...most inconvenience I've had.

I have enjoyed living in this apartment. The staff is very courteous and quick to answer questions. Maintenance requests are usually taken care of the same day you put them in, the next day at maximum; very speedy!! I definitely feel very safe here as well with the gates and fencing. I have a dog and they are always friendly and accommodating around him. Although I always clean up after my dog I do still occasionally see some poop around left by others. Compared to other places though, this is a very mild and not common issue.
