So far, move in has been great. We have had one issue and we received an email back less than .5 a day later saying that a work order has been submitted. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. We can't wait to start using the pool and workout room!

We have lived here for about 4 years and really love the pool and exercise room. The grounds are kept up along with the units. It is a quiet community and the management team do a good job of keeping it safe and well maintained.I would recommend this community for anyone of any age group. It is also pet friendly along as you take responsibility for your pets.

I love this community! We have a dog and it's nice to find somewhere that welcomes us with open arms. We have a dog park and Copper loves it! We feel so safe in our community and love everything about it. The grounds are in great shape and everything looks beautiful!

Love this community as a whole. Best apartment complex I have lived in, clean apartments and friendly staff/maintenance. The biggest issue is noisy neighbor, but its only on occasion. You wont find a nicer/safer complex in the area. Close to gainesville and buford.

I moved into Walden at Oakwood after my home burned in March, 2014. As you may well know, that sort of displacement leaves one feeling homeless and helpless. The staff at Walden welcomed me and my daughter with open arms and helped us get settled into our temporary home. The Walden community is a cut above all other apartment communities I previewed!

I love where I live. It's lovely and I feel a sense of pride when coming home. The management team are extremely friendly and helpful in all areas. When I had a maintenance problem(I have only had one in over 3 years) they were prompt and knowledgeable. I feel very safe in my community and that is important to me.

the management staff and the property are very nice. We are very satisfied with the apartment itself. Unfortunately, we're on the 2nd floor and the apartment above us has a child that runs constantly and the neighbor across the breezeway from us has a dog that cries for its owner every day they leave for work for some time that is annoying and sad.

It is a nice quiet community with an excellent location that offers all the conveniences you need. The only downside is the high price for rent that does not match the quality of apartments. I am forced to use all 200 characters so now I am trying to waste space.

The office staff are amazingly responsive. They respond to issues and concerns in a timely manner. They are always cheery and helpful. I appreciate the enthusiasm they show in making Walden a nice place to live.

Great place. 3 floor is awesome with sunroom. It makes a great office and legal tax write off. The high ceilings are awesome. Hardly any neighbor noise and very social people. GREAT staff. Pool is awesome in season and the grills cannot be beat. I buy extra food just to be social. It is a perfect place to live and live how you want. Plus the shopping center next door is my dry cleaner, Mexican Food, Publix Grocery and even and ACE Hardware and my Dentist. You can even get Hallmark stuff. Wish I had covered place to put bikes.

It has been a wonderful experience living at Walden in Oakwood. The staff is very friendly, the appliances in the apartments work well, and overall, I ahve enjoyed living here. Additionally, easy access to both work and home activities are a benefit of living here.

We are very happy to be here in this apartment complex. We chose it because of office staff and location and the feeling of a secure place to live. The staff, especially Denise, have been very helpful. The maintenance staff is always there to help in any way they can.

This is a beautiful, quiet community that I've lived in for 2.5 years now but have to move closer to Atlanta and I'm really going to miss this place and the people here. It's convienantly located to many fast food, retail and grocery stores. As well as Lake Lanier and nature trails.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at Walden of Oakwood. The grounds are kept up. The people who work here are overall very friendly and helpful. We have lived here nearly six years and I am so thrilled to have found this place as we moved here from out of state. I would highly recommend Walden at Oakwood!

I AM STILL NEW TO THE APARTMENT COMPLEX, BUT I LOVE IT! THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND CARES A LOT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. GREAT EPERIENCE OVERALL. THIS IS MY VERY FIRST APARTMENT AND FIRST TIME BEING OUT ON MY OWN. THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY. I AM ON THE THIRD FLOOR, WHICH I DONT MIND AT ALL. ELEVATORS WOULD BE A WONDERFUL ASSET TO ADD TO THE UNITS IF POSSIBLE. THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY IF I COULD, IS THE PARKING. THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE TO PARK FOR GUESTS, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A VEHICLE IN EVERY SPOT IN FRONT OF MY UNIT. I ALWAYS END UP PARKING FURTHER AWAY, WHICH CAN BE A PAIN WHEN CARRYING GROCERIES. GUESTS SHOULD BE REQUIRED SOME HOW OR SOME WAY TO PARK FURTHER AWAY. I THINK THE HANDI-CAP AND RESIDENTS SHOULD HAVE FRONT ROW PARKING IN FRONT OF THEIR BUILDINGS.
